HIBISCUS VILLA is 900 square feet, is located on the first floor and welcomes you with a large oversized furnished verandah located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas). Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost! The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Central air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. Hibiscus Villa is located amongst tropical landscaped gardens beside the centrally located swimming pool. There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our street is a "narrow" non-commercial sandy residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You might not see more than 10-15 other cars travel on it in a one day period. You would cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive patio stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please. Since the living room in Hibiscus Villa has a sofa sleeper that can be opened and becomes a bed, the villa can in fact sleep up to 8 people.

First time staying in the high season. Hibiscus Villa was just right for our Family. Lutz was always friendly and attentive. Property is beautiful as always. Thank You for fixing the AC!

Our stay was great! The villa was a nice size that was able to fit 6 of us comfortably. The pull out couch was actually really comfortable to sleep on as well. You are literally a 5 min. walk to the nicest beach I’ve ever been to. Not too much activity while we were there so it felt like we had our own little private beach all to ourselves. If you take a 10 minute walk, you’ll hit Smith’s Reef and if you walk the other direction, you’ll be down by the resorts, so you’ll be able to get a good stroll in either direction. Luz was amazing and kept the villa nice and clean. The ac units were phenomenal and we loved how we were able to cool off from being outside. Overall, a nice location and villa that was great for our family vacation.

The location was perfect considering we were not right on the beach. The beach was also perfect and beautiful with clear turquoise water. There was snorkeling available if you go out a little further plus Smith Reef was just down the street or by walking down to the next beach. We found a lovely local roadside restaurant that served amazing Caribbean food called Hideaway Grill within walking distance.

Close to beach and best reefs! Food access is easy, recommend renting a car. Fantastic neighbourhood! The villa isn’t luxurious, but very nice. Rare thing in a rental, sharp knives, if you are doing your own cooking. We will return! Locals are very kind and friendly

We had a great stay in Hibiscus Villa. The pool was great, staff (including Luz) took great care of the place and checked in frequently. This was a great jumping off point for all our TCI adventures. We enjoyed the beach and snorkeling was great off Smith’s reef and the 2 shoal reefs all within walking distance from the villa and accessible by beach. We saw turtles, stingray, baby shark, coral, tons of fish, conch, etc. Google Smith’s reef map for locations of shoal reefs and the actual reef. Every day some of us went to Turks wave for coffee and we frequented Shark bite (all within walking distance). Beach access was so nice. It was great they supplied beach towels and many other amenities. Bring lots of reef safe sunscreen and have a great time.

This was the perfect spot on Turks and Caicos. A short, beautiful walk to the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants. It’s also a short drive to many other beaches, restaurants, shopping and excursions. The villa was clean and comfortable and they had snorkeling gear and bikes available for us to use. Overall it was a wonderful place and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Wine glasses would be a plus but otherwise kitchen has qll the basics. LUz and staff were very attentive. Comfy clean lodging cant wait to return

The property was very well taken care of and is on a part of the island that is more quiet and relaxing than the Grace Bay area. Would highly recommend staying here.

Would rent again. My only complaint which is minor are the cooking pans are old school so need butter/oil because everything sticks to it but I get that nonstick pans damage easier in a rental.

address is 15 coconut rd. （not 10）， the beach is very windy ， can still swim but definitely need a rental car to explore other places. Nearby walking distance a few good restaurants and ice cream place.

Amazing stay
We absolutely loved our Villa! The Villa was in a perfect location! Close proximity to a lot of restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, Baci…) The villa has two nice pools if you’re a pool person or it’s just a short walk across the street to the ocean where there are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for use. The villa has 4 kayaks that are available for use to take down the canal. The villa is just blocks (a short walk or drive down the road) from Smith Reef which we found to be the best snorkeling of our trip. The house keeper is phenomenal! Sweet and so helpful! I highly recommend this villa and would definitely go back!

This is a gorgeous property, the grounds are well maintained, the pools are lovely and it’s a short walk to the beach! We also easily walked to dinner at 5-6 different restaurants (at the marina) each night. There are bikes and kayaks for use anytime you want! The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable…. Even the sofa beds.

This villa is in the perfect location and I had no complaints. There was a family staying upstairs who had three active teenagers, so sometimes it sounded like they were playing hocky up there which was a negative, but this was no fault of the VRBO! Next time I will opt for the upstairs unit because of noise and the fact that the porch is screened in and has a better view. Beautiful Villa!

Great place for the Turks traveler on a budget!
This is a beautiful yet dated property a very short walk across the street to the very edge of Grace bay. A Short walk to Smith's Reef with good snorkeling right off the beach. A short walk to several great and reasonable restaurants like Mango Reef, Sharkbite, Magnolia and Baci. The beach is not as crowded as in the middle of Grace bay. Your not fighting for chairs. The property grounds are beautiful! The staff is absolutely amazing. The units could use a little updating and definitely some new pillows. It’s a great place to stay!

Amazing vacation
Words cannot explain what an amazing trip we had! Sarah and Chris were wonderful with communication. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in the hibiscus villa, Very cozy and private. The housekeeper Luiz was fantastic. She goes above and beyond. Very short walk to a beautiful and private beach, loungers and umbrellas were set up. We will definitely be back!

We had the most incredible time at Hibiscus villa, it was even better than we expected! A beautiful veranda for cool evening dinners, the pool on our doorstep and the beach a 3 min walk from our front door, just perfect, thank you so much! Great Stay in T & C
Just returned from a week's stay in T & C. Enjoyed staying at the Hibiscus Villa, it was very clean and we were greeted by Luz on the front porch when we arrived. The beach is only a short walk (50 yards) down the street from the Villa. Great chairs, tables, and umbrella's are provided, and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. We did not rent a car, so we stayed local most of the time. Highly recommend dining at Mango Reef, Baci, Shark Bite, and Magnolia (which are all within walking distance). If you have a car or cab go to CoCo Bistro for dinner (best on the island). Good snorkeling just off shore, or sign up for a snorkel cruise on one of the local boat charters. Warning - This is a very expensive island for groceries (dozen eggs $10) and liquor (case of beer - $65). If I were to return I would pack and extra suit case with food and drink. In summary, this is not a fancy resort but for the price it is clean, well located, and has everything you need for a good vacation.

Really enjoyed the Hibiscus villa. Check in was smooth, location was perfect, an easy walk to an uncrowned beach, great restaurants nearby, Luz was fantastic, as were the owners.
