Enjoy our completely remodeled and tastefully appointed 3-bedroom 3-bathroom waterfront home as a fun family adventure or a quiet getaway. Our home is located on the exclusive, private and peaceful Bay side, as opposed to the crowded, and noisy Oceanside of Mission Beach. From your cozy beach retreat, you will experience some of the finest panoramic views of famous Mission Bay. Our home is absolutely perfect for children. You can step out of our home and onto the fine beach sand of Mission Bay, and not have to worry about crossing a street. ‘Bay side Walk’ is right at your doorstep (One of the most scenic walking and biking trails in Southern California that curves gently around Mission Bay). If you are looking to enjoy big ocean waves and the hustle and bustle of Mission Beach, it is only a 5 minute stroll away. Start your day relaxing inside or outside with a cup of coffee, and watch a beautiful Bay sunrise. During the day, take advantage of 19 miles of sandy beaches, 14 miles of bike paths, a network of channels, islands, coves and wildlife preserves, including so many recreational activities that you could easily spend all your time at the bay without having to think about driving your car! When the sun goes down, fire up the BBQ, and look out over the blissfully quiet beach, and the tranquil, calm water of the bay. Before you turn in, enjoy a grand view of the explosive and spectacular Sea World fireworks (seasonal) right from your own patio. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, and is fitted with fine linens. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV. The large en-suite bathroom has dual vanities, a large shower and a bathtub. There is a walk-in closet leading off the bathroom. You will enjoy stunning views of Mission Bay from your master bedroom and can watch the sunrise from your bed each morning! There is a beautiful glass atrium leading off the master bedroom, which is a place where you can sit and work at a desk or relax and read a book, while looking out over the beautiful Bay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is fitted with fine linens. There is a 32-inch flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and a large shower. There is a walk-in closet leading off the bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin-size beds and is fitted with fine linens. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and a large shower. There is a walk-in closet leading off the bedroom. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and accompanying fine linens. You can sleep in the living room with the ‘La Cantina’ folding glass door wide open, while enjoying the wonderful sights, sounds and fresh air of the Bay. There is a 65-inch flat screen TV, accompanied with a premium home theater surround sound system. The patio offers spectacular 180-degree views of the Bay. There are very comfortable patio lounging chairs and tables to relax around, and a high-end large Weber gas grill. The kitchen is fully appointed with cooking, serving and dining ware. It has granite tops and high-end appliances including a professional Dacor stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a table that will seat 6 or 8 people (using the extension leaf provided). A wet bar with granite top is attached to the dining area. There is a separate laundry room inside the house, that has a washer, dryer, and additional sink area. High-Speed wireless internet is provided throughout the house and will also work on the patio and beach in front of the house. There is double-car garage equipped with an automatic door. Note that the garage was originally built at a time when vehicles were a little smaller, so if you have 2 full-sized Vehicles/SUV’s, they will not both fit into the garage. The owners have done a wonderful job with every detail to make this the perfect home to spend a wonderful time with family. The house is located right on Mission Bay and the views are incredible! Easy walk to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Doesn’t even need a review! It was a great property. We had 2 cars so we had to find parking which was hard but we had bikes so we rode to and from. Belmont park is so close. We enjoyed the beach and the view. We even did a campfire out on the sand and played cornhole.

Wonderful place on the bay! We stayed here with three couples. The deck was our favorite hang out, kitchen was well stocked, and this place was conveniently located near many attractions. We visited the San Diego Zoo, took a bay tour, visited the USS Midway, Hotel del Coronado, and Torrey Pines Nature Reserve. Grant was very helpful and made everything go smooth with our visit. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Enjoyed a great long weekend in this condo. Location is perfect, right on the Bay with a beautiful walking path right out the door and yet just a 2 minute walk to the ocean with all of the activities offered there.

The property was well maintained and even had fresh cut flowers in the home!
Kitchen was well equipped and organized. Everything was as listed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with.
My only suggestion would be to add a few more bath towels.

Our son graduated from college and we wanted a place where 5 family members could stay together. My elderly mom had her own comfortable room on the 2nd floor and the rest of us stayed on the top floor. The place was really clean and the photos were spot on. We got right in using the code and there are instructions throughout on how to use everything. The first thing we did was open the panoramic doors to the view. It was a little chilly that weekend but we spent most of our time on the deck. Morning coffee, hanging out, evening cocktails and watching the fireworks at Seaworld. We walked on the boardwalk every day. It’s a short distance to restaurants for breakfast, and there is a rental place not far right on the water with boogie boards, paddle boards and Bikes. The garage is a tight squeeze but we fit a Toyota Highlander and a smaller sedan with some maneuvering. It was great to have parking. It’s a very special place and we’d stay there again.

Condo was as described & excellent set up for 3 couples. Very convenient to all the major activities in the San Diego area & great restaurants nearby. Only thing I’d like to see would be room darkening curtains in the bedrooms as it was pretty light but otherwise I’d highly recommend.

What lovely accomodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break trip in this home. We appreciated how clean and welcoming the home is - including special touches such as fresh flowers and nice foaming hand soaps. My favorite element was how the doors to the deck could all be opened up to create a continuous feel between the inside and out on nice days.

Perfect weekend get away with 3 teenage boys. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the path (right outside our place) early in the morning, loved opening the glass doors for the fresh air and sitting on the veranda eating breakfast. Boys enjoyed reading outside. Perfect location to the beach - boys played Volleyball for hours. The house is clean and beautiful.
I would suggest beach towels and not renting a large truck to park in garage..... that made an adventure getting in with inches to spare.

We had a group of 6 women staying here for a low-key bachelorette weekend. The home was beautiful and very comfortable for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, there are multiple balconies to enjoy the sunshine and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. Exceptional property in an exceptional location
Grant and Karin's property is outstanding and we consider ourselves very fortunate that we were able to enjoy it. It was exactly as advertised both in the listing and after some brief communication ahead of arriving. The check-in instructions, as well as how to use everything, were well communicated and documented and we did not need to reach out to the owners for anything at all.
The view has to be among the best on the bay, and the feature where all the windows fold away to the porch really makes you feel like you are on the bay even when you're in the living room. The bay side is much more quiet than the ocean side, and we found ourselves lounging on the bay side much more than than the ocean side. It didn't hurt that walking out of the door you are essentially on the bays beach. Incredible.
The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool, and if you're white noise people like we are there are additional fans in each room.
Overall, a 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely be back.

This property is modern, tastefully decorated with super balcony on Mission Bay. It is within easy walking distance of Mission Beach. The kids enjoyed Belmont Amusement Park. It was a great place to relax with plenty of room to dine in.

Probably the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Had everything we needed and then some. Location was perfect. Close to everything. Communication with owner was also prompt and appreciative. We’d give it 10 stars if we could. If you’re considering this rental don’t pass it up.

This rental was perfect for us! I stayed here with my wife, mother in law and 4 kids. The house had everything we needed and the location was sweet super close to the ocean and right next to the bay. The views were awesome. I will definitely try and rent this place again.
