The Agave House in Ocean Springs is the perfect place to experience a multitude of both exciting and relaxing activities. Situated within walking distance from downtown there is no better place to be. Being just steps away from culture, entertainment, nightlife, shopping and restaurants provides all the right ingredients for a memorable stay. Come experience the laid-back fun atmosphere created by a community of well-preserved historical homes and cottages only blocks from beaches, picturesque harbor, and breathtaking scenery and begin to feel your stress melt away. Are you here for a festival or Cruising the Coast? Are you bringing a boat or a trailer? Take advantage of the 31-foot fenced in part of the driveway perfect to store whatever you are pulling. Want to relax and kick back and be together? Use the grill for a backyard BBQ and enjoy some fun times with family and friends under the party lights of the gazebo and roast some smores in the firepit. Let your pet run free in the large pet-friendly fenced in back yard. The Agave House offers a clean two-bedroom one bath home away from home with comforts and amenities to enhance your stay. During your getaway take a break and watch your favorite movies and shows on one of the 43-inch Roku TVs powered by the strongest Wifi signal AT&T has to offer. Take time to treat and pamper yourself with a hot bath in the unique clawfoot bathtub. Bring as much as you need to be happy because there is plenty of room to spread out in the big bedroom which includes a huge walk-in closet and large dresser with a mirror perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town or at the casinos! The bigger bedroom is furnished with one comfortable queen and one double bed and the smaller bedroom is furnished with one double bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The foundation is laid for you to fill your evenings with great food, warm laughter, and magical moments together in the kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. Take advantage of the microwave, oven, glass top stove, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, coffee maker and toaster in making your favorite meals. Easy access to exercise is available at Freedom Park located only one block away. Keep healthy during your stay by going for a walk, jog or run on the modern track with a rubberized surface, workout at the exercise stations or head a few blocks south and go along the sidewalk path by the beach or if real ambitious go over the 3 mile Biloxi bridge on the pedestrian path. Whatever you choose to do, we hope you enjoy your stay and come back and visit us again!

We enjoyed staying at the Agava house. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants. If you have a pet this is the house for you. Fenced in yard allows your pet the freedom to explore without the worry of other pets in the area.

We rented this property a year ago; at that time, it was immaculate & we loved being there. This time, however, it was not the same. The house wasn't very clean & it stunk; because of that, we cut our stay short & left 3 days earlier than planned.
The bathroom & the bedroom with carpet were especially foul-smelling. The rug in living room smelled like urine & was very nasty; we dared not walk on it without shoes on! I discovered an unwashed coffee mug in the cabinet. The lamps in the house looked as if they hadn't been dusted/cleaned in years. Sewage is seeping out from the base of the toilet because it is not bolted to the floor.... unsanitary & stinky. In fact, the entire house felt & smelled unsanitary.

This house was perfect for Crusin the Coast! Perfect size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for another couple or children also. 1 block walk to downtown for car show or shopping. Neighbors also very friendly! Great neighborhood and house! I will be booking for next years event as soon as it is available to do so!

We could not have asked for a better fit. The location, the yard, being pet friendly, the parking,... the list goes on. A September stay in Southern, Mississippi can be brutally hot. Which is why a kicking AC is always key. No problem at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Bowen Street.

Great little house in fantastic location. Was just what we needed for the Mississippi Songwriters Festival weekend. Older home with some wear and tear, but honestly was like staying with relatives. Overall nice accomodations and check in and check out so easy. LOVED having a fenced yard for our dogs and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip to Ocean Springs. The house is very convenient to downtown and it was nice to be able to walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The beach was also a short walk. The house was clean and comfortable, and check in/out was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed Agave house during our visit to Ocean Springs. Loved that lots of restaurants and shops were easily walkable, even in the 100+ degree heat. The house was no frills, but very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our pups loved the back yard where they could roam and sniff until their hearts were content.

Stayed at this property for my mom’s 66th birthday and it was amazing! Easy access to the beach. Restaurants and live music within walking distance! Very clean and well stocked house. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family for future trips.

Susan was wonderful in communication. The location couldn’t be better to downtown. However, there are several things we felt uninformed about until after final payment was taken. The house is basically attached to another house that is not associated with the rental. We got a long list of rules about being quiet, when in fact, everyone and thing around was loud late into the night. Local bars are very close so we got to hear drunk karaoke well past midnight, the trains came at very early hours and felt like they were in the back yard. We know this is supposedly part of the “charm” but I feel a warning could have been given. Maybe some ear plugs and a sound machine provided. If the trains don’t keep you up, you’ll have a wide selection of roosters every morning screaming at you repeatedly. The house itself felt like it had been sitting for awhile and no one came to spruce it up before we arrived. Multiple dead, dying, and live roaches in plain sight when we arrived. A simple walk through before we came would have notified housekeeping of this issue. The carpet is HORRENDOUS! We closed up the master bedroom and didn’t allow our dogs or anyone in there. So many stains and smells from who knows what. Floors were sticky and lots of pubic hair in bathroom. The kitchen has a ton of windows that have zero curtains or blinds. I felt incredibly exposed and unsafe. Gets so hot too! Needs curtains! AC struggled to stay cold. House needs an update. Great management though!

My husband, myself, and our dog loved the clean tastefully decorated home. The location is convenient to all that Ocean Springs has to offer and near the casinos. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully, we'll be back next year.

We had stayed in biloxi many times but never ocean springs. We were coming back from our granddaughters high school graduation and decided to check out ocean springs. Being 1/2 block from downtown, the location can’t be beat. The property was clean and comfortable and the communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

This property is VERY clean, comfortable, convenient to all the old town restaurants and shops and in a very quiet neighborhood. If choosing to stay here you may want to bring a few items with you, such as napkins, tissues, place-mats, dish towels, wash cloths, sugar, and olive oil to cook all the local shrimp available (from the boats or a few seafood markets) at very low prices. We enjoyed our stay.

Had booked a hotel for a last minute getaway but found this available and was so glad we did! Great location walking distance to shops, restaurants, nightlife but in a quiet neighborhood. Home has 2 Bedrooms with 3 beds and 1 bath with a genuine clawfoot tub/shower combination. Great large secure fenced in backyard for our dog. Clean, great communication with the owner and highly recommend!
