Located in the exclusive Sea Clift Estates, this home has panoramic ocean views throughout the house and from the large sunset patio set directly on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the amazing sunsets, take in the brilliant night sky, enjoy watching otter dive for abalone in the cove below, dolphins, pelicans and cormorants troll for their daily meals and whales spouting during their annual migrations to and from Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico, all without leaving your home. A large hot tub, fire pit, putting green and outdoor dining area all combine to make this home one of a kind. Amazing oceanfront home. Beautiful inside and out with incredible views from multiple rooms and the large patio overlooking the ocean. Strolled along Moonstone Beach, walked through the quaint town of Cambria and took a short drive to see the elephant seals. Four nicely appointed bedrooms for our large family. Spectacular!

Wow! This house was amazing! We love Cambria, and it was spectacular to stay right next to the ocean. Such a beautiful and well-appointed home! Being able to walk over to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve was a huge plus too. Great kitchen too if want to cook some meals in!

We have stayed in this house before because the location and the house are amazing. The only small change I would say with this experience was the house did not seem as clean as it normally has been in the past. The carpets had several stains, walls were a little dirty, especially around the light switches and a broken glass was in the cupboard. That being said, we would still rent this house again in the future if available - it is beautiful and our overall experience was great!

This was our third time renting this home. It is always a great experience. Thank you to the owners for letting us share their paradise. It truly is an amazing property. The customer service was also excellent. My only suggestion would be to have a carpet runner in the living room out to the patio area to help save the carpet. We will be back I'm sure. Thanks again!

Stayed here many times & loved it. But had issues with TV this time. Apple TV installed as new streaming by owners, but Breen had not updated anything nor notified us. Day 1, no TV. Jackie very helpful on Day 2. But, later called on Day 3 & came to office - no one. Left Vmails, no response. We had no TV for Day 2& 3. At these prices, its not unreasonable to expect TVs to work AND UPDATED instructions. We only had 1 after Jackie fixed it for us and your office was unreachable after that. We love the property, clean, gorgeous, etc. But, lightbulbs were out in hallway & master bathroom. Unsure how I feel about recommending at this point, since I have never gotten response to voicemails I left.

This house is unbelievable! Everything about it is there for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you might want to do. Outside is perfect for sitting or there is the hot tub for you to enjoy.

We’ve stayed at this property many times and will continue to return. The location cannot be beaten. They have done an excellent job on the backyard to take full advantage of the ocean view. The floor plan is very conducive for family events and the addition of the 4th bedroom is ideal.

Beautiful views, great walking paths with wildlife everywhere. the home is very spacious and comfortable. The property is very well maintained. We took a 45 min drive to see "The Light Fields of Sensorio". A bit pricey, but well worth the experience to see it one time. A few nice restaurants in Cambria, but this home makes you want to stay put, and make your own meals and eat with the Pacific as your backdrop. Great home.

Beautiful home located steps from the ocean. 8 of us stayed in April for 4 nights - the second time in this home and the 7th time booking with Breen Vacation Station. I hate to tell people how wonderful this home is because it just makes it more difficult for us to rent again as it's always booked! Very well maintained and very relaxing.

There really are not enough words to describe this property but will give it a try:). Although the photos are wonderful the home and views are even better in person. First thing you see when walking in is the spectacular view of the ocean with waves breaking on boulders below. Quiet location. There were 8 of us (4 couples) and we never felt crowded. Plenty of space to hang together or spend time by yourself. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook. Coffee pot and Keurig. We loved being at the home so much we only ate out one meal in the 3 nights we were there. The beds are comfortable and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have balconies. An adorable large window seat in stairwell with amazing views. Three baths up and half bath down. Laundry up. House is situated such that the back is very private. Only suggestion would be to bring binoculars to sea critter watch! We saw whale spouts but they were too far to see for the naked eye to see details. The crown jewel of this home is the outdoor space. The patio and fire pit provide a comfortable setting to enjoy the indescribable views. Lots of seating. The waves crashing below are breathtaking. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and adult beverages in the evenings. Sunsets covered the entire sky. There really aren’t words. You just need to experience it for yourself! Full disclosure-they need to upgrade pillows but small concession for how perfect everything else is. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 6 stayed at this home over Christmas to be closer to relatives. We were delighted to see that the hosts had a Christmas tree lit upon our arrival. The house was well equipped and spacious. Communication with the host easy and prompt.

This house far exceeded expectations. The view was even more spectacular than the pictures can capture. The house is nestled in a little cove so the backyard is private. Inside, there is plenty of room for a large family to spread out and almost every room has a view. The kitchen is well appointed, with even a pastry blender to make a perfect pie crust. All of the upstairs bathrooms have a heated floor, which I have never experienced before but is now one of my favorite things. Wonderful house, I would highly recommend.

Beautiful home for our 2nd time visiting. We had some issues with maintenance, dishwasher did not work - water flow in the kitchen and one of the upstairs shower - per the management they were waiting for a part and were alerted of the issues. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We stayed at Sea Spray this September and it was perfect as always! We were here for my birthday in December of last year, and as soon as we got home we booked for this September which was awesome. The saddest part about Sea Spray is having to leave when your stay is over! The location is a 10++++, the house is clean as a whistle and has everything you need. There is so much to do in the area, but we found ourselves on the patio in front of the ocean for hours on end. The jacuzzi and putting green all add to the atmosphere, but the fire pit is the best part. Every night we gathered there and shared what the day had brought. This rental is magical!

Our friends/golf group take an annual trip. This house fit all of our needs and more. Great view, close to town, close to golf and also Hearst Castle. We enjoyed watching the Pelicans flight by, the ocean waves crashing on the rocks, and of course the sunsets after a day golfing or sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well appointed, for our needs, and we even use the Weber gas BBQ one night. There were a couple problems but the property management were on top of them. All in all we enjoyed our 4 night stay and would return again.

We only had one issue… we were notified the day before our trip that the fridge in house was not working. There was a fridge in garage but we found it very inconvenient for the week. Owner was only willing to refund us a small amount, not even a half a day of rental. We felt the inconvenience was much more than that. We shared our concerns with the rental company and they told us that was all the owner was willing to give. Overall the house is a good place to stay, however we will probably not be staying in the future.
