We have a backup emergency full-house power generator that turns on automatically should the power fail. In 3 years, we’ve had power disruptions just twice, lasting less than 10 minutes each. The generator can power the house for a full week without refilling the propane tank. Cellular reception on ATT and Verizon are excellent (we don't yet have info on other carriers, sorry!). We provide all bed and bathroom linen, plus extras. Internet speed throughout is 1GB.
