The living room opens to the kitchen and has French doors that open out to an expansive 1,000 sq. ft. deck with plenty of seating. From the living room, sliding pocket doors open to the family/movie room with a large sectional sofa and large curved screen TV. French doors lead out to a small deck and beautifully landscaped yard -- the perfect spot to view Nantucket's spectacular sunsets over a bottle of wine.

The master suite has a queen bed, French doors out to the back deck, and a private bathroom. There are two guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a single, with TVs in each room. The bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a combination tub/shower. An open loft above the family room has two twin beds, and a flat screen TV -- perfect as a children's playroom!

We are located directly on the Hummock Pond Bike Path, making it easy to get around by bike, too
