About this condo rental
Located in Cape May, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This well appointed, cedar-shake ground floor condo is in a choice location, perfect for small families with young children or an adult couple’s getaway. In addition to being close enough to walk barefoot to the beach (just two blocks), it is only a 3 block walk to Cape May's Washington Street pedestrian mall and some of the best restaurants at the New Jersey Shore. Walk 2 blocks west, and you are in the heart of West Cape May with its selection of antique stores, cafes and other quaint shops. A lovely feature is the outdoor living space. Lean back and enjoy the evening sea breeze on the new wrap-around porch, it is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Sit in the rocker chairs and watch the horse drawn carriages pass by. Also on the front porch is a 4-seat outdoor dining area with ceiling fan/light. There is also a new enclosed side porch with comfortable wicker furniture and lovely greenery -- ideal for reading and relaxing. This enclosed porch is shared with the upstairs condo. The garden is nicely landscaped with a seating area, fully enclosed outdoor shower, and gas BBQ grill. This condo was completely renovated in 2007 with contemporary, high-end finishes. Inside you will find light oak hardwood floors throughout, large gourmet eat-in kitchen with granite counter-tops and six bar stools. New appliances and new central A/C and heating keeps it the perfect temperature. The condo has high speed wireless Internet access, flat screen high-definition TV with Comcast Xfinity cable, DVD player , CD/Radio. The master bedroom has a new queen bed and mattress with fan, dresser, and nightstands. The second bedroom has full/double-size bunk beds and a new love seat sleeper sofa that pulls out to a twin bed, also has lots of closet space. The light, airy bathroom with white wainscoting and tiled shower, and washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes all dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator with ice-maker, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Windsor Avenue is a quiet, tree-lined street and not one of the town’s major thoroughfares, so getting to and from the beach and other nearby locations is a breeze. We provide a guaranteed off-street parking space (in a driveway shared with the upstairs unit). Additionally, there is plentiful metered and unmetered parking on Windsor Avenue and nearby. No smoking and no pets, please. Five seasonal beach tags included. We rent year-round including weekends (2 night minimum). We loved our stay at Chris’ 2 Victorian apartment in Cape May. It feels much more spacious inside than the pictures portray and the front porch was perfect for relaxing and reading a book. We loved how convenient it was to Congress Hall, shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was also stocked with everything we could need.Check in was very easy and Chris was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Loved this rental-clean, cozy, charming. Close to everything and so nice to have off street parking. The owner, Chris was warm & welcoming & great with recommendations and answering all of our questions.
The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. A big bunk bed in the other bedroom would have been perfect for our two kids but they didn’t come with us. Loved the over the door hooks in the bathroom - other places we have stayed just don’t have any. Lots of kitchenware, cabinet space, and 3 different coffee makers -drip, french press & keurig! Lovely porch. We’ll be back!

This was a lovely condo. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. It was very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed and more. Location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Myself and 2 other friends stayed in this house on September 9-12, 2023. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner communicates well with quick responses. From booking to checking in and checking out everything went smoothly. The front porch is great, with a fan and lights for nice evenings with a cocktail or two. In the morning it was peaceful enjoying coffee on the porch. The location is ideal! Only 2 blocks to the beach and a few blocks to the center of town! I highly recommend this home for a great Cape May getaway. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

This is an adorable place in a perfect location. Our family stayed here for Easter weekend. The place is located in a quiet street and within within walking distance to everything you need! We stayed at Chris's rental for the weekend of March 18th. Chris shared all of the necessary information prior to our stay and was in frequent communication. Check-in & out was made simple and the house was perfect in all aspects - cleanliness, amenities/comfort, and location. He checked in with us during our stay and and was prompt to respond any time I reached out.

Cape May is beautiful even in the off season! What made our mini trip special was staying at a tastefully remodeled Victorian two blocks from the ocean. We walked to the ocean each morning at dawn and got totally immersed in the serenity of the massive beach and shore where you hear only the crashing waves, the seagulls and the sound of your own footsteps in the sand! What a heavenly experience. This location is perfect and also just a few blocks from the open air plaza with restaurants and stores. Although most were closed the ones that were open featured nice discounts and good lobster with no lines and great service! The condo was generously stocked with every amenity and we’d stay there again hands down!

Cons: parking might be tricky at busier times, bedroom was a bit tight, and the linens were an added task for a short visit
