About this condo rental
Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this lovely condo for $305 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beach Colony Resort West is the newest resort on the island of Navarre Beach. Our Ocean Front Condo offers a panoramic, unobstructed view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and our white sand beaches. There is also a beautiful view of the Sound and the intercostal waterway from your living from and balcony. Beach Colony Resort has the largest swimming pool on the Island. We have chosen a 'Key West' design for the décor with your 'off the beach' comfort in mind. It is both fun and sassy. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Bed, New mattress 2021 flat screen TV and DVD player. The Master Bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. You can sit in you tub and look out the windows onto the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Even the bathroom has a spectacular view! The Guest bedroom has two double beds, a flat screen tv and dvd player. There is also an inflatable mattress for extra sleeping room. The large round balcony is a focal point in the design of the condo and a favorite spot for our guests. We have lots of room for dining and sunning. You can sit and watch the Dolphin play and watch the 'goings on' on the Pier, which is the longest fishing pier in Florida. The pier is a very short walk from the condo. You will have all of the kitchen essentials you require for cooking a little or a lot! It includes an air fryer. Everything is and top of the line. We live at the beach and are hands on for the needs of our guests. We also have assigned covered parking convenient to the building. You have full access to the exercise room and to the barbeque grills. Our resort is situated between two parks, the National Seashore to the West where you will see abundant wildlife including, heron, pelicans, dolphin, sea turtles, sting ray, and various shore birds. We have an ideal location to spend an uncomplicated and family friendly beach vacation. I hope you come and see why we call this little sliver of Paradise our home

Was very disappointed in the cleanliness. Walls are marked up and damaged, furniture is stained, lighting is poor, curtains/blinds are missing, lamps that don't even plug in, picture on TV dark and difficult to see, master bed very uncomfortable. I was stuck with a pillow that felt like a 2x4. It could not even bend. There was an outdoor rug, stained, being used for the living area. A bathroom rug, in badly need of washing, being used in the kitchen. The actual bathroom rugs are matted and stained. We only had 3 wash cloths total for the entire condo. Basically we had to wash every day on our vacation. No liquid soap to clean dishes, and the hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty. The decor was horribly clashing. We had African parrots with dolphins and a picture of Greece (which I would swear I've seen in an hotel). The colors were all over the place. The master bedroom had a sheet and the comforter. No blanket. The pots and pans were scratched. The spatula was melted. There was a pot with blacked burnt stains on the bottom. The dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived.
While we were there, we brought up the reviews because we were shocked that we picked a place since we always check reviews first. For some insane reason, people were giving 4 star reviews for this place, but then listing all the faults at the bottom. Why someone would rate a place with 4 starts when there are so many issues is mindboggling. If I could give this place zero

Went to this property in Navarre at Beach Colony with my Mom. What a beautiful place to stay for our vacation. From a perfect view to an amazing nights sleep. You can hear the ocean just by cracking the patio door. Everything you need to get settled is provided in the condo. And if you needed anything the owner is sooooo sweet and very attentive. Will never stay anywhere else on our next vacation ☺️ Perfect trip all the way 💯

My family loved it! It was our beach vacation as family! It was fantastic! It took my son 3 days to make friends with the sand and the ocean, it was his first time! We made a lot of memories!

Condo itself and building were both so well located and convenient. Unit and building were well maintained with so many amenities. Unit was even larger than you’d think with huge rooms. Plenty of space to spread out and feel at home while on vacation. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

I love Beach Colony this unit had a great view of the Gulf Coast. The place was clean and the main bed was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom needed block out blinds. It was like daylight at night because the outside lights came through the curtains. The extra chairs in the living room were really dirty but other than that the condo was nice and had everything you need for a nice beach vacation.

Sue's condo was a great place for our family to meet and spend quality time together. The unit was well-equipped for our needs, and we were surprised to find a cart of beach floats, nets, and other items in the laundry room. Sue was quick to respond to our questions. The reserved parking with the unit was very convenient. Beach Colony is an excellent complex for a week at the beach. We plan to visit this unit again in the future.

I’ve stayed in Navarre beach many times and this was my favorite so far. You can’t not beat the view from this room. You have an amazing ocean view from the living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom! I was also impressed by how spacious the condo was. Super close to everything as well. Highly recommend!

The condo is quite nice and with easy access to the beach. We had all the items we needed. I, however, do have one suggestion and that is to install better light filtering shades in the bedroom with two beds.

Our stay at the Beach Colony was great! The condo was clean upon arrival and had all the necessities needed for a nice stay. The kitchen could use a new, nicer set of pots/pans but we made it work with what was available. Sue was very responsive with her messages throughout the time leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was as expected and has everything you would expect. Property is absolutely beautiful. We have been staying at Beach Colony for years and plan to continue. Would definitely book again.

There were a couple of hiccups to start my stay, none of which were the owners fault. But Ms. Sue was very quick and helpful to get the issues resolved. The parking is super convenient, and the location of the condo to the beach and the pier can't be beat. The only thing I might ask for is updated balcony furniture. It's a little uncomfortable. However, that would not make me not want to stay here again. I hope to come back next year.

Beautiful Condo
This condo has beautiful views and is well appointed. The condo was clean with only a couple minor issues. It was in good shape, but some furniture (patio) is going to be needing replaced in the near future. The spare bedroom window allows the outdoor condo lighting in at night so if you are sensitive to that it might be a little difficult to go to sleep right away. Saying these two things, I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Their is one assigned parking spot that is in a great location in the covered parking deck. I was driving an F250 and had to park in the basement level due to height restrictions. The building itself is in great condition, the pool is nice and we saw security through all hours of the day. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Sue was attentive and pleasant to talk with.
