Situated in Cape Coral, this attractive house for $163 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan. The doors in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom open completely to allow the outdoors to become part of the house and entertaining space. The saltwater pool is large with both electric and solar heat and the 6 people hot tub is heated by electricity. Feel free to walk down to your private dock area to relax, fish, or simply watch the wildlife go by. Don't miss hiking and biking in this exclusive, safe Palaco Grande neighborhood, nicknamed the "Gold Coast" of Cape Coral. We provide 2 bikes for your use as well as 2 kayaks for water adventure. Boaters will love the 2 minutes, around the corner, no bridge access to the river. It's a quick boat or car ride to Sanibel, Captiva, and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in between. At day end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, sipping a beverage and grilling southern Florida fresh seafood. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit! We enjoyed our stay. Everything in the home was as described. The home was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would definitely come back again!

Pictures are true to the home and amenities. It is decorated very nice and is very spacious. It was nice to have: extra towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, washer/dryer, nice big clean area (outside/inside), quiet neighborhood.
There were a few things that needed fixing: some of the light switches looked unsafe and the kitchen sink looked unstable. The maintenance person was there about something else and mentioned that he would be fixing it after we left.
TV may need an update and at night the Internet was patchy.

We like the area this home is located in. Close to shopping and restaurants. Home is as nice as the pictures and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

We were instructed to set the the thermostat at 76 and we could loss our deposit if we set it lower. The temp. each day was 95 plus and bedrooms stayed at 80 each night. The cleaning people did not clean the floors very good as our feet were black if we did not wear some type of shoes. I thought the property was very nice and other then furniture getting old it was enjoyable.

The stay was very enjoyable. Easily the most well stocked home we have ever rented and truly appreciated it. Management company was very responsive.

Our flight arrived before check in time and the cleaning staff were still in the house. They recommended a nearby restaurant and finished cleaning by the time we got back. The place is gorgeous! The management has it running like a well oiled machine. There was plenty of information available about the house and region available in a book for guests. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub. The neighbors were extremely friendly and respectful. We took a boat tour recommended in the book. It was fantastic.

Absolutely Beautiful. Everything was perfect. My favorite part was the pool and the master bath. My sons fished off the dock all week and loved it! Short drive to Fort Meyers Beach, which was wonderful. House was fully stocked. Beach chairs and umbrella and tons of beach towels. Nice neighbors. It couldn’t have been any more perfect. Will definitely rent again. Thank you. ❤️

Split bedrooms and big open living and kitchen area were perfect for us and our son and daughter-in-law. Loved the house facing the west so we could enjoy the pool area in late afternoon without the hot sun. Pool was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The check in process and communication with Sue made our trip stressfree and enjoyable. The accomodations were perfect with large living areas and beautifully decorated rooms. The shower in the master suite was amazing. We loved the screened in pool area the convenience of a bathroom near the pool also the ability to kayak through the canals was amazing. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was also at our disposal. The downside was the hotub smelled of mold/mildew and the lights didn't work. It would also be great if they provided a set of men's and women's golf clubs. That being said nearly everything needed for adventure and activities was on site and available for use. We highly recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting southern Florida. We hope to return again in the future.

This property is a 5 star! Great location , well stocked, beautiful pool area and so much more. I’m pretty picky and can honestly say this house had little to nothing that needs changing. We even had dolphins visit our dock!! Make sure you take a boat ride - I recommend Bruce Larson. Great stay!

The pool is extra large and was very fun. There are a lot of different areas for seating, working and game playing. The furniture was nice quality and comfortable.
The ownership team was very responsive through the process of booking through us leaving. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a comforting experience, it was baby and kid friendly. Very welcoming neighbors, very beautiful on the inside, there wasn't a lanai due to the previous hurricane but overall enjoyed the stay and they provided kayaks fishing poles. I would rent here again.

Stayed in Cape Coral for 8 days while cleaning out our home in Sanibel following Hurricane Ian. After long hard days on Sanibel, the home in Cape Coral was a welcome and calming retreat. Clean and comfortable, with a lovely dock to sit on and relax in the warm sunshine

Pool had some mold, but property mgr had the pool company come out and fix the problem. He was very attentive. Lovely home. Nice neighborhood!
Except for having to evacuate due to hurricane Ian, it was delightful. We did lose 1/2 of our $, so insurance would be a good idea in the future.

The place was gorgeous and I am specific about cleanliness. It was super clean, spacious and nice. Also convenient to everything you need while on vacation. Would highly recommend!

This place was nothing short of amazing. Accommodations were outstanding.
This house has absolutely everything you need and more. We had 2 young children and a baby with us and felt very at home and comfortable. I’m usually very picky with cleanliness and this house was so clean and neat! If we ever visit the area again we will without a doubt book this house again. We were so sad to leave!

My family vacations every year and we like to try new places. This is the first time in 15 years my husband asked me to book the same property for next year, a year in advance. This property is perfection. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The ammenities and extras (laundry soap/beach gear/fishing equipment and more) are above any property we have ever rented. Every location in the house is paradise- from the deck overlooking the canal to the hottub, or even the view from the kitchen looking out at the palm trees as you do dishes-amazing! We did not want to leave the house and enjoyed the huge pool, hot tub, and canal. We caught many fish and blue crabs every day and enjoyed picking fresh mangos from the tree in the front yard. We saw dolphins multiple times as well as Iguanas and exotic birds. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Pool and hot tub maintenance came multiple times through the week which was nice. We have school age children so it was so convenient to have a pool that was eaay to monitor from everywhere in the house. The the kids could swim whenever they wanted! The kitchen was fully stocked and we ate meals out on the lanai many nights and utilized the grill. Kyaking and bike riding was also a hit. We did 3 day trips to Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island which were only 15-30 minutes away. The owners have thought of every detail to make your vacation incredible. I can't say enough good things. If we could give 6 stars we would!

The perfect getaway!
Easy access to a very clean house! The house was very bright, nice large windows to look out at the pool and canal which made you feel like you were on vacation just sitting on the couch looking out. Wonderful pool area with tables and loungers. It was really relaxing sitting on the dock having a cocktail on the two sitting areas. The extra beach stuff for use was wonderful! A really perfect relaxing vacation!

This place was for 3 couples. The facilities were clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub were perfect as the first few days were cooler. It was nice to have some space to relax in. The location was perfect for some of the day trips we had. The neighborhood was safe and easy to get around in. We would highly recommend this place.
