About this house rental
You will feel right at home in this spacious (1600 square foot) 3 bedroom 2 bath single level charmer. Tastefully furnished throughout and within walking distance of downtown Williams with all of its restaurants, jbrew pubs, shops, zip lining, and much more. You will be within close proximity to Bearizona, Polar Express, Canyon Coaster, the South rim of the Grand Canyon and an awesome network of hiking trails & lakes for fishing and exploring. The home is situated on a quarter acre in a quiet neighborhood on the southwest side of town. There is an open field directly across the street from the house which creates an open natural space. There is a trailhead less than a quarter mile away that will connect you with miles of trails including the epic hike to Bill Williams mountain. If you happen to enjoy the fastest growing sport in America, there is a brand new Pickleball Court across the street!

The house was lovely and very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Note that the AC consists of 1 unit in the main living area and a portable unit. There is not central AC. We were comfortable as it cooled down nicely in the evenings and we could open the windows and use the provided fans to cool the bedrooms before going to sleep. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is pleasant and clean. Paul was prompt in responding to any questions we had. We traveled with three children, and I will say bring toys and lots for them to do. Overall, a great price for the area and there is a great trail nearby to walk on or hike. Close to everything in town also. Could walk downtown if you wanted to.

Needed more kitchen dishes and glasses. Biggest issue was AC unit in family room which was a portable unit detached from window. We used chair and tape to reattach. Close to restaurants and GC train and bedrooms were large.
