Communication with Ana was good and quick response via WhatsApp. Excellent location for proximity to town, bus/train station just 5min walk and 16 bus to Airport 20min journey. Was lucky to have place to myself for the night and being out of season midweek, no problems with late night noise. Some facilities a little dated but perfectly adequate. Tea and coffee available (but bring or buy own milk) plenty of cooking utensils if not eating out.
Couldn't get aircon to blow heat (but that's probably just me!), sharing bathroom/kitchen could be an issue dependant on whom you may be sharing facilities with, but not an issue in my case for 1night stay.

Quaint and interesting
The restaurant down the road was a bit noisy but not too bad if you kept the windows closed
