About this cottage rental
Situated in Williams, this charming cottage for $125 per night is a great option for your next break. The Hancock Cottage was purchased by the current owners in 2016 and underwent an extensive renovation, opening in October 2016. This cottage will wow you with it's modern amenities and vintage charm. This property is ideally situated on a hill in a safe and quiet neighborhood three blocks from Historic Route 66 where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. The Grand Canyon Railway is within 5 blocks or a minutes drive. The view is amazing day or night! Williams is approximately 60 miles to the entrance of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. This lovely cottage is ideal for single or two family getaways who want to be close to the Grand Canyon, Railway, Polar Express, Bearizona, National Forest Land for hunting and fishing. This historic 1911 home has two bedrooms and one bath along with a sofa bed couch. All the items necessary to make your visit pleasurable have been considered: * Air conditioning/furnace * Wireless internet throughout cottage * Washer/Dryer along with laundry soap * Gas oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups, sugar and creamer * All the kitchenware you need to make a gourmet meal: dishware, cups, basic spices, crockpot, blender, hand mixer, cookware...FULLY FURNISHED you only need to bring the food * 60in smart TV in living room with Netflix access and a Blue Ray DVD Player * NEW Sofa bed couch (queen), two arm chairs and recliner in the sun room * Shower/tub combo with hand nozzle for washing the little one's. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided * All linens provided: towels, hand towels, wash towels, extra sheet sets, blankets, etc. * Queen beds (brand new), closets, armoires, alarm clocks * Carpeted bedrooms * Smart TV's in each bedroom with Netflix access * Two private yards (upper and lower) both enclosed. Yard is shaded by beautiful large trees that provide a quiet naturalistic setting * NEW barbeque grill * Patio set for dining out * Fireplace in courtyard * MUCH MUCH MORE to make your stay enjoyable My calendar is always up to date, so no need to validate that a date is open based on calendar availability. Dara is excellent. The cottage is super cute. We enjoyed being within walking distance of pretty much everything. We would have liked more television options. Some pans had been put away dirty. Beds are comfy. We will do again!

It was a very nice little house. Very well organized and clean. The weather was very nice (being I am from Glendale, AZ). The A/C worked very well and was chilly at times. Had to look for the right door to get in as there was two front entrances. A little difficult on the knees but still enjoyed your little house in Williams very much.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything Williams Arizona had to offer. Lots a places to eat and plenty of things to do for all ages... young and old. We spent most of our time out on the deck relaxing and enjoying the mornings and evenings. Very nice! We loved it!

We didnt use the little yard but it looked cute with the lights and fireplace. A handrail on the deck porch would be safer for older guests. And maybe a handrail on the cemwnt steps from the street to the sidewalk. Very convenient for our trip to the Grand Canyon. Kitchen was bright and cheerful.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. The cottage it is very nicely decorated and suited us perfectly. Williams is a fabulous Rt 66 town and after dark the shops are a joy to walk around and to. (Just be sure to stop fully at stop signs. The cops don’t play there.)
We didn’t have need for outside amenities so didn’t use the cute bbq area.
We had an absolute lovely stay. It served us perfectly. We are from the eastern side of the country so this was my family’s first journey to western part. And this was our first two nights stay and it got our trip off to a great start .
Would highly recommend and have no complaints at all. 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nicely updated cottage. We arrived to find it warm and inviting on a snowy winter day. It is even prettier than in the pictures and has almost everything you could need or want. A one minute drive, or five minute walk to Route 66, the Main Street through town. Dara is a super host and we will definitely be back!
