Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Empfang durch Cengiz Bey. Er war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Zu Beginn war ein leichter Geruch aus dem Abfluss wahrnehmbar. Dieser verschwand jedoch nach kurzer Zeit durch die regelmäßige Nutzung von selbst und stellte anschließend kein Problem mehr dar.

Wir waren dort als Familie für fünf Tage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Suite im Erdgeschoss. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind grandios. Von morgens nach dem aufstehen bis zum Sonnenuntergang genießt man eine wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus ist so gelegen, dass man tagsüber ganze Zeit am Haus auch ein Schattenplatz hat. Wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben unser Apartment mit Frühstück gebucht und waren sehr begeistert von der Qualität und auch von der Atmosphäre in der gesamten Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön und willkommen wieder. Was besonders schön war, ist die Ruhe auf der Insel und wenn wir Lust hatten, auf etwas mehr Action, sind wir in 10 Minuten am Hafen von Kas gewesen.
Das Apartment ist sehr groß und geräumig Und verfügt über ein schönes Doppelbett. Leider sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten für weitere Gäste etwas sporadisch durch ein Schlafsofa und ein Zustellbett. Ein zweites richtiges Bett wäre da bestimmt bequemer und komfortabler.

Well..I booked a lux with pool. After payment (it’s totally my fault) I read others sites comments. It was not private pool, also all the guests was on your floor, swimming, screaming and loud . because luxe number it’s just whole floor before pool.
I was asked after payment and realized this problem for me ( I need total private silence, that’s why I go to Kas) owner and he tell me it’s booking rules you will not your money back. Ok,I ask booking. After 3 days booking answer me that owner don’t reply them and I can write owner directly, booking com don’t mind to cancel My reservation, due to room not to same description as on the site with all money back. But. The owner don’t want to cancel. Even if it was not booking com rules it was his rules. Pitty , sad, but next time i will check the privacy of the room before booking
