This charming cottage offers a reverse living floor plan and a beautiful Ocean view from the top level that features the kitchen, dining room, living room and spacious upper deck. There are additional Ocean Views from the second/main level lower deck, as well as from the Master Bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. Our beautiful and charming home features a gorgeous vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beam, hardwood floors, wainscoting, crown moulding, slab granite counters in the kitchen as well as all bathrooms and wet bar. There are two fireplaces, two spacious decks with Ocean Views as well as a private hot tub with Ocean View. Olivia Beach is a premier neighborhood in Lincoln City that has been featured on both HGTV and Sunset Magazine and is just feet from the Pacific Ocean. The Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach is located immediately next to the Heated Outdoor Pool and on-site Exercise Room. We are a short walk to Olivia Beach's Central Park that includes a children's play structure, large open grass space, community grill, Nature Area, community fire pit and sand volleyball court. From the Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach you are also a short walk to the ocean with beach access via the Olivia Beach stairs. From the top of the stairs you get a terrific view of the ocean below! With exactly 113 stairs to reach the sand, it can also be a great work out! However, if you prefer not to walk and would like to drive you can gain flat public beach access at Canyon Drive Park which is a very short 5 minute drive from Seaview Cottage between 11th & Coast Ave. Once you are on the beach we are extremely close to some of the most amazing tide pools and lots of wide open spaces for building sand castles or just walking with your toes in the sand. Our home can accommodate 8 adults or 6 adults traveling with up to 4 children. We are ideally suited to multi generational/family vacations - grandparents traveling with adult children and grandchildren. We have 4 bedrooms: 🛏️ Basement Bedroom: King Size Bed = 2 🛏️ Master Bedroom: King Size Bed = 2 🛏️ Ocean View Guest Room: Queen Size Bed = 2 🛏️ Bunk Room: Twin Bed over Full Bed over Full Trundle = 4-5 **depending on age and size of children. Because our three story home features a reverse living floorplan for our ocean views, there are quite a few stairs. We offer baby gates to help keep toddlers and children safe. Our home is family friendly and includes free wifi.

The property is exactly as described in the listing. Close to the ocean stairs, the park & firepit, steps away from the pool! We had children aged 6-9 and their servants (aka parents). Everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen equipment was thoughtfully well stocked to make all our meals here. The beds were comfortable as well as the lounging furniture. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

Super easy, near the beach, pool is literally outside the front door. Loved every piece of it, the kids had a great time. The adults had a great time, and we definitely go back. A lot of reviews mentioned the house being fully stocked, and we can confirm that is 100% true! The hosts were super easy to work with. The hot tub was great. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed, and the laundry room was very useful.

Best Vacation Home Ever!
We stayed at Seaview Cottage for nine wonderful days. The house was the perfect setup for our family of 10 which included five adults and five children. The home was immaculate; the kitchen equipped with everything the cooks in the family could possibly need, and the shed stocked with beach and pool toys for the children. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of soft linens, cozy bathroom towels and even pool and beach towels. The home is conveniently located next to the heated community pool, which our family was able to use every day. The host, Manda, was very easy to communicate with and graciously allowed us to check in earlier than we expected. The attention to detail was unlike any vacation home we have ever rented previously, and because our experience was so enjoyable we hope to return to Seaview Cottage again for another amazing vacation!

When we got there the check-in process was seamless and all went well. You will need to get used to the 3 floors so the steps are a bit much, but great exercise. The beds were very comfortable with pillows and comforters. Bathrooms on all floors and views from the top deck was suburb. Great views from the 2nd floor from the 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom excellent. Kitchen cupboards were all labeled so when you used dishes and stuff, you knew exactly where it was to be put back. I could go on and on about this house, but you need to rent the home to see how nice everything is. We will definitely plan to go back and hopefully we will be able to get the dates we are looking for.

Fantastic Week at the Oregon Coast
Seaview Cottage exceeded our expectation in every way. The house is part of a great secluded neighborhood away from the crowds of Lincoln City and the house is built up in the neighborhood allowing for perfect viewing of sunsets, and great views of the ocean from the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to do baking and grilling during our trip, the bedrooms all had really comfortable beds, and the basement was perfect for the kids to watch movies. Manda was always really responsive as the owner of the property. We definitely want to come back in the future!

Beautiful home on the coast!
This was my favorite home on our entire Oregon Coast Road Trip! The house was decorated so beautifully, love Manda’s style! Bedrooms were all so cozy. WELL equipped kitchen, I cook a lot! The location was awesome. The kids loved just walking around the neighborhood and going to the beach to hang out. We went to Depoe Bay and saw whales! The kids surfed at Agate Beach. They said (teenagers) this was their best stop of the whole trip! Lol We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Olivia Beach. Thanks Manda, for sharing your home with our family!

Fantastic!
Our family had a delightful stay at the Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary. The house was cheerful, organized and clean with all ammenties to feel at home. The clear view of the ocean was perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee, soak up the sunset and cheer for whale sightings. Each day we explored tidepools and surfed the waves. Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Neighborhood!!
Wow! It was our first time to Lincoln City and it did not disappoint. The home owner, Manda, is the best host. The house is located in such a great spot. It was so nice to have the pool right next door, the park a short walk away and the beach just a few steps further. Manda has decorated the house so beautifully. You can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into planning out every single detail. The views from the house of the ocean are amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The house offers everything you could imagine you would need on vacation. Manda is so kind and was readily available to answer any questions we may have had about the property and local surroundings. This was a trip to remember and we cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Manda for making it so effortless to enjoy a week with family making endless memories.

This house is gorgeous in every way, and Manda was an absolute delight!
First, the house - the pictures are very helpful and accurate, but seeing the house in real life is even better. It is spotless and beyond well-equipped. We lacked for nothing! I can tell that every surface and finish and decorating detail was chosen with care. Every room was magazine-worthy. The kitchen was gorgeous, too, and we very much appreciated how well-stocked it was. We especially liked that the location for every item was labeled in the kitchen, which made it very easy for us to put everything back in its correct place. Manda's instructions and information about the house was very thorough as well, so the whole process was smooth and easy.
The beds were amazing - we all slept so well! The mattresses were so comfortable, and it was a struggle to know whether we should stay in those lovely beds or get up and start our day, LOL.
The views from the balconies were stunning. We spent a glorious evening watching the sun set and whales diving. It was truly a special and memorable evening.
Manda was so helpful, and I especially appreciated her advice about things to do, places to eat and when/where to explore the tide pools.

Loved it!
We celebrated our 45th anniversary here with our children and grandchildren. It was perfect, beautifully decorated, fantastic views of the ocean (we saw whale spouts on our last day) and an incredibly equipped kitchen. We could make very fancy meals here. Beach was gorgeous for walking. Our granddaughters Loved the heated pool just steps from the side of the house and the fire pit in the park. Pictures were very accurate. Would definitely stay again if we return (our family spread all over)

Surprise Birthday Girls Weekend
What a great property! Manda was so great to work with, and it's easy to tell that this place is special to her and her family. They take really good care of the place and have thought of every detail/comfort. We had INCREDIBLE weather while we were there, so were able to take long walks on the beach and enjoyed the easy access. We had plenty of room for the seven of us, and we loved being able to hang out around the kitchen table, family room, hot tub and decks. A really special place and many of us are already thinking of planning a couples trip. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. LOVED it!!
