About this house rental
Nestled in Isle of Palms, this lovely house for $877 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The best of the IOP Beach is at the end of the street - walk past three houses, no roads to cross, and you're on the beautiful white sand. This home has five bedrooms and three and a half baths. The house is on a corner lot and is the perfect location to the beach! The main level, or first floor, is beautifully decorated and provides a bright, open space for entertaining guests. The living room features comfortable seating with a 65'' flat screen TV. The dining room table seats 10, with an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. The living and dining areas are backed by floor to ceiling windows that run along the exterior of the home providing natural light and easy access to the expansive outdoor porches. Recently added, a new screened patio is an ideal spot for outdoor dining with table seating for ten and a comfortable place to enjoy warm summer afternoons. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a white subway tile back splash. A separate beverage station in the kitchen provides extra refrigerator space. Also, located on the first floor, just off the living room, is the master bedroom which is furnished with a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a stand up shower as well as a jetted tub. A cozy sitting room connects to the master bedroom and provides a great space for working remotely, playing games, or can allow for extra sleeping on the pull-out sofa. The remaining four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom to the left has a king bed and flat screen TV. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which also has with a king bed and TV. At the opposite end of the hall is the fourth room with a king size bed and TV. This room shares a bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which has both a queen bed and a bunk bed with twins. The third bedroom and fifth bedroom have balcony access. The home has multi-level decks on the ocean side of the home. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch or take in the ocean views and sunsets on the rooftop deck, which we like to call the sky lounge. This home does come with garage access. There is also a golf cart for use during your stay ($350 use/maintenance fee applies) and a Tesla charger (3rd generation) available for guest use as well! Pets are accepted during the months of October thru March (off-season only). I recently spent 9 days in Isle of Palms with my husband and 4 boys (ages 14-27) and had a marvelous vacation. The house was "as advertised." The house was clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen well-equipped and the outdoor living spaces inviting. The location was terrific as the beach was just a short walk away and grocery store, restaurants, airport and Charleston were easily accessible. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and lovely common areas to enjoy or time together. We would definitely consider staying again should we return to Isle of Palms.

The location of this home and proximity of the beach was perfect. The inside was just like the listing and the pictures. Everything you need for a family dinner is stocked in the kitchen. There is a drip coffee maker, which also had a first pot of coffee prepped.the only tiny thing Id day is the drink fridge needed a better cleaning and the master bedroom shower curtain should be changed. In a gorgeous home the shower curtain doesn’t do it justice. By the way the beds were SO comfortable. Best home we have rented in 10yrs in IOP maybe.

The property was just right for our family with kids and teenagers. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart as well. Great view from roof. The cushions on the roof have rips but was comfortable. We got some great family pictures from the roof. The batteries in the remote had to be replaced and within a couple of hours they were delivered by the property management. Only complaint was the internet was not working a couple of days. For the most part that was a good thing except one of us was trying to do some work. We had a wonderful week and will consider renting this house next summer.

It was so comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking, and it was easy to clean up after meals with 12 of us. The dining table was perfect for games, too! We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Even though it was chilly we bundled up and spent time on the rooftop deck as well as the 2nd floor deck. It was a wonderful week, and we can’t wait to come back!! Being close to the beach was a big bonus, too!!

One, and only problem.
When arrived, pet hair was all over main level, bathrooms were not cleaned, shower curtains were dirty and moldy. Called and two ladies came and cleaned extremely well next AM. Also, replaced shower curtains. Was concerned with pet hair because one member, who has serious lung condition, is acutely allergic to dog hair. Apparently, homeowner did not adhere to "pet free" rule!

Great Outdoor Space!
My friend and her daughters and our two dogs and I had a great week - even with Elsa blowing through! The screened in porch was a favorite spot, as was the rooftop deck and the second floor deck. Easy access to the beach and close to the grocery store for quick runs. It was a great week and we all had a great time! (Only negative was the house was not as clean as we would have expected. Understanding that there is a lot of turnovers on Saturday, the property management company needs to address this so properties are thoroughly cleaned, particularly now.)

Great place for the Holidays!
Stayed here 2 weeks Christmas/New Years. 5 of us in more space than we needed to practice social distancing, but able to entertain extended family of 11 with plenty of space. House is well stocked (kitchen/linens/cleaning, game, etc) and spacious. Pics online are true to life. Convenient downstairs master + private office. Other comfortable rooms with TVs. Great TV and wifi. Awesome decks to enjoy when weather cooperated. Quiet neighborhood, one block to beach or can walk the sidewalks. Much less hassle than staying in Wild Dunes formal property. We had one issue with the heat that was resolved in just a few hours. Lovely place, highly recommend. We'll look forward to returning in the future.

We loved this house, especially the roof top view of the ocean and stars we enjoyed every night. The short walk to the beach was also a plus. We had nine people (our kids are in high school and college) and I was very happy to have the large dining table so we could all enjoy our meals together.

Great house and location
House was in a great location and comfortable for our family vacation. The garage doors need some work as they are not electric so might be difficult for folks that are not physically able to lift them up.

Wonderful property and location. Very responsive and helpful property management. Although the majority of the house was cleaned well, we did think some areas on the floors and headboards in some of the rooms might have been overlooked. However, it really was a non issue. The House was very well stocked and beds super comfy. We would hands down stay here again and would recommend to others.

Comfortable beach home with a great layout for the whole family. So close to the beach. Amazing!
First home that I have rented for the whole family on the beach at Isle of Palms. Thought the layout overall was great. Downstairs master bedroom was great for the grand child and their parents. Close by for naps and checking in on. Kitchen had everything that you needed and enjoyed the family room eating table for a shrimp boil dinner. There’s an extra medium sized drink refrigerator/wine cooler which we needed and used. Had a margarita night and enjoyed sitting at the bar in the kitchen and having fun!
The proximity to the beach was extremely convenient. Loved this portion of the beach where it’s not as crowded and very peaceful. So easy to go back-and-forth from the beach to the house. If you wanted to do some surf fishing, you can do that along this part of the beach. Also, took early morning walks along the beach or into wild dunes along the boulevard.
Also liked the easy access. Had a big driveway and we had three or four cars which solved parking problems which we could have had with other rental properties. There is a rooftop deck that was amazing at night! They were a couple nights with no clouds and you could see an infinite amount of stars. That was a nice surprise feature.
Had a great family week beach vacation with this home giving us the location and amenities to do so. I very rarely take the time to rate properties or businesses but felt this home deserving of it’s high rating.

We rented this beach house for a long weekend so we could participate in our sons' activities at The Citadel. We had extended family with us and the house was very accommodating and conveniently located.

Family Fun
Our family really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The proximity to the beach and access to Wild Dunes were exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The property was nicely decorated, clean and spacious however the lawn did not appear to have been mowed in weeks. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill was an added bonus. It is a great home for extended family to gather. Would suggest replacing the nonstick pans and cutting board and fixing garage door locks.

Large living space with very comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. House is much larger than pictures show. Comfortably fit 3 pairs of adults and 3 children. My only comment would be for owners to update knives as they were extremely dull and perhaps replace some pans that have seen better days. Very responsive management company. Would return.

Love this home!
We love that this home is so close to the beach. Such a quick easy walk, even with very young children. The house was spotless and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and accommodated our family well. The roof top deck was a great place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
