5 stars all around. We see our CA family once a year and wanted a special place to meet. This property is fabulous. location is ideal for skiers and also for walking the village. The property is lovely, very clean and well maintained. Very very comfortable. The Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our stay was flawless. The place is in an ideal location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, amazing pizza delivered if we are tired from the slopes. Great game room, heated pool, and hot tub outside. Very well thought out and fully stocked kitchen. My family had an amazing time there. Highly recommended. Our family will only stay in that place when returning to Breckenridge.

Especially after a long day of travel from Nebraska to Parker and then on up the mountain! We apologize for bothering you with the parking situation, but you were so sweet to get back to us so quickly! Your home was beautiful as anticipated and my grand-baby LOVED the Christmas decorations almost as much as her Grandma did! (me ) LOL! She absoulutely loved looking at your beautiful tree!! and to my surprise she didn't touch a thing only pointed and ohhhhed and awwed at the "Pretties". The condo was emaculant and well taken care of and we felt so at home from the comfy beds and towels to the decorations, I felt like we were meant to be there and it really felt like a home away from home!
We did go to the kiddie pool and the hot tub and loved every single minute of it! I truly can not say enough positive things about the property! My only dissapointment was that I didn't get to see a pretty snowfall! But that was OK, because had it been too snowy we wouldn't have been able to get out and enjoy walking around town.
We loved being able to walk out of the condo and be right there on the main street! Its a skier's paradise to be that close to the sloaps in addition to having everything you needed right at your fingertips!! We were even able to order "Gelato" the last night we were there and had a free deliver

We had Ana amazing time exploring Colorado and our stay in Breckenridge. The condo was perfect. We were could walk anywhere in town to eat and shop as well hike the slopes.

Excellent property for 3 friends getting together for fun! We each had our own room AND bathroom, which made everyone feel comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Main St. Breckenridge and many other areas of Breck. We also loved the location of the condo within the larger property. First floor, easy entrance and exit and quick walk to outdoor hot tubs!

We had the best time in Breckenridge, and this rental property and owner, Jackie were a big part of that! First of all- the condo itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. We loved being on the first floor with the outdoor seating area and all the windows. The bedrooms were amazing and each one having their own bathroom was so great for our large group. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and the shampoos and conditioners were great quality. We enjoyed the games provided when we took a break from the outdoors. Every closet and cupboard are stocked with anything and everything you’ll need, Jackie has done a fabulous job!
The amenities at the condominium were simply amazing. Our group loved the game room near the pool, my toddler could have spent all day in the baby pool area with the splash pad and slide, and the outdoor hot tubs were an awesome way to end the day. Everything was so clean! The location of the condo can not be beat. We were able to walk everywhere! The shops and restaurants were so much fun and having them within walking distance was perfect. Having a laundry room in the building was so convenient for our group as well. Everything about the property was impressive!
Jackie was extremely accommodating and responsive. You can tell her goal is for her guests to fall in love with Breckenridge and feel right at home!
You won’t regret staying here!

the condo was excellent, clean, very well decorated, has everything you need, we even had a Moose walk by the back window Sunday afternoon during the football games, we would definitely stay here again, and Jackie the owner was great to work with.

From booking, check-in, stay and check out, this was the best experience and nicest unit we've ever rented in Breckenridge. Jackie, the host, was amazing with communication and walking me through the whole process. Location is excellent as it is in proximity to all things that make Breck a special place. The Gathering Point is just as all the reviews state and photos show…an amazing condo! The entire home is stocked better than any other we’ve stayed in. Very spacious, yet quiet and cozy. There is every kitchen appliance and tool you would want, even Tupperware! There are hooks upon hooks and towel racks in the bathrooms (so rare). Plenty of linens, no skimpy 1 towel and washcloth per guest. Lots of DVD’s, throw blankets and a Bose speaker in the living room. An X-box (or similar) in the kids bunk room. The game room in the building with the pool kept my kids busy (pool table, pac man, shuffle board, pong) when not out doing other things. The pool and hot tub were very clean. There was a sauna and steam room we didn’t use- but looked nice and are new. We didn’t have any issues we needed to contact the hosts, but they were very responsive and helpful leading up to the stay. Parking in the garage under the building is TIGHT, but I saw bigger vehicles than my Q7 in there. The elevator from the garage, while marked ‘HOA elevator’ did throw us at first (HOA made me think wasn’t for guests and its behind double doors that looked like a storage closet) but was very handy from the garage! Would most def stay here again!

We loved The Gathering Point. The location was unbeatable...short walk to quicksilver lift and downtown Main St. The condo facilities were clean and roomy, lots of hot tub and pool space for plenty of people. The condo was clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable. Loved that every room had a humidifier and even had laundry baskets for walking down to laundry rooms. Would absolutely rent here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

We LOVED The Gathering Pointe! It was truly the perfect location for our family. Beautifully situated on the ground floor in a corner unit surrounded by trees, it was also only about a 2 minute walk (if that) to ski school, The Maggie, and the Quicksilver chair lift. The condo was also extremely close to town. We were able to easily walk there with three young kids (5 and under) in tow. The condo was clean and looked the same in real life as it did in photos. We would 100% stay here again when we return to Breckenridge for vacation.

We walked in to this property and we were all amazed at the decor, vibe, size and location. It has everything single thing you need on-site to enjoy your stay, and communications with the owner were simple and always helpful. She even recommended a bakery for a birthday cake we needed (Clint's-it was delicious!) Getting to the slopes is a snap, and you will feel right at home. Having a ski locker indoors right across the hallway was a great bonus, too. We will absolutely rent here again when we come back to Breckenridge!

The property was exactly as advertised, we were a group of 6, spanning 3 generations. It was comfortable, perfectly stocked kitchen, perfect location for skiing and walking into town for dinner/ shopping.
Ski closet included to house all of our gear, laundry facility easy to access, super hot water with great pressure in the showers. I highly recommend this location and condo for your family visit to Breck.
Host was very accommodating and responsive.
Heated underground garage- clear instructions on check-in procedures.
We are frequent travelers and this condo was terrific.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were extremely helpful in providing information for the area to help us plan a great vacation. The location is prime for families. We were able to walk the kids to ski school & hop on the chair lift. The indoor kids pool was a favorite of our kids too. The backyard was a snow oasis… we had fabulous time snowman building, snowball tournaments, & few fox visitors which the kids loved seeing.

Six adults came to ski, and with this location, we could all come and go when we wanted. A private ski storage closet was near the exit door. The Quicksilver lift was a three-minute walk away. We rented skis at Blue River Sports, and we walked to that too. The place was beautiful and clean. Everyone said that their beds were very comfortable. With three bedrooms, each couple got their own private bathroom. (The bed in the third bedroom had a bunk above, probably fine for kids, but made it challenging for a couple to get in/out of without bumping a head.) The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with nice pots, pans, dishes, glasses, storage containers, crock pot, coffee pots -- you name it! The pantry was full of spices, coffee filters, foil, etc. The parking garage is super convenient, but pricey and very tight getting in/out. There was only room for one vehicle, so we had to park second one in a remote lot. Luggage carts and an elevator made moving suitcases, groceries, etc. pretty easy. Washer/dryer is on 2nd floor; you have to download an app and pay to use it. One load to wash/dry cost $7. Machines worked great. Dryer ran 50 minutes, and clothes were completely dry -- unlike most laundromat dryers. The closets had extra blankets, pillows, fans, and humidifiers. Did not use hot tubs or health club, but we toured it; looks amazing! Jackie was very pleasant and responsive to any requests. You could tell that she really wanted us to be completely satisfied.

Highly recommend this place! Two King suites plus the additional bedroom was perfect for two families with children, kitchen was stocked with good appliances (we cooked most meals), condo was cozy, and the location was amazing (2-minute walk to the lift)! Owner was responsive and took care of us during our stay. We can’t wait to visit again!

Location location !! We stayed at the gathering point for a week of skiing with our family and absolutely loved it! The home was beautifully decorated and very homey, one of the things that we absolutely loved about. It was each bedroom was separate and had its own bathroom and shower, so there were plenty of bathrooms and you didn’t have to share, and the condo is big enough that you felt like you had your own space, and that’s great when the whole families going. The location couldn’t be better close to the lift on peak nine where we like to stay and right in town. It made it so easy to get around with children. The owner/manager is fantastic. Any questions we had she answered right away she was very helpful with activities around town. The condo is stocked with just about anything you can think of that you need, there’s not anything I don’t think that the owners left out. They are very mindful of families and what the needs are and provided yet. If you are even questioning about whether to stay at this property, don’t question it, you’ll absolutely love it! My whole family had a great time and we just can’t say enough good about this property or the owner who manages it herself, and how helpful she was! This property is a five star all the way around!

It was a great vacation spot. Just a short walk to everywhere…..the Quicksilver lift is a short walk and Main Street! The hot tub, sauna, exercise room, etc. is just across the way. The amenities were an addded plus. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed watching movies and the snow falling from the cozy living room. The Christmas decorations were lovely and made you feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and the condo is decorated beautifully. I would definitely stay again! The owners were easy to work with and made sure we we didn’t need anything. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Wonderful and comfortable home located within walking distance to everything Main Street has to offer. Perfect three bedroom home to relax and enjoy Breckenridge. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the furniture and furnishings were updated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views out the great room windows and time in the sun on the small patio.

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this was a favorite! It is the perfect mix of luxury and homeyness! It has recently been updated and a fresh coat of paint added, which looked great. We had all the information we needed for an easy check in process and for everything else as well. It was just an easy stay at a great location. We walked to downtown Breckenridge everyday and also drove to close by trail heads easily. We had a great stay!
