About this house rental
Charming 2 bedroom cottage in Historic Williams, Arizona. Hillside property has beautiful views of downtown Williams and the surrounding area. Newly remodeled cottage was built in 1950, and has beautifully restored original wood floors throughout. The bathroom and the kitchen are stocked with everything you need for your stay. A short walk to all of the shops and eateries of Main Street Williams. 30 minute drive to Flagstaff, home of Northern Arizona University and the Lowell Observatory. 75 minute drive to both the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona.

Our stay in Williams was absolutely wonderful. The home is cozy, calm, peaceful, and comfortable. The extra pillows and blankets were a great, thoughtful touch. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Yes, Williams is tiny. But the Cozy Cottage is tucked high up and away from the main street and the interstate. The views are amazing. We could see Route 66, the train, and the interstate, and beyond from the front porch and side deck, but all we could hear was the breeze in the tall pines. All we had to do was drive a minute down the hill and park. Almost everything is in walking distance from there. Randy and Ali were gracious, patient, and understanding in the weeks ahead of our stay. Our party went from two, to four, and back to two. They were quick to communicate, add, and subtract guests. And quick to refund the difference when our numbers went back down. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. I'm looking forward to next year, and possibly an extra trip in between.

It was a great stay! House was exactly as listed. Great location for Grand Canyon. A lot of choices for food in the area. My husband and I took the train to the Grand Canyon and found it was a fantastic experience. We do not hike a lot so was perfect for us. I only rated communication a 4 because we didn't need to talk with host.

This cottage was as described. Very clean, pleasant, homey. Delightful environment. Nice outdoor area. Comfy beds. Was close to all the sights/ restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. We would book this place again.
