Supervision and Behavior: Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended inside the home, especially if they tend to be loud or have a tendency to be destructive. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Backyard Enjoyment: Your pet is more than welcome to enjoy the backyard space. Feel free to let them run and play. However, we kindly ask that you clean up after them promptly to keep the area clean and pleasant for all. Clean-Up Supplies: For your convenience, we've provided bags to assist you in cleaning up any messes your pet may make. Proper disposal of waste is important to us, so please use these supplies when needed. Leash Requirement: When your dog is outside of the house or yard area, they must be leashed at all times. This is to ensure their safety and the safety of other guests and neighbors. There will be additional fees assessed if these rules are not followed. Pet hair on Couches or bedding will be a $75 fee.
