Bathroom is outside but it is private, others don’t use it. Probably you want to keep it open after shower for the humidity to go out

Very Small Room Toilet and Shower Outside the Room not too Much Privacy.
The property have another 3 rooms and you don’t feel is your space.
Kitchen is shared with other rooms in the flat.
The maid door of the building not locked and always open
