About this condo rental
Nestled in Tybee Island, this charming condo for $198 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Come relax at the 3rd floor sunset and beautiful partial water view condo located in the gated, oceanfront complex on the north end of the island. You can view the shrimp boats, large cargo ships and dolphins daily! This 1 bedroom condo has a SERTA perfect sleeper queen bed and 2 bunk beds recessed in the hallway. There is a 40" cable TV in the living room as well as a 21" cable TV in the bedroom. All linens, towels, iron and board as well as a hair dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer as well as a stove/oven , microwave, all necessary pots and pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, blender and a standard regular drip coffee maker. Coffee filters only are supplied, along with a starter supply of paper products. Enjoy the newly remodeled pools and kiddie pool, 3 tennis/ pickleball courts, and the boardwalk to the private beach (with stairs). For your enjoyment there are 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towel per guest, beach toys for the kids, games and binoculars provided. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the same floor. Central heat and A/C unit and full Wifi is included. Parking is available for only ONE vehicle per reservation, this is strictly enforced! No boats, trailers, golf carts or RVs are allowed. No pets are allowed. There is a handicap ramp at the back of the building, however this unit is not ADA certified or handicap accessible. Enjoy your "Tybee Time" on your private balcony with a partial water view as you watch the sunsets, dolphins and ships. Take a tour of the Tybee Lighthouse, Fort Pulaski, Savannah, a day trip to Charleston or just relax on the beach ! This coastal beach on the Atlantic Ocean, only 13 miles from Savannah with many great restaurants, excellent shopping and activities for all ages. Go on a dolphin tour boat (highly recommend) or jet ski, fishing, kayaking, parasailing, or paddle boarding, visit historic sites and museums or just look for sharks teeth and shells. My goal is for you to enjoy your "Tybee Time" on a wonderful vacation!

Enjoyed our time in Tybee and at Carols Condo. Neat and clean. Had everything we needed. Carol was such a terrific host. Her recommendations were spot on about things to do and where to eat. Make sure you go on the Derek Dolphin Tour. OMG. Was awesome. Couldn't ask for anything more. The beach at the condo is fantastic. You can just hang out there for hours and see dolphin while you enjoy the beach. Worth staying here and will be back if back in the area again.

If I could give Carol 10 stars, I would!! Her communication was awesome, check-in was flawless, property was spotless!! Would definitely recommend! Tybee Island is such a beautiful place and the beach at SBRC is secluded and so peaceful!! We also got to watch the dolphins play every day! A wonderful, relaxing vacation and we look forward to visiting again!!

We had a great stay on Tybee. Carol's property was as advertised. There is just a short walk to the beach which is not crowded at all. We even saw a few dolphins. Try Bubba Gumbos for some delicious fresh seafood.

Check in was simple with the directions from Carol. The place was clean and less that 40ft from beach! We absolutely loved our stay. What a peaceful beach they are on.

It was just my husband and my 4 year old daughter and this place was perfect for us 3. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony and the beach!!! Condo was peaceful and so was the private beach. Love that she has beach toys for the kids since we forgor ours! Would definitely stay here again!

Place was clean, host left clear instructions, good recommendations and communicated well, it had everything we needed for a beach get away, especially having flown in. Bay beach and pool were easy to access and we were a short drive to Savannah which was fun to explore. Views of sunsets and dolphins were awesome. Perfect for our family of 3. Would rate 6/5 if I could and recommend to friends/ stay again.

Can’t say enough about how much I loved my first Tybee experience. Loved how close this unit was to the beach/pool. Made it so easy. I traveled with my husband and a 3 and 4 yr old and we had plenty of space. Loved sitting in the balcony seeing the dolphins daily. The beach/water was so calm never over crowded. Dolphins swimming right there 50 yards from you. So much beach space for the kids to play. Carol was so easy to communicate with, always responded quickly. Only wish there wasn’t stairs to get to the elevator and to get down to the beach with your coolers and wagon for the day but if you have someone with you it’s just fine. Overall best beach trip I’ve ever had!

I met the owner and she was very nice and welcoming! The unit was very nice and clean. The unit is close to the elevator which is a huge plus. The balcony gives you an awesome view of the beach which we got to see dolphins! 😍 Would definitely recommend staying here!

Carol’s condo was exactly as advertised! It was the perfect size for my family of four, with a 1 and 3 year old. Loved being able to watch the water and dolphins from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and the pool was perfect (even though it was still a little chilly!). Carol was very descriptive with the check-in process and any info for places to eat in Tybee. She also checked in with us making sure we were able to get in the condo when we arrived and was super responsive with any messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and quiet location on the island to recharge your batteries. Carol does a great job of communicating and answering any questions. The condo was clean and we were provided with all that we needed. You can see the water from the balcony and watch the ships and dolphins. It was the perfect getaway weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to beach and pool made it easy to go with just one adult and my kids. Only thing I would say is listing said fully stocked kitchen. Wish they would have had a baking sheet and a collinder at least otherwise everything was good with our visit

I stayed at this property with three of my girl friends for a girls weekend. Great location and beautiful beach within a short walk. We had a wonderful time. The hallway beds were totally adequate for us but I would say in general are more suitable for children than the average sized adult.
