Are you ready for summer at the beach?! Our cozy beach house offers comfortable accommodations for families up to 7. We recently renovated the entire house featuring a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new bathrooms and perfectly-appointed beach decor that your family will adore. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 32-inch HDTV and private entrance to a private bathroom with standing shower. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin and full bed which accommodate up to 3 grown children or adults, or 4 small children. This bedroom has direct access to the second full bathroom which offers a tub and shower combination. The cozy living room offers an overstuffed love seat, queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area overlooks the kitchen with granite counters and open floor plan. The stocked kitchen offers amenities for all your cooking needs including an oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grill tools and more. The adjacent bar overlooks the sunny Florida room which boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of the pool. Sliding glass doors lead out to the backyard oasis where you will find a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, gazebo and palm trees for a tropical backdrop. It's the perfect area to unwind and relax. Guests have access to wireless Internet and digital cable. Don't feel like checking a bag? No problem! Our washer and dryer will let you clean your clothes so you can travel light. Our cozy seaside retreat is a short walk to Panama City Beach's most pristine white sandy shores and is the perfect place to rest your head at night after a full day of adventure. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards from the nearby Bait & Tackle shop for water sports. We are located near the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach & Aly's Beach where you can browse shops, ride bikes or go out to dinner. Pier Park is less than 10 miles from the house, which is close enough to get to the action but far enough to escape the madness! We hope you stay with us on your next trip to Panama City Beach.

We loved staying in this cute neighborhood. Wonderful walks every day ina very quiet friendly neighborhood and still close enough to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean, open space. Just the right size for my family. Just a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Having a private pool was icing on the cake. Close enough to grocery stores and dining and far away from the chaos of all the people on fall break.

We stayed for a whole week, neighborhood was quiet, close to less crowded beach, pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this property, and consider it again in the future.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed, very clean, close to the beach, and had an awesome pool. The owner was great. We typically stay at a house a couple blocks from the beach with a pool opposed to a busy resort. This home fit the bill perfectly! Will stay here again.

The house was very clean and just perfect for our family of four. We had a great time. Everything was just like it was on the picture. We had everything that we needed. The owner was great to work with and made everything very easy from the start. They made our trip so special by allowing us to bring our boat. BIG THANKS for that as we made so many memories at Lake Powell. Pier Park, the beach, Target, Walmart, and great restaurants were very close. We love the Pool and everything that the house and the location had to offer. We tried some of the Owner's restaurant recommendations and now they are our favorites. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a great time in Panama City Beach. We will definitely stay again in the near future.

We had a great time. House was clean and just as described in the listing. The area is quiet, away from the crowds of Panama City, but only a 20 minute drive to attractions and plenty of restaurants. The pool was perfect for the kids.

Owner was great to work with. Very helpful and friendly. Area was very quiet and seemed safe. My only complaint was I feel like it needs some updating. Living room furniture was not very clean and very uncomfortable when we came in for the evening. Outside furnishings as well.

Nice and roomy house. The newly renovated bathrooms were nicely done. The location to the beach was awesome along with the wagon to carry what is needed. Just a short drive to the pier and so many great restaurants to choose from. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyable. We really enjoyed the private backyard and the pool was wonderful. Andrea is very responsive when getting in contact with her. Thank you!

Can you just say LOCATION?!?! Close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away from any of the noise of the busy strip. Perfect quiet PCB getaway. Although it was too chilly for us to enjoy it much, the private backyard and pool was amazing. We loved our stay and the owner very welcoming.

We loved the location! Short walk to the beach! So much better to be able to walk than having to worry about parking. Close to restaurants and stores. 5 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. This area of Panama City Beach is a hidden gem. We loved the fact that it felt private and away from all the touristy areas while still being with in a short drive. We would definitely stay again!

This property and owner was amazing! The house was absolutely perfect and felt like home. The pool was beautiful and a wonderful experience, especially since we didn't have to share with other people. If your looking for a great relaxing getaway this is the place. Definitely adding this to our permanent stay place in Panama. See ya next year!

We had a great week just being together as a family before we send our twins off to college. The home was comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Plenty of room to hang out inside and out. The pool was just what we needed to hang out in at night. The walk to the beach was easy and not crowded. The location made for an easy drive everywhere we wanted to go. It was just the week away we needed!

We in April for Spring break and had a wonderful time. The location of the cottage is perfect. It’s close to the beach and away from the crowds of Panama City. The cottage was very cute and clean. The backyard was our favorite part, and it was very convenient to have a private pool for the days we didn’t feel like going to the beach. Loved it!

The beach home was the perfect size for our family (husband, wife, two teenagers and a six year old). Anything that we didn’t have isn’t anything to write about (extra trash bags, tv in kids room), because the house was very clean and the location was perfect. VRBO didn’t send a lockbox code, but when I reached out to the owner, she quickly responded. She was even thoughtful enough to recommend restaurants and shopping in the area in her message. We got pizza one night, but made use of the nice kitchen (and dishwasher) all of the others. The beds and pillows were comfy and there’s a sofa bed in the living room. The pool wasn’t heated, the weather was chilly and very windy, but that didn’t stop the kids from playing in the pool. The pool was serviced Saturday morning, which my husband said startled him to see a person walking into the backyard, but not a big deal. You can definitely walk to the beach, but we drove to other nearby areas just to travel. No. There isn’t a tv in the kids bedroom, but this allowed us to spend more time together as a family. There are two glass tables and any parent would know to be careful if you have kids. If you’re trying to decide if this is a good place, I would definitely recommend the beach home.

We had the perfect spring break with our family. From grandparents to teens, something for everyone. Great location, short walk to the beach. Even during prime spring break time, the beach was family friendly and not packed at all. We really enjoyed our time here! Thank you

We are so glad that we were able to find a place to stay just a couple days before we wanted to start our vacation!! This adorable little house was just perfect for our trip! Two adults, two little girls, and plenty of space to hang out. The pictures online were completely accurate and we were pleased with the accommodations. The back yard was fenced in and totally private. The pool was pretty chilly, but still made for a nice view and the girls managed to get in briefly a couple times. But even with the chilly water, they still enjoyed the backyard as they had a blast looking for lizards. The house was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but there was a wagon provided which made hauling all our beach gear really easy. So we didn’t mind the walk at all. We went to the beach pretty much every day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, so in the evening we were able to hang out, watch TV, and just relax. There was only one problem during our stay. Our youngest girl (6 years old) had a very scary accident when she was apparently leaning on a round table with a glass top. Suddenly there was a TERRIFYINGLY loud crash and we saw that glass top shattered into a million pieces all over the floor!! It was AWFUL! Thankfully she managed to escape that with only a small cut on her finger. We immediately contacted the owner and she was super understanding and helpful. We did our very best to get all the glass cleaned up. Fortunately we had purchased the vacation insurance and that proved to be a great thing because it covered the cost to fix that. We were so grateful that the owner was so friendly throughout that process and never seemed upset with us. She was terrific. In all the years we have vacationed we have never had anything like that happen, so it was definitely something that worried us. But even with that incident, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

This cottage is super cute and is the perfect little getaway for a family. The back room off the kitchen is a fantastic gathering space. With all the doors and windows open, it is an inside room with all the freshness and beauty of the outside beach. We were there in winter for a soccer tournament but will certainly be back for summer.

This home was just what we needed. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, is spacious & very clean home. It was far enough away from the husle & busle but just a short drive to get to everything. The bedrooms were decent size with comfortable bedding. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. The outdoor space was great. It was nice having a pool, grill & covered sitting area. The beach is just a few short blocks away (there's a wagon if needed). The neighborhood is also golfcart friendly. The owner was easy to work with. I would differently stay here again.

First off, the property was very clean and spacious! Also, great location and awesome personal in ground pool, BUT thats where the compliments stop. We had 4 houses narrowed down that we wanted to stay at and Andrea was the first to respond so I explained CLEARLY i was bringing my new boat and trailer with us that was overall around 50-60 feet with the truck attached and asked if the driveway was big/roomy enough to accommodate! She assured me it was so we chose this house over the others, that was a lie! There is NO WAY on earth to fit a boat that size in the driveway ESPECIALLY with the street being so narrow! You physically CAN NOT DO IT! Im an amazing driver with the trailer attached, made the 1600 mile round trip with no issues except that driveway,NEVERMIND the HUGE palm trees that you have to swerve around to even pull in said driveway to avoid scratching up your vehicle because the limbs and leafs are hanging into the driveway so bad,It was an absolute nightmare! I had to find at the last minute a storage facility big enough to keep my boat for two weeks that ended up costing me an extra $200 because they charge per month not weekly! THEN to top it off someone tried to steal the boat and messed up my lock so bad i had to call a locksmith to come fix it which cost me another $450 all because i was lied to! AGAIN DONT GET ME WRONG! Other than the driveway/boat issue the house was exactly as described and worth the money and just absolutely great all around as long as you can avoid getting your $50,000 vehicle in the driveway without getting scratched up! Still a 4 star review though and no hard feelings, it is what it is! And had an awesome trip to PCB!
