Nestled in The Bight Settlement, this charming villa for $3,250 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Set on Grace Bay Beach, the Avalon villa is truly a beautiful home. Tropical gardens lush with palm trees and exotic flowers surround this villa that provides generous accommodations. Directly on Grace Bay beach, Avalon rises gracefully like a sandcastle even boasting it's own tower and turret. Located at Smiths Reef, walk from sand beach through a stone entrance to the water to enjoy snorkeling on an expansive and well preserved coral reef. A short walk (300 yards) to the east provides a swimmers paradise with a soft sand entrance to the warm turquoise waters. Beach lounge chairs are available as are two sea kayaks for those looking for a little exercise. Featuring an infinity-edge pool (complete with mini waterfall), a travertine marble pool deck and patio, and a poolside gazebo with BBQ and swim-up wet bar, this villa offers outdoor entertaining at its finest. Hire a local bartender, sit back and enjoy the views while sipping an island beverage. Or fire up the BBQ and grill up your favorite food to enjoy pool side. Avalon boasts spacious accommodations and extraordinary views. The interiors are generous and well furnished. Ocean breeze is often all that is needed, but an air-conditioned family room looks out towards the pool deck and is accessed via stairs from the pool or through the circular turret stairway. Expansive pocket doors open to provide plenty of soft breezes as well as the stunning views. Here guests will enjoy the 50" plasma TV, cable, DVD player and iPod connectivity to play music throughout the Villa. A selection of novels are available for the avid reader to pass the time, or grab your friends to enjoy a board game. The family room leads to the al fresco dining room with views of the ocean in one direction and the nearby Turtle Cove Marina in the other direction. It is outfitted with a custom made mosaic topped table with seating for ten guests. The kitchen is expansive and features stone and granite and is extremely well equipped. Dramatic pocket doors slide open permitting you to bring the outside in and access the pool. An impressive villa, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms complete with travertine, granite and marble. Nicely equipped, all of the bedrooms provide TV, DVD player and spacious walk in showers as well as twin vanities. Each bedroom is set up for privacy and decorated to the highest standards in a tasteful and eclectic style and each with its own private outside entrance. Of particular note is the master suite which is located in it's very own pod like structure next to the pool. The room is both stylish and romantic with it's king sized four poster bed. Dramatic louvered doors open to a panoramic 360 degree view of the pool and striking blue ocean beyond. The room features a spacious dressing area and twin vanities as well as a large soaking tub surrounded by large windows overlooking the ocean. A private outdoor cedar shower is a way to savor the outdoors in all of it's glory. Nicely equipped, the master room has a large plasma TV with cable as well as a DVD player.

This was our first time to Turqs Caicos. The island is beautiful, the restaurants one better than the other (All 3 miles or less away from the Villa), the locals very friendly, the environment very safe, the beach magnificent.
The house was nice. Its got some noticable wear & tear and the layout is a little weird. Its better suited for families with older kids as all the bedrooms are separate from one another. The master bedroom is nice but only has an outdoor shower which is fine when the weather is nice. We had a few nights where the wind was over 30MPH and it was raining. Not conducive to showering outside.
What this house has that is hard to beat is the location! The beach is right in your backyard. The best snorkeling 40 feet to your right on the beach. Its a long walkable beach in both directions. Bring water shoes as its a little rocky in spots and hard to walk on barefoot.
The house could be maintained a little better ( salt eaten door knobs, corroded outdoor speakers, water leaking into master bath when it was windy and raining, pool can use a paint job,paint inside needs to be touched up, electronic door locks on all the rooms worked sometimes, didnt othertimes and were rotten from the saltwater air.
If you can look past the wear and tear, the house is amazing because of its size and the LOCATION!
In my opinion for the money they ask for this house per night, the little things that disturbed me could have been taken care of without breaking the owners bank.

Avalon is a beautiful villa, it actually is even better than it appears in the photos. Everything was spotless. The location in turtle cove is perfect for snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, rays, and tropical fish every time we went out. The kitchen and the outdoor kitchen is among the best equipped we’ve seen at any VRBO rental.
The property manager Jerelle was extremely responsive and helped arrange many activities.
The only caveat is that the neighbour’s property is under construction and there was some noise. It was not enough to spoil the trip however, and it looks to be 95% done as of Feb 2023.

Almost like a private resort
We could not have picked a house more perfect for our family! The four bedrooms were situated such that everyone could have their private time when they wanted it. The house is probably best suited for adults, but our 5 year old grandson is a fish, so he spent most of his time in the pool, for breaks, he lounged in the living room and watched TV. The swim up bar is a bonus, and luckily, our son in law is a bartender. Cocktails were served at sunset in the pool with the water views in the background.We had dinner several evenings in the open air dining area with a wonderful breeze and breathtaking views. The beach is closer than it appears in the photos with umbrellas and beach chairs available. We snorkeled and kayaked in our back yard! This house also offered privacy like none of the other properties on the beach. Have already recommended the house to friends and we will be back. Thanks for letting us share your amazing house

Property was exactly as imagined!
Communication with the owner and property personnel was perfect. We chose the house for its location off Smith's Reef and that was truly the highlight of the trip. Everyone in the water snorkeling there every single day and thrilled with it!

AMAZING PROPERTY
Perfect! That pretty much describes Avalon Villa. Better than the pictures and reviews. Beautiful. Clean. Incredible landscape and views of the Caribbean. Secluded but not overly so. Short trip to grocery store and restaurants. Gated and felt very secure. Very large villa. Plenty of room to gather or spread out. Fantastic pool and deck area with great Bose sound system. Honestly only went to beach to snorkel. With water shoes, rocky beach was no problem for us. Our best snorkeling experience on the island was right off the beach on Smith’s reef. Tons of great wildlife including lots of sea turtles. Great kitchen and grill area. Some nearby construction was no issue at all. We hardly noticed it. Jeff and Lynn were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Lots of great information even before we left home. Service was absolutely over the top. Jerelle was our concierge. He is absolutely amazing!! Met us at the airport and guided us to the villa. Provided us great tour of the property. Responds to texts in minutes. Nothing is off the table. Arranged engagement photo shoot, chef a couple of nights and ANYTHING else we asked for. Great restaurant recommendations. He was available for as much or as little as we wanted. He truly made the trip care free and stress free. Even helped us through COVID testing process. 7 people - in and out in less than 30 minutes. Jerelle is definitely “The Man”.
We’re avid travelers and have stayed in a number of places worldwide. This was BY FAR out best experience. Amazing trip for the 7 of us, including 4 kids in their 20’s. We will 100% be back to Avalon on our nest trip to Turks.

Good location, great floor plan for couples but tricky for families
Jerelle the property manager was a star; he did shopping for us and organized all kinds of activities.
The house is comfortable and well equipped but has a very strange floor plan that should be in the pictures, not ideal for families with small kids as the rooms are very isolated.
Great entertainment area, speakers and amenities in all the rooms.
The beach in front of the house is not exactly a beach that you can walk and get easily to the sea, better to do it with rubber shoes. However you have one of the best reefs for snorkeling in the area in front of the house and that is priceless. There is also a beautiful beach walking distance to the house.

Amazing location
This property is exactly what it says it is. Jerelle was our host, and he was amazing. The property location is another level of amazing. It was difficult to want to leave the property at all because it was that amazing. Loved every moment we were there. I am already to go back. The snorkeling was awesome and right there. Fantastic property. I was there with 8 other female friends and we all loved it.

This Villa is a great choice for a family vacation or a stay with friends. Their is lots of space for privacy and time alone but also provides the opportunity for togetherness.
We did have a couple of concerns; first we found blood stains on one of the beds, also dried blood on the stairs. Blood anywhere is totally unacceptable.
Second we had the dishwasher replaced on the first day and it continued to fall apart every night.
The Villa is outdated and could use an update this includes appliances, the stove, umbrellas etc.
It is in a great location and the pool is a godsend.

Paradise found at Avalon
My family and friends recently spent an amazing week on Grace Bay at Villa Avalon. Lynn met the first members of our group to arrive at the airport and escorted them directly to the villa. She was fantastic in answering any of our questions and helping with anything we needed throughout our stay. As for the villa itself, it sits in an ideal location right on the beachfront but also just a short walk to several great restaurants in the Turtle Cove Marina. While there are plenty of activities close by and all over the island, you might never want to leave the grounds of Villa Avalon. The infinity pool with swim up bar and grill are where we spent most of our time. We were also just as comfortable lounging away the afternoons in the living room while reading up on the history of the Caribbean. When we did venture out, we were just a short distance to some of the best activities on the island. A must do is the Thursday night fish fry at Bight Park. You can take an enjoyable 20 minute stroll down the beach directly to the event.
All in all, Avalon was just what our group needed. The stresses of life totally melted away here and I couldn't recommend it enough. We all hope to return one day soon!

Pictures don't do this house justice!
This house is beautiful, and we loved the way it was set up in "pods".... The bedrooms are all their own pods, with the den and the kitchen also having their own pods. We traveled there with our 3 children and both sets of grandparents. WE LOVED THE POOL, especially the swim up bar. The outside dining area is also really nice for having "family dinners" with a view. If you like to cook, this is the place for you. The manager and his wife are SUPER nice and SUPER accommodating. This house is a MUST recommend for anyone looking to rent a house in Turks. Also, the beach and the snorkeling in front of the house are awesome. We were a little concerned about the beach rock, but it really was a non issue with water shoes.

Perfection!
In August I stayed at Villa Avalon for 7 nights with a group of 7 friends. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Located right by the ocean, with its own private beach access offers some of the best snorkeling on the Island. We saw everything from sea turtles to all kinds of tropical fish just off the beach, in beautiful clear blue water.
The villa has its own security fence that is pass code protected and has a security guard patrolling at night out front making the place very safe for any group or family. The villa is absolutely stunning with an open concept outdoor layout that has 4 large bedrooms all with their own private washrooms with a shower or bath. I stayed in the master bedroom and was not disappointed at all waking up to an amazing view of the ocean.
When not spending time on the beach, we spent a lot of time around the infinity pool with a swim up bar that was perfect for cooling off from the Caribbean heat and having a few cold drinks. The Pool is surrounded by loungers which were great for tanning and laying out in the sun.
The villa came equipped with everything that you could possibly need with a full kitchen, BBQ, and an outdoor dining table that was perfect for group meals. The marina that is close by has many restaurants that are within walking distance and we also took a catamaran tour that was one of the highlights of the trip.
The downtown strip was only a short 10-15 min drive from the villa with lots of shopping and restaurants. For a fun night out, we enjoyed Danny Buoy’s and visited the ice cream shop several times.
Lastly, the property manager and José were awesome. They were always a phone call away if we had any questions and also help to arrange activities such as our catamaran tour. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend Villa Avalon for any group or family looking to stay at Turks and Caicos. You will definitely not be disappointed!

Excellent Property Great Location
Avalon was an amazing experience, conveniently located with a breathtaking view and a white powdery beach where we could walk for miles. The property is very well laid out and can accommodate a family/friends of ten. It has a cool swim up bar in the pool, and a excellent kitchen and dinning faculties. I usually try and point out negatives as well as positives in any review, but in this case I have nothing negative to say about this property, even the weather was perfect.

SUPERB!
I stayed at Villa Avalon for a week at the end of August with friends. To sum up our experience in one word, I would say "WOW"!. It was a trip of a lifetime. The Villa is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The staff were extremely attentive and caring. They really went out of their way to make sure our experience was nothing but the best. The location of Villa Avalon is also fabulous as it is close to many great restaurants. Additionally, if you are a diver like me, it is also close to a great dive shop, Provo Turtle Divers, that I was able to walk to each morning. The Villa also has access to a fantastic reef to snorkel. Being a diver myself, I have very high expectations of underwater life. The underwater life and reef were spectacular at this snorkelling spot. I highly recommend Villa Avalon for a vacation!

A Week in Paradise
I spent a total of 8 nights with 7 friends at Villa Avalon. I have nothing but good things to say. The infinity pool is gorgeous and there is plenty of seating area. Snorkelling in the ocean was absolutely breathtaking, something you must see to believe. All rooms, including bedrooms, kitchen and living room are spacious, very well maintained and equipped and beautifully decorated. The service from the cleaning crew, the concierge and the manager were superb. This was an absolute trip of a lifetime and I would recommend Villa Avalon to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation on a breathtakingly beautiful island.

Avalon Villa was an amazing stay, the views from the villa are spectacular. Clean, very well kept living quarters. Beautiful pool & swim up bar! The private beach and incredible snorkelling only seconds away are something that I highly recommend for anyone considering the stay. The team looking after us during our stay made sure we were very well taken care of and comfortable! I would recommend Avalon villa to anyone considering it!

Beautiful Place!!!!
I recently stayed at Villa Avalon with 7 other adults and wow was it ever beautiful. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. It looks exactly like the pictures- breathtaking! The property managers took such great care of my group and attended to our every request. The snorkeling in front of the villa was stunning (sea turtles, colourful fish, beautiful coral, crabs). There are a few really cute restaurants within a 5mins walk with great food. We went on a boat tour from Turtle Cove marina (also a 5mins walk) which was one of the highlights of the trip. A trip to remember for sure. I would recommend it to everyone!

Simply Stunning
Avalon, was simply breathtaking for me and my family. The views are stunning, the rooms are comfortable and the breeze from the outdoor dining makes this villa something special. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Villa Avalon. The support team locally were also fantastic, Ian and Tracey at TRAIL provide a first class service.
