A short walk to all of the shops and eateries of Main Street Williams. 30 minute drive to Flagstaff, home of Northern Arizona University and the Lowell Observatory. 75 minute drive to both the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. This house was perfect! We loved the feel of the home, we loved the fireplace, we played monopoly and were able to go just about everywhere Williams had to offer! Made a quick trip to the Grand Canyon, rode the coaster, fed the deer and sat around the fire while dinner cooked in the oven and we watched football playoffs! We make about two trips up north a year and this cottage was among our favorite stays! Thank you!

This stay was almost as good as last years, no fault of the owner.. we were just missing the snow! Haha. The home is quant, in a nice neighborhood and convenient to any activities in Williams. We’ll be back!

This house was so cute and perfect for my husband and I. Had everything we needed and a grocery store is not far to get food items. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see during our stay(Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Winslow). Williams is a cute little town with shops and restaurants. We went to the Route 66 Diner and it was very good (I recommend the patty melt). We would definitely stay here again

It was just my husband and I visiting the Grand Canyon. The house is about an hour a way from the South Entrance. That worked well for us. The house was in good shape and has two bedrooms and 1 bath. The house worked well for a couple.

We chose to stay here as a central location to go visit all the sites. It was perfect for our family of 6. Thr pmace was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We prepared most meals at home and had some out. The owners were easy to communicate with. It’a 5 minute walk to the main strip and 10 minute walk to the Grand Canyon Rail Station. Highly recommend!

Had everything we needed and more. We felt safe and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was perfect. We had restaurants, shops, and a grocery store nearby. Fun activities were also a short drive away. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing property with all the comforts of home! The perfect place to retreat to after a long day of hiking at the Grand Canyon or a day trip to Sedona! We especially loved the peacefulness of the home, all while being a short walking distance to Williams to enjoy a stroll around town and a delicious dinner…especially loved Nany’s Tacos! And try Leo’s Cafe for your morning coffee! I cannot say enough about the cleanliness and beauty of this home! The homeowners absolutely thought of every last detail. A true gem! You will not be disappointed! I look forward to another stay here the next time I’m in the area!

Property was perfect for our short visit. We spent 2 days in the Grand Canyon, 1 day in Sedona and 1 in Prescott. Williams was pretty much equal distance from all 3. Home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I loved this house! I had a hotel room booked but so glad I changed it and booked this home. The home was cute and cozy. We had a nice fire outside in the evening while I did my laundry inside for the rest of the trip. Bed was super comfy. Not a bad word about it and I would definitely stay here again.

Listing was as described and in the perfect location. Literally one street over has the best view of one of the dams there and the back porch has a great view of Williams down below. It's very close to the downtown but still far enough way to be quiet and calm. We also loved the big pine trees on the property. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just above Route 66. We enjoyed happy hour on the swing in the backyard with a sunset view. The home is freshly decorated and clean. Had great meals in downtown, a very short distance from the home. We also contacted the owners during our stay and received a quick response.

I stayed here with my wife an daughter for several days while we visited the Grand Canyon's South and East Rims. It's an easy 1 hr drive to the South Rim Park Entrance. The cottage was clean, cozy and well furnished and decorated. I had to communicate with the owner for help finding something and he responded promptly.

We had an enjoyable time in this Williams, AZ property. Everything was as advertised, clean, operable and functional. We loved the beautiful hardwood floors and the kitchen was well equipped with whatever we needed for our stay. The washing machine and dryer was a very handy amenity. It was quiet and peaceful at night and very comfortable. I was impressed with the property. Randy always responded quickly with any questions or concerns that we had which were only minor. I would not hesitate to stay here again if and when we are back in the area.
