Nestled in Mohave Valley, this attractive house for $920 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 3 nights minimum, 2 nights rentals could be discussed with the Property Owner with an inquiry. 3 Day Minimum on Weekends Only (Friday-Sunday) for months May - September. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the Property Owner. Beautiful 3,000 Sq. Ft. house. Features and house description: Sits on 1.25 acres Includes 2 RV 50 amp hook-ups, with sewer. Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms 2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, double vessel sinks, double shower-heads, granite counter-tops, and private toilet. King beds in both master bedrooms, plus mounted flat screen in each room. Both rooms have direct access to back patio with view of water. Third bedroom, in main house, has a queen bed, plus a flat screen television. Has direct access to pool. Full outdoor kitchen next to pool. Includes flat screen television, plus outdoor fireplace. Pool with waterfall. Pool house has a queen size bed, plus full bathroom. Also includes flat screen. House has a private beach, boat and watercraft launch area, plus a private bar overlooking the water. Full size bar in main house. Full size kitchen. Washer and dryer. Prices vary depending on holiday and month: RV hook-ups available on site. Additional cost of $75 per RV, per night. ***IMPORTANT*** Copies of ids will be REQUIRED. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement (see house rules) the reservation will not be valid.

This lovely and spacious home in the desert, on the Colorado River, was the perfect holiday getaway for our extended family. Storms helped us get a lay of the land before we arrived and made sure there was a Christmas tree for the young children. The family wants to return in the summer to take advantage of the summer activities.

Our family loves this beautiful property. We have returned every year! Blue skies and turquoise water, and a beautiful home! The convenience of a private boat dock is so amazing!

We chose the property for quiet area (for this time of year, anyway) and the river frontage. Kids had a great time at the sand/beach area, while adults could choose bar and fantastic seating/sunning areas. The pool was also a reason we chose it, however there was a problem as the first night the pump cycled extremely loud at 3am and ended up not being usable. Went to plan B and used the jacuzzi also snuck in some trips up to the Casinos in Laughlin
House itself worked well with a family, we had a total of 10, plenty of rooms for all, and a living room and kitchen that fit all of us just fine. Beds and pillow were comfy, too.

Jon’s place was perfect! Clean, well kept, well stocked, and great communication. What we loved most was the private beach and dock. Being able to launch our boat on the private ramp was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is a beautiful home, great location away from the over crowding in laughlin. I can sit at the balcony and watch the boats pass all day long. The house has 2 master bedrooms that are spacious and have super comfortable beds and pillows. Everything in this house is as described and better. Already booked our return for next year!

Family has been coming out to the river for generations and this was the best time we’ve ever had. The place is every bit of what you expect. A mansion on the River. We had a great time. The family room/dining/kitchen area is a great gathering place and plenty of room for big family meals, then there’s still plenty of space for everyone to get a little privacy.

This house was absolutely amazing for my family vacation. When you check in, you are greeted with an actual person and they take you on a tour through the house, show you all the features and the amenities, so many amenities! Salt water pool in an enclosed courtyard, with an out door kitchen with a grill. Perfect for grilling and taking a dip into the pool to cool off. A pool house with its own bathroom and a little kitchenette. The house has a massive kitchen with PLENTY of seating for everyone to sit an enjoy meals together. Whole home surround sound with volume control in every room including the outdoor patio! Every room in home has its own bathroom, huge plus, big open walk in showers for the 2 masters. Backyard patio has a jacuzzi and ample seating. Lower level bar area with an additional Grill, fridges and outdoor TVs! Below that the massive open Sandy beach, plenty of room to enjoy. Floating dock and your own personal launch ramp! No need to leave to launch your boats. This house is fully stocked with everything needed, odds are if you forgot something, the house is already equipped! There’s so much parking space as you drive in, no need to stress where to park cars or your trailers! Great experience - definitely will be booking again!

This place feels like your own mini resort. We traveled with two jet skis and a boat. There’s nothing like being able to walk to the dock, get on your toys, and then walk back inside to get out of the heat or to grab a bite. It was extremely hot during our stay but being able to cool down greatly enhanced our experience. The home is spacious and better than advertised. Plenty of room indoors and outdoors to find peace and quiet and plenty of space to congregate indoors or outdoors. I can’t wait to return, although the place is rarely available. We actually boated to Havasu on the first day. It was great to have this house to come back to after a long day on the water. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions. Thanks for providing a great vacation getaway!!!

Gorgeous River view, perfect beach front, launch ramp and dock, pool and jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen, several bars and BBQs, surround sound with Bluetooth speakers and 4 refrigerators! The host is quick to communicate and very helpful! We just left and we are already planning our next trip!!

Plenty of room in this big beautiful house for our party of 11. Jon was great, quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. The place is well equipped with tons of extras, so if you forgot something chances are Jon has it covered. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

My family of 4 kids, 2 adults, and a grandparent was extremely satisfied with our stay. The vibes the house give off are nothing short of peaceful and fun! Everything is included and you don’t need to leave the property for entertainment or anything else. My children loved playing in the river, poop, and hot tub. Gorgeous views and cozy home. We will definitely be back!

Thank you Mr. Storms your house was just beautiful and so super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed from spices to fully stocked with cookware. Sofas were very comfortable and tvs were equipped with all the shows possible. The beds were very good and we slept great. This place was so fun for my family and the location was close to everything. Everything is at the house and I never had to ask for anything. I will be coming back for another family vacation. We had a wonderful time!!!
