Nestled in Ocean Springs, this charming house for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Only one block to the heart of the downtown shopping/restaurant district, Bottlebrush on Bowen is a beautiful, meticulously maintained three bedroom property within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than a mile to beautiful Front Beach. Newly remodeled with all the amenities you need, Bottlebrush on Bowen is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with hardwood floors throughout and all the conveniences of home. Bottlebrush on Bowen features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The custom cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals. In the large dining area accented by chandelier lighting and decorated with elegant works of art by New Orleans artist Billy Solitario, the marble table is perfect for romantic dinners, and the large marble floating kitchen island offers additional dining space that kids love. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen TV with Cable and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. In the Master Bedroom you will find a luxurious, memory foam King bed, a huge walk-in closet, and the private bathroom features his and her vanities, an elegant walk-in shower, as well as a large tub (we are waiting on a part to fix the jets, so it is only a standard bathtub, not jacuzzi). Bottlebrush on Bowen has an on-demand tankless hot water heater, so no worries about having to wait for hot water if you have larger groups or like to take long hot showers. The two guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a double. All have flat-screen TVs with cable. A covered porch in the back of the home is surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A grill is available for cooking out, and there are bikes available for guest use to explore the area. ***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking*** ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.*** Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we rent a golf cart for guest use. Please inquire on the price before or during your stay. The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, 4 flat-screen TVs, and much more. While at Bottlebrush on Bowen, you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay. The property is accurately listed, very convenient location, clean and well equipped. The host was available with quick responses to our inquiries.
The only issue was there wasn’t a pod type coffee machine, since we brought a variety of pods, we went to Walmart and purchased one. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Ocean Springs is a wonderful place to visit . Good food and good shopping and nice folks. Not crazy!! The location is a good hub to venture out to other sites and sounds. Already planning another visit in the spring.

Ocean Springs was such a beautiful little town and a wonderful place for us to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary! It was our first time there, and we will definitely go back! Lots of great places to eat and wonderful boutique shopping for my wife and friends! The Bottlebrush on Bowen is so nice! Decorated beautifully and so comfortable. We rented the golf cart for tooling all around town, which we used for just about everything we did. Chris, was so easy to stay in touch with and met every need we had while there. Bottlebrush on Bowen is a win!!!

Excellent location, very well stocked/equipt, owner even delivered to us dinner from his restaurant! Manager easy to contact & very quick to respond only issues we had was getting Keurig c/maker in kitchen to work properly & 2nd toilet needs stabilising as it's wobbly but it works fine. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the owner & manager.

Loved coffee in the garden, slept like a dream with cozy linens, enjoyed over-The-top-Well-equipped kitchen, and had a blast exploring with the golf cart. We needed one more day for biking! Great hang-out for a family gathering, making it the perfect place to celebrate an 80th birthday! We will be back!

TLDR/BLUF – The home was very clean; the mattress was comfortable; there was good, strong water pressure in the shower. It is in a charming and safe location, perfect for walking to bars, restaurants, shopping, and the beach.
DETAILS – Bottlebrush on Bowen is wonderful! It felt more like staying in a home than a vacation rental. Having stayed in many rentals, I know how easy it can be to veer from “relaxed coastal elegance” to “crazed beachy kitsch,” but whomever designed this home nailed the vibe! The color palette is so soothing. Although I didn’t, I could have cooked a gourmet meal; you don’t often find a gas range with overhead vent in rentals. It would be a wonderful home for a family get-together. It was the two of us this time, but I can easily picture our adult children and their spouses joining us; there was plenty of room for all to cook and partake together. It would also be perfect for families with young children; I noticed amenities like a pack n play and even a co-sleeper available for use in the spacious closet / storage area. I also enjoyed spending time in the home appreciating the hanging artwork, pottery, vintage furnishings, etc. Everything seemed thoughtful.
The home is in a perfect location. You can walk to everything downtown as well as the beach. Or, if you have a bum knee, you can rent the golf cart conveniently located in the garage.

This property did NOT disappoint!! It is appealing right from arrival...such a beautiful property located in a nice neighborhood. Upon entering and looking around, we felt so welcome! The owner had thought of practically everything we could want or need while staying here. The location couldn't be better! It was an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Although we didn't use the bikes and other items available, it was so wonderful to know they were they if we wanted or needed them. The kitchen was fully furnished and we had plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer available. My only slight criticism and this is being VERY picky...the kitchen could stand to have a bit more lighting, either overhead or under cabinet, but that is the ONLY thing that was slightly less than desirable about this property. If we ever visit Ocean Springs again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Bottlebrush on Bowen was just as the listing stated, clean and updated. I loved that it had a golf cart, bicycles, a fenced yard, and a screened-in porch. It was so close to all the shops and restaurants we could walk. Communication with Chris, the property manager, was easy, and his response time was quick. Look forward to staying here again!

This rental is a very attractive, very well-appointed home within short walking distance of downtown. The property manager was extremely attentive and quick to respond to all questions, and we very much enjoyed using not only the kitchen but the brill in the back yard. A very comfortable bed, a very deep bathtub (jets were to working but that's explained in the offering) and extremely quiet. Ocean Springs is definitely worth a visit!
