About this house rental
Nestled in Ormond By The Sea, this charming house for $445 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Relax at our unique oceanfront beach house directly on the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the porch, overlooking a lush grass yard from where you can see the white beach sand and listen to the sounds of the sea! Spend your days sunbathing and swimming on one of Florida's most pristine beaches. Conveniently located, our beach house is just the place for a secluded, carefree vacation. We welcome all ages and pets with games, cards, beach toys and reading material. Our 2 bedroom/2bath, beachfront home has a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The MB bedroom features a king-size bed, a full bath with a deep tub and a stand free dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed & full bath with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have abundant storage/closet space. There is a daybed in the living room to accommodate an additional guests. Finally we have also provided a queen-size blow up mattress. Enjoy cable TV/WIFI on our flat screen television. We provide luxurious linens and thick fluffy towels, as well as plenty of large beach towels. We have a Keurig, a regular 12 cup coffee pot and all the comforts of your kitchen at home. There is a stack washer and dryer in the home as well. The pergola is comfortably furnished, including a barbecue grill, and there is an outdoor shower for your use after enjoying the beach. The dining area will seat 4-6 comfortably, whether you choose to barbecue, cook or order takeout. Publix grocery store is directly across the street along with convenient shops. There are also plenty of dining options, such as Outback, Stonewood, Lulu’s, Riptides, Peach Valley and tons of amazing pizza places. Some are within walking distance as well. For fresh seafood to grill or take out there is Hull’s, a short distance away. Daytona is a short drive south along A1A where you have Ocean Walk (dining, movies, shows...) Daytona Lagoon Water Park and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. If you are interested in day trips there is Flagler Beach and St. Augustine, just north of the cottage, where you will find great shopping, delicious food, interesting history & people and plenty of fun for everyone! The hosts live close by and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Don't miss out on this unique & peaceful ocean retreat!😊☀️

We booked this rental as our beachfront wedding location. The house is absolutely gorgeous, decorated beautifully. The beach property itself is flawless. Family had a wonderful time. It's a spacious two bedroom, two bath home. Four adults and two teenagers slept comfortably. The home is well supplied with things to do. Board/card games in the evenings and boogey/surf boards, cornholes, beach bikes, etc. for the day. Loved having the back yard/patio where we could sit in the mornings to have coffee and in the evenings to have our cocktails. Conveniently located next to grocery/shopping center with the comforts of a private beach. Hosts/owner were friendly, attentive, and very hospitable. Couldn't ask for a better short family get away. We will definitely be back!!

The house was exactly what we were looking for, charming traditional Florida home right on the beach. Publics Supermarket is right across the street and tasty restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Our recent stay at the Ormond Beach House from October 11th to 16th was an experience that went beyond all our expectations, firmly establishing it in our hearts as our future go-to destination for both relaxation and revelry. Being in town for the Bethune Cookman College homecoming, the location proved impeccable, placing us in close proximity to the vibrant A1A beach strip bustling with an array of restaurants and shopping centers - a convenience that added a lively rhythm to our tranquil beach getaway.
From our very first interaction, Ginger, our host, was the epitome of warmth and professionalism. Her attention to detail was exceptional, from the seamless booking process to the moment we (regretfully) concluded our stay. The personalized touch of a welcome gift featuring wine, cheese, and a spirited football balloon set the tone for a stay that was both intimate and celebratory.
The property itself is a gem. What truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking oceanfront view, a panorama we savored from the comfort of a cozy patio that quickly became our favorite spot to sip our morning coffee, listen to the soothing ocean waves, and even catch up on some emails in the most serene setting possible. The house offered everything we desired in terms of comfort, style, and utilities, making our stay hassle-free and enabling us to focus on the sheer enjoyment....

The kitchen is nicely appointed with all of the basics to cook a meal. I never made it to the back bedroom as I slept on the daybed and sofa to watch the sunrise. My mom said the front bedroom was very comfortable.
Ginger was an excellent host! Very responsive, timely and helpful. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
Be sure to hit some of the state parks/trails and eat breakfast/lunch at the Wild Rabbit Bistro!

This is a hidden gem. The place feels like home and the property’s backyard opening to a beach, it’s just paradise. The property is well maintained and very clean. The host Ginger, is one of the best host we had. Very personal touches with gifts, chocolate and wine was just amazing.

This is a wonderful little house for a week vacation on the beach. It’s a close drive to all the fun activities of Daytona and there is shopping right across the street. Love watching the sunrise from the patio. We will be back.

Check in was very easy, Ginger was very responsive. The house was nice and clean, with very easy beach access. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back and spend more time there! Also, on a side note, we highly recommend the little cafe directly across the road called Sunny Side Up, they have excellent breakfast and coffee!
