We just returned from a 63 day stay at this property and everything from the initial contact with Robert (owner) through check-out was smooth with no issues/problems whatsoever. The website pictures are accurate; the home is roomy offering privacy when wanted and the property was super clean which is very important to us. We loved the location as it was close to Gilbert Regional Park for Pickleball, there was a bike trail nearby and it was located near the 202 for easy access to all the golf courses we played. While we did not have many questions for Robert, he was always prompt with replies. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again. Thanks Robert!

We stayed at this home for over three months while we waited for our home to be built and absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and comfortable for our family of five, and the location is perfect. Robert was great at communicating and answering any questions we had during our stay.

Great place to stay
It was my first time staying here and I loved it. Lots of space, super clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen is perfect for cooking, especially the gas stove. Pool was really nice especially with the hot temps. Super quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay with a group of friends or family! Everything was as said. Back yard/ pool area/ grill area was fabulous. Nice to be able to listen to music around the backyard. Kitchen area was well stocked with items used.

We loved our time here. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Really spacious and we never felt on top of each other. Our children loved the pool and the pool table. The heated pool was a great temp for outdoor swimming in November. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to. We have family close and we will be staying here for years to come.

Beyond Wonderful!!!
Previous excellent reviews of this property are spot-on so we won't take the time to repeat. Look no further if you are seeking the best property in the Gilbert area for your vacation stay. (Of special note however is the fact that this house was the cleanest, most well appointed rental we have seen in quite some time.) From the time we first contacted Robert with questions we were impressed with his rapid, thorough responses. For you sun worshipers, the back yard pool area faces west so you have sunshine all afternoon. The grass area is shaded by three lovely trees in case you get too warm sunbathing. Thank you Robert for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to be able to spend some time there again next year..

My wife and I just completed our stay at this property in Gilbert, AZ. We spent several months at the property, and really have nothing but positive things to say about our stay.
Robert our host was great to work with and very accommodating. He responded quickly to all questions and concerns and was easy to get ahold of. He was exactly the kind of host you hope to have when doing this type of rental.
As for the property, it is a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood on the south side of Gilbert. The area is a nice area for walks through the neighborhood paths, with stops at the numerous playgrounds if you have kids or grandkids with you. It is close to a variety of retail and restaurants for easy access.
The home itself is very nice. Good furnishings throughout, and a well stocked kitchen area for easy cooking at home. The resort type back yard with heated pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and nice patio area was a great spot to escape from the winter up north and enjoy the outdoors. The photos in the listing accurately represent the property, which is very much appreciated.
Our group fluctuated in size from 2 adults to 4 adults and 3 kids, and the home worked very well for all of us.

Great Place to spend winter!
We stayed here last year also and couldn’t be happier. Everything about the home, the quiet neighborhood and area is awesome. Beds are great, kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, and the outside pool, grilling station and seating areas are wonderful. The home has even had some nice upgrades from the prior year. The owner Robert is very responsive, and does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay again and hope to return in 2021. This home has been a great find for us, located in a great place to be in the winter.

Great house, loved it!
This house is just as described, if not better. We wanted somewhere that was close to my daughter and her family and this was perfect. Our grandchildren loved the spaciousness of it. Everything was spotless, well equipped, and welcoming. The only negative was that I wish there were beach towels (for the pool) and more hangers. But my daughter took care of both of those, so it was no big deal.
Everything from foodstore, pharmacy, shops & gyms are close by. Easy to navigate to and from.
Loved staying here and hope to do so again the next time we visit our daughter.

We stayed from Feb.1 to April 6, 2019. Home is well appointed with plenty of room. Nice furnishings, comfy beds and great back yard with pool and outdoor grilling area. Very comfortable inside and out. Nice seating in front courtyard and back patio areas. Very close to shopping, restaurants and recreation. Robert was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any of our questions.. Quiet friendly neighborhood with park nearby. We will return!

Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable!
We needed a rental right away (same day notice) and although I am sure the owners wouldn't prefer doing business this way on a regular basis, they put up with a lot of last minute prep, cleaning, coordinating with VRBO, etc to make our stay happen. The home is beautiful and very well kept. TV's with cable and internet access with a lot of fun amenities for our children. The pool and barbecue area were great fun and very refreshing in the Arizona sun! It is so close to groceries, gas, and other shopping, too. If we had to do it again, we would definitely request this home! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!!

Wonderful Home!
What a lovely home. This house accommodated our family of 3 for 3 months while our home was being built. Robert, the owner was very easy to get a hold of, very responsive and extremely accommodating. The home is very well appointed. The backyard is stunning with a gorgeous pool and built in BBQ. The master bed and bath are very large and closet space doesn't disappoint. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

This home has all you could want. Just a suggestion, pool towels could be supplied, for if you come by plane they take a lot of room. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is amazing. The pool and back yard are wonderful.

This is a very beautiful and spacious home. Our family of six fit very comfortably. The pool was perfect, very warm and relaxing. It's close to shopping, theatres, and parks. We would definitely stay her again in the future.
