Nestled in Williams, this charming house for $135 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to the town of Williams, Arizona! Kick back and relax at this cozy, quaint, quirky, and quiet old ranch house. Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, which is located approximately 60 miles away. The town is full of restaurants, shopping, fresh air and friendly people! What a PERFECT place to spend your vacation! There is something very magical here during the Christmas Season! The Bunkhouse is close to town, yet far enough out to enjoy the outdoors. The views are spectacular! There is a porch with a view...you can see the beautiful Bill William Mountain. There is plenty of room in the backyard for children and/or pets to play. The house is warm and inviting. Enjoy visiting Bearizona, The Deerfarm, The Grand Canyon, The Polar Express and don't forget the shopping!!! It's a lot of fun to play in the snow here. There are plenty of places to go sledding and lots of snowball fights can take place right here in the backyard! The summers can be nice and cool. Come and explore the area and see all that Williams has to offer!

My family and I came to Williams for the Snow Tubing at Canyon Coasters. I was so happy I had found this adorable bunkhouse. It was perfect for my family!! It even snowed before we got there so my kids got to play in the backyard, making snowmen and having snowball fights. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I hope to go back :)

The back yard is great, my dog enjoyed the space and I enjoyed the fire pit. The house is quiet, comfortable, and in a low traffic area. The hosts have thought of everything so all you need to bring is food, wood, and alcohol and you are set for a good time.

The property was the perfect home for my husband, adult son and myself to stay while we hunted. I made dinner each evening, with the kitchen being so convenient. The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets to stay cozy throughout the night with the windows open. But my favorite part of the whole house was the front porch. My son and I sat in the rocking chairs visiting and reminiscing about everything while the sun came up and the sun went down, while the hubby enjoyed quiet time on the couch watching TV. It was the most enjoyable visit with my guys. Super location and close to downtown. Will definitely book here again. And Candi was amazing with communication!

The location was perfect proximity to all the main events in the charming city of williams AZ.
The host made us feel extremely welcome with birthday balloons for our 9 year old daughter and some special treats for our four-legged babies.
Our children, especially enjoyed the toy shelf that the host provide for children.
The cottage was clean and well, equipped for what we needed. (Very Cozy)
The back yard was completey fenced in and spacious
to accommodate our two large dogs.
Communication between Host and ourselves we’re fantastic. They recommended a few restaurants for us to patronize, which were on point.
We will definitely be back to visit.
If you’re looking for charming space to stay and don’t feel like staying in a commercial enviorment/hote.

The house was perfect for our family - including the dogs. The location was close to town and restaurants. The drive to the Grand Canyon is under an hour. Home is cozy and charming! We enjoyed our weekend in Williams!

We had a wonderful stay and our dog loved the big fenced in yard. There are several special touches at this VRBO that really capture a welcoming vibe while still being out in the woods. It was warm since we stayed in the middle/end of August but the house was very well prepared with evaporative coolers and fans. We were able to get by with the fans provided and just opening the windows when it cooled off. 😄 Overall beautiful property with cool and funky aspects, worked great for my fiancé and I and our Labrador. Hosts are kind and responsive. We look forward to another stay!

Such a clean, cozy, comfy and quiet home. Easy to get to and easy access to main roads to see the Williams/Grand Canyon attractions. All the games and movies kept my active kiddo entertained. The bed and bedding were amazing...honestly have not slept like this in years. I want to book a solo trip just to nap! Hosts were so communicative and we felt so at home. We will definitely boom again to see the area in the winter time. Highly recommend!

It did not meet my expectations. It looks better in the pictures than it really is. The house was old and no air conditioning. It was hot... One of the big windows was missing the screen and I could not leave it open because of bugs. Also, I didn't feel safe leaving all the windows open all night. The portable swamp cooler was way too loud and did not put out cool air. The only good thing was its location to downtown Williams and the freeway.

This cabin is cute and cozy. Beds were comfortable; all necessary supplies available. It's only a few minutes from town, and hostess was amazing. She provided all the info we needed, including recommendations for restaurants, and was super communicative. Would definitely stay there again if the occasion arises.

We stayed here to get to see the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the town of Williams. The atmosphere was wonderful and the people were very kind. We did a UTV ride that ended at the Verde River. The Bunkhouse was a great home base for our adventures.

First time guests in Williams AZ. This bunkhouse is beautifully positioned to enjoy what nature has to offer all while being minutes from downtown Williams AZ. I was surprised as to how close it was to the Grand Canyon Railroad Train AND Bearizona. We would definitely return.
P.S the owners personal touch (notes and candy) and communication throughout were a plus.

Nice house with lots of sweet perks. We enjoyed waking up to beautiful snow. There was also high winds, but we stayed cozy and warm inside. I really love how this house stayed warm during the storms. This is a great place to stay if visiting the Grand Canyon.

It was such as cozy, welcoming place. Candi was very communicative, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The house had nearly everything one would need to enjoy a cozy getaway. Since we stayed at the end of the month, the internet was definitely a bit of a struggle, and we were limited in that regard, but the bunkhouse is stocked with games and DVDs to fill the time. It's definitely a great place if you need to unplug and enjoy family or piece and quiet. It's conveniently located just outside of downtown and most things are just a short drive away. Definitely enjoyed our holiday with our animals.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this property over the weekend and was blown away by the house and the overall process we experienced! This was the absolute perfect place for a weekend getaway and it managed to fit a family of four plus two medium sized dogs! The house was stocked with games and books for our kids and the backyard provided tons of space for our dogs. The property owners were super quick on responding to our questions and explaining the overall process. We got the hotel service in the comfort of a home.
We hope we're able to get this same property again next year! Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this bunkhouse. It was the perfect size for our family. It is close to Bearzona, Route 66 and the train to Grand Canyon. Candi was amazing to work with and very communitive with us. We would definitely stay here again!

My teenage sons, dog and I stayed here for 2 nights. The bunkhouse was perfect for us. It's bigger than it looks and we all had our own spaces. The teenagers appreciated the bunk beds and the dog loved the back yard. The view off the front porch is so nice! Plenty of parking out front and the location was so convenient to downtown Williams. We liked being close but not in the center of town. You do have the train noise during the day and night and it is off a main road, but that didn't bother us at all. Be sure to read the description as there is no microwave or dish washer, but the kitchen is stocked with everything you need and I love cooking on gas stoves. We appreciated the snacks and dog cookies and are always thankful to have somewhere comfortable and nice to stay with our dog. Thank you for offering your home too us and allowing pets! The owner was quick to respond with answers to a couple questions. Great little place and we really enjoyed our time in Williams!

House was clean and had everything you could need. Friendly hosts. Loved the decor, felt like you were away from home but had everything to make a vacation a success. Had two young boys and they enjoyed the games and toys to play with. No complaints, was a great time. So much to do in Williams and nearby. Took a quick drive into Flagstaff for a day.

Enjoyed our time in Williams, however upon arrival the neighborhood was somewhat uncomfortable and we were not willing to leave the windows open at night, the cooling system was extremely difficult to figure out. The last thing I wanted to do after an eight hour drive was read an operating manual. The system did not cool the house off anyway, it put out more heat than cool and was so loud you could not hear the TV. In addition it was not explained that the only access to the bathroom was through the second bedroom that had absolutely no privacy, not even a wall on one side.

William's get away
Over all stay was OK. Back yard was unusable because of weeds. Spend most of our time son at my son's vrbo rental. Had a large living room and a usable backyard. Bugs became a problem the last couple of days due to the rain, no fault of the owners.
