About this villa rental
Beau Rivage is a luxury 5 Star Villa located in Cap Estates, an exclusive planned community located on the northern side of the island. We are the only 5 Star six bedroom/six bathroom rental villa in Cap Estates and one of few villas within walking distance of the beach (a short 5 minute walk). As one of the largest rental villas on island, we are one of the most popular villas for extended family vacations, destination weddings, Gals Getaways and special occasion events. As one of the only six bedroom villas on island, our advertised starting rate is for 8 guests in the main house only or for 8 guests (adults only) using the four king bedroom suites, three in the main house and one in the cottage. No exceptions.
Beau Rivage is also one of the most 'child friendly' villas on island, offering two portable cribs, a trundle bed, a playpen, a high chair, and custom made baby gates on our main veranda at no additional charge for up to 14 guests.
Our villa is a gated property with an expansive circular drive that takes you to the entrance of the main house, which is tiled throughout with elegant travertine marble tile imported from Turkey. The large entry foyer leads into an expansive open plan living/dining room and kitchen, which opens onto a spacious veranda having ocean and garden views. The large gate, elegant entry and circular drive is perfect for large functions such as weddings and birthday celebrations.
Included in our price we offer a Chef and two full-time Chef's Assistants/housekeepers who will prepare two meals a day six days a week, with food purchased by you, as well as provide daily maid service. Our staff will share their wealth of local knowledge during your stay and are wonderful with families having small children.
Beau Rivage, which was completed in March 2007, has a four bedroom main house and a two bedroom guest cottage, located in a lush tropical garden setting built around the pool, swim-up pool bar and hot tub. The total living space is approximately 6000 square feet.
The living room boasts a large sectional sofa, with a 65 inch flat screen TV. The surround sound stereo system complements the DVD/CD players and Sonos and Bluetooth capability throughout the property. With a three-zone speaker control system, guests can play their favorite music in the living room, on the veranda, at the pool Tiki bar, or even set the mood for a romantic, champagne evening in the spa. Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite music to play on Sonos or Bluetooth through speakers which have been installed in the main living area, the master bedroom, the outdoor deck and pool bar. Access to the owner's DVD/CD/Book library is also available to villa guests free of charge.
All of the bedroom/bathroom suites in the main house and cottage are air-conditioned with optional ceiling fans throughout the villa. Central air condition in the main living area, which is normally not necessary, is also available at an additional charge.
The main dining area can seat 10 people and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dual-ovens, wine chiller, five burner electric stove, four burner gas stove and Sub-zero refrigerator.
Guests can enjoy the view and the cool tropical breezes from the spacious veranda which is situated off the dining/living rooms and which overlooks the pool area. This veranda is equipped with comfortable chairs for relaxing and also with two tables where up to 10 guests can enjoy al fresco dining. The veranda also has custom made baby gates which are wonderful for toddlers.
In the main house, the three, fully air-conditioned downstairs bedrooms are furnished with two king size beds in each of the end bedrooms and with a queen size bed in the middle bedroom. Each of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, and two of these bedrooms have a private patio overlooking the pool.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a private veranda where guests can enjoy a sea view. The master bedroom is equipped with a 50 inch flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a Sonos amplifier and a surround sound system. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, with the finest of 1000 count Egyptian cotton linen, and a spacious walk in closet. The master ensuite bathroom has a oversized shower, a large Jacuzzi tub, and separate his and her vanities.
The cottage is located across the garden from the main house. Guests enter the cottage through a large shared patio which opens through separate French doors into two over-sized separate air-conditioned bedroom/bathroom suites which are larger than the guest rooms in the main house. There is a lovely spacious, king-size bed and ensuite bathroom in one of the cottage rooms. The other spacious cottage suite has two queen size beds and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Views of the ocean, garden and pool can be seen from the cottage patio.
The attractive pool area has a wide pool deck equipped with 14 loungers for sun worshippers and a charming thatched roof provides shade for the swim-up Tiki bar area which is equipped with a sink and ice maker. The 31 foot pool is complemented by a swim up Tiki bar and a large hot tub situated at a higher level. A soothing waterfall overflows into the main pool from the spa.
This is truly a world class destination designed for the discriminating traveler with spas, golf, night life and elegant restaurants all within a short distance from your ocean view and very private garden villa.

We stayed at Sue's place for a week. There were 8 adults. When we first arrived to the house, my first impression was how beautiful it was. She has the most gorgeous flowering trees and shrubs all around the property. The grounds are kept immaculate. The whole week was just fantastic. Ajay, the chef, was absolutely top notch. He was personable, and so funny. He provided us lots of information about the things that we wanted to do and who to contact. Karen, was the housekeeper. She did a phenomenal job of keeping everything nice and tidy. Making sure that we had clean towels and everything was just absolutely beautiful. You didn't even know that she was there most of the time. You just come back to your room and the bed was made. You would come inside and all the towels would be ready. She was a true blessing to us. We did the Friday night street party. That is a must. We had a great time walking around and just seeing different things. We also did a catamaran. We rented from Exodus boat rentals and they were fantastic as well. We absolutely loved St Lucia. Oh, I cannot forget about the pool and hot tub. That is where we spent so much time and honestly, it couldn't have been better. 15/10 would recommend going here. You won't regret any of it. On a side note, the trip from the airport to the house as an hour and a half. If you get car sick, make sure you bring some Dramamine or something along those lines.

Sues place is the best! Her responsiveness before and after booking were so helpful and her property manager Duncan was also helpful while at the property for local questions and grocery requests.The house was lovely! It’s a comfortable beautiful property in St Lucia — you can’t go wrong! We traveled here with my two kids (10 months and 2.5 years) and my parents (65) and it was the perfect space for us. Plenty of room to enjoy separate areas and all be together to make great memories. Not having to bring two pack and plays or a high chair was amazing, and an incredible deck area off the house that has gates!! So we could actually sit back and relax. The hospitality though was what puts this place at the next level. Chef AJ and Karen kept us well fed and happy the entire week. They were the loveliest staff who we enjoyed getting to know and were so engaging with our children. The key is asking AJ what he likes to cook - we had chicken curry, lamb stew, fish, and fish tacos and his rum punch!! The drive was long (1.5-2hrs) to get to from the airport, and it was a bit windy, but it not crazy compared to other windy roads you see on other Caribbean islands. It was super convenient to be able to book driver accommodations through Beau Rivage as well.The walk to the beach is about 9 minutes but it is hilly and tricky with kids/strollers so we coordinated a drive to the beach two days, and a catamaran one day, but having the pool was great for days in between.

Was a Great Experience. Setting was good. very spacious and chef and housekeeper a great addition. The 2 hour drive from the airport was a challenge with the windy roads. Would not recommend renting a car but allowing Augustin to handle all the traveling (great set up there!) The walk to the beach is downhill and the walk up can be challenging if you are not in good shape (luckily we all were). We loved the Smugglers Cove beach the best with access to food and drink! Liked that all the bedrooms were fairly spread out and we were all able to retreat to our spaces. Having Duncan go to the store for us was also fabulous. Would recommend the stay over staying at a resort!

We had an amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful and in a perfect location. Lots of different areas for relaxing, very clean and spacious. Delicious food. We would love to come back and would highly recommend for large groups!
