This studio is perfect. Whether in town for business, a wedding or one of Wilmington's famous festivals, this efficiency is sure to please. It has an extremely comfortable king sized bed, luxury linens, office area, view of a mature back yard, and use of 2 brand new bicycles. Located on a corner, with direct access to the Mayfaire Shopping Center, City Trail, and two miles from the beach. Come relax. Daily maid/laundry service is available.
This property is on a busy corner, with lots of foot and vehicle traffic. There are sidewalks and pet friendly, green spaces all around. THE BACK YARD IS NOT INCLUDED. Fur babies need to be on leashes when outside.

The host was super friendly and accommodating. Perfect place for two people and a fur baby. Everything was nicely cleaned and close to walk shopping center. Beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this spot!

We loved the place, it definitly met our needs, we were able to get to shops in the area fairly easy. I loved the cleanness oof the unit and the privacy it allowed me. Will definitely stay there again
