About this house rental
Nestled in Naples Park, this attractive house for $304 per night is a great option for your next vacation. If you love the beach, fine dining, and shopping but like the privacy and comfort of a single home, then our luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private screened, heated pool is a perfect choice. It’s fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. A short walk to the beach, close to stores, restaurants, and the vibrant Mercato shopping and entertainment area, our home accommodates up to 6 people and is great for couples, families, and business travelers. Nature provides tropical weather and over 300 days of sunshine yearly in Naples. We provide everything else you need for a great vacation. There are 40 restaurants within one mile from the house, including three directly on the beach (Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz hotel), two movie theatres, several nightclubs with live music, Publix, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's grocery stores, two fitness clubs, a Community Tennis Club, and even a golf course. Naples downtown, the Pier, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Water Park, Miromar Outlets, and several more state parks such as Lover's Key or the Everglades are a 20-30 min drive away. We provide a season pass to all state parks. The house is a post-2000 Italian-style villa. It was completely updated with new bathrooms, new high-end appliances, and modern furniture. Note: During the peak season we prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday since this is what most guests prefer. Please check with us before booking. This is not an issue in the last spring-fall season.

We had a wonderful family vacation! This home in a quiet neighborhood was conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed our short daily bike rides to the beach and back down for the evening sunset. Whether we were heading to the beach or spending time relaxing on the patio swimming in the pool and cooking in, this home had everything we could have needed. These conveniences made it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was wonderful to deal with and was very responsive and accommodating. We are sad to have to leave.

We have stayed at this property a number of times but the pandemic disrupted our annual visits. Not only is the home and location ideal but the owners are superb hosts. They are available and do everything to make one’s stay as enjoyable and trouble free as possible. We love the ocean and this house is just blocks away from Vanderbilt beach. Naples Park is well situated for access to many restaurants, shopping as well as Naples art museum and orchestra hall, both lovely venues. Details as provided in VRBO about this property are accurate and exceed one’s expectations.

We rented this house for spring break and recommend it highly. The location is walking distance to the beach but also includes bikes for an even quicker trip. The kitchen was stocked with every spice you would need to cook anything. We loved the house and the pool. We plan to rent again.

My family and I truly loved our stay at this beautiful property. We have been to this area of Naples before but staying at this home just made it more enjoyable. The house itself is just beautiful .. it has a wonderful open floor plan, large bedrooms with custom closets, updated bathrooms . We absolutely loved the pool and lanai area . The neighborhood is quiet and safe and you are so close to the beaches as well as so many other Naples attractions, restaurants, shopping. The communication with the host was great from the start and they are very accommodating and offer many items in there home for your use. My family and I really hope to be able to stay here again soon especially since we have family that live in the area as well. We have stayed in previous Vrbo and Airb&b homes and this is a favorite. Thank you for offering your beautiful home for our stay and hope to be back.

We have no regrets about renting this house. It had everything we needed. Very clean and well stuffed, close to the beach. The owner provided clear instructions on many useful details about the property and neighborhood, check in check out process and so on. Paul called us to check if everything was fine soon after we arrived. The heated pool was really awesome and we took advantage of it as we stayed there last week of October. It was a pleasure to communicate with Paul when we needed some help. It was just two of us but this property would be great for our intire family of 6.

Everything was top notch! Very clean, excellent communication, every accommodation you could imagine! The home was just as presented. We loved all the beach and water accessories that were available and was actually why we chose to stay at this property. Not traveling with all that extra stuff was very helpful. The pass to get into the state parks was great and we used it multiple times. The entire area was very clean. Many places to eat and the beaches were close by. We loved the lanai and pool area along with the swings. We spent a lot of time out there when not at the beach. The owners were in touch frequently and responded very quickly if we reached out. They were a pleasure to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

I have rented many properties over the years but this property in Naples is a great getaway. Communication with the owners is first rate and they really do want you to have a luxury vacation. The home is beautifully furnished and you will want for nothing. Location is excellent and near two beaches and other amenities. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. If going to Naples again I would stay here. Thank you Paul and Margaret.

Perfection
I can't think of anything that Paul and Margaret could do better. This was the best vacation of this type we've had out of 4. They have a beautiful home, easy walk to beach, every beach and pool accessory I can think of, bicycles...well stocked kitchen, close to shopping restaurants. Loved it.!!

This is a great property and the house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool was wonderful and we used it almost every day. The house had everything you might need including, bikes, beach chairs and any kitchen item you might need. The location is also great with a short drive or bike to the beach and the pass to Delnor Wiggins State Park is a big plus. We will be back in the future!

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home on a. Neighbirhood area. The only drawbacks were that we didn’t really want to walk to the beach because of the distance we’d have to carry the beach gear and we didn’t want to pay $8:day to park in the lot, the 4 bikes they mention in their ad for property were available but were adult sized (I’m short 5’3”) and is the kids and I couldn’t ride them as we’d hoped. Also, the bedrooms had too much sunlight coming into the windows at sunrise (mentioned black out curtains to owners as a suggestion for that).. The brown basket chair pictured by the pool had a broken seat in it, and a few of the other pool rafts/boogie boards as well, so we went ahead and left our boogie boards behind to replace the broken ones we saw at the property. So there are 2 new ones there now for future guests to use! No major complaints here. In spite of all these minor issues, we truly enjoyed the home. I would suggest you look ahead for places to eat, and eat further out then we did. We tried places about 5 min. from
the property and couldn’t really find much good food. Places we did like were Jet’s Detroit Style Pizza, Fit&Fuel, and Buca de Beppo.

Great beach rental
This house turned out to be better than expected, a rare treat. It is very well maintained and loaded with all kinds of goodies for cooking, the beach and the pool. While the walk to the beach is a bit long from the house, it is only five minutes on a bike, and four bikes plus locks were included with the rental. The house is close to many dining options, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Publix. Couldn't have been more convenient.

The house was everything and more than we expected. Location was central to everything we planned to do. Pool was fabulous. Interior updated and furnishings were comfortable. Lots of toys for pool and beach. Only suggestions would be a clock by the pool and in the living room. That's really stretching it to find something to improve! We would definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

Our family cannot thank you enough for opening your beautiful home to us. Such a relaxed stay. Pool was clean and warm with many toys and floaties to use. Abundant towels, fully stocked with necessities such as garbage bags, napkins, etc... It was the most comfortable and convenient home we have rented.
