About this house rental
Located in Carolina Beach, this lovely house for $199 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Georgia House is very relaxing. You can sit out on the front or side porches and take in the scenery. Many VRBO beach house listings are described as "Homes", and they turn out to be duplexes, townhouses or condos. This house is a very large (for a 3 bedroom house, 2200 sq. ft.), free standing beach house in a very quiet section of the north end of Carolina Beach, 1 block from the ocean. The house is set up for enjoying your vacation. There is a 86" inch LED TV with DVD player in the great room with a large collection of DVD's to watch. There is a professional slate pool table in the next room to enjoy. The very large great room / kitchen / dining room is about 30' by 30' so there is plenty of room for familys to hang out together. The house has 2 very large master bedrooms with large bathrooms. All the rooms in the house are very large for a beach house. The sofa in the great room is large enough for 2 people to sleep on. There are ample linens, blankets and pillows to make it up for sleeping. The free internet Wi-Fi system is available inside and outside the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The 2 master bedrooms have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom has full sized bunk beds. The 2 master bedrooms have large (50" and 60") LED TV's with DVD players, walk in closets and large bathrooms with granite vanities. The kitchen is very large with stainless steel appliances, a Jen-Air indoor grill / griddle for grilling steaks, etc. There are ample pot and pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils, coffee makers, blenders, etc. for cooking large meals. All sheets, pillow cases, comforters, etc., bath and an ample supply of beach towels are included. The beds are already made. There is no need for linen service. Available in the house is laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Pretty much everything you will need is available in the house so you only have to bring food and personal items.

The location is amazing, just a short walk to beach access. The home is very spacious, both bedrooms are a master set-up with very large rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is also massive, which makes it easy to have multiple people in there at one time.
The owner was very responsive, and helpful with any questions we needed answered.
Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Georgia house. It was much bigger and nicer in person than even the pictures show. We had all the ammenities we needed for a nice stay. We did minimal cooking, so I can't attest to much of the kitchen items, but there was a lovely fridge, ice maker and a wine opener (always a must!) Having 2 king beds was awesome! I always feel like someone gets a downgrade when they only get a queen bed. Plenty of towels and linens were available too. The location was perfect for going to the beach. quick walk. We carried our few items because we only took a few things, but a wagon other beach items, were provided as well. Such a lovely long weekend. Can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend staying in this house. Chris was very attentive to a couple of our questions and even called us as we arrived to give us a bit of information. Very nice to feel personally looked after.

This was the perfect spot for 6 adults. We were far enough away from all of the craziness of the Boardwalk and just a short walk from the beach. It is an older beach home that is well stocked with all of your needs. We wanted a room big enough to enjoy a movie or just hanging out. The house was exactly what we needed.

This is a very spacious house. The boys really enjoyed the pool table and the beach was just a few minutes walk away (very convenient). However, a few light bulbs all over the house need to be replaced.

I looked at several different options on my search for a place to stay. What really attracted my attention to this particular location was it not being a townhouse or condo.
Very large single family house. Spacious parking area, large porch with seating for all. Two main bedrooms with full baths plus an additional half bath off the kitchen made things very comfortable.

Took my son, his girlfriend, and grandson, who had never seen the ocean before. Unfortunately, the ocean took some new prescription glasses off the Gf. She didn't know the power of the waves. It was a great trip with a lot of firsts. The boys went charter fishing with Capt. Charles Powell
and may have caught a record-breaking black drum, paperwork was submitted. The house is great!! Many types of cookware and a few spices were available. I thought the food offered in the town was awful and overpriced. I do suggest cooking in-house more than eating out. There are many pictures of the owner's family I am assuming, which made it feel kind of like home. I would definitely stay again.

The beds in the master bedroom were so comfortable 😌. Great selection of movies we enjoyed watching our favorite. The pool table was a big hit. Location of home was great only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only thing that needed attention was the lack of a light on the front porch at night as it was very dark and walking down the steps to take the dog out was scary.

We found this property exactly as advertised. It is not new, but clean and extremely spacious. The best thing is all this room is on one floor, even though it is a raised beach house. We were happy to find the property managed by the owner who was totally accommodating. We would definitely use this location again.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. The house was perfect - close to the beach, walkable neighborhood for the dogs, and all the amenities you would want at the beach including towels, a boogie board and a beach cart. Plus the owner, Chris, could not have made us feel more welcome.

Great location tucked back in a cute little neighborhood about a block and a half from the beach. House was beautiful, clean, roomy yet cozy! The pool table got plenty of use during our visit as well. Same your packing space the owner provides beach carts, boogie boards, and plenty of chairs. He’s usually near by if you need anything and very responsive. Really enjoyed our time thank you Mr. Holland!

When we weren’t at the beach or out doing other activities, the kids (and adults) loved the pool table room and spent most of their free time there. And at night the living room was more than big enough to fit us all (and then some) to play a game or watch a movie. The house was very clean and only a minute or two walk to the beach. Plenty of beach amenities (beach cart, chairs, boogie board, etc) and home amenities, again better than I expected. And the owner seems like a very decent, down-to-earth guy, communicated quickly and was very friendly and easy-going. We had a great week and would definitely stay there again if we returned to Carolina beach.

Great home walking distance to the beach!
The house was great and perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of outdoor seating space and with extra chairs to use on the front porch. The inside family space was large and the pool table was an extra plus, enjoyed by the adults and children. The house was very clean which always makes a vaca stay pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Carolina beach house
This was a great house and we’ll definitely come back. Chris, the owner, was very helpful when we had a minor issue with the AC. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It was spacious and close to the beach. We had plenty of cookware and towels.

The four generations of the North Carolina family relaxed and played lots of pool on this way to short trip. This property was adequate as it is described. It would have been more comfortable with another bedroom [ not the owners fault]. Stairs got a little tiresome for the elder guest, otherwise a pleasant experience.
