Really good location at Kaoh touch beach! The owner is so friendly and let us rent a moped for 4 days to explore the island! Near local shops and laundrettes so there is everything you need. The rooms were okay for an island (you can’t really expect more than a bed and a bathroom) I’d just make sure you book the room with aircon and not a van as it is very hot and humid. The staff made our stay excellent, the owner and her family were just the loveliest of people and would happily stay there again.
It is a short 30ish minute walk to Long Set Beach where the main restaurants which is annoying but if you rent a bike you’ll be fine

Great location, big bed, free cold drinking water provided
We had the front room that gets hit by the sun in the morning, they hadn’t had fans on or blinds closed so when we arrived the room was boiling hot & they said it would cool down but it never did. The bathroom sink was falling off & shower water pressure didn’t really work, lots of ants everywhere as well. The bedding was also stained.
