You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 60" Smart TVs in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a 55" Smart TV in 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor. Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. This is an excellent vacation rental. Very easy check in and out process. You don’t have to worry about parking, great parking garage. We have more than enough room for our family to move around in the unit, play games and enjoy the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. The description of the unit was accurate and the location was great. The unit was clean and welll maintained. Good customer service from the property manager as information was provided in great detail. The amenities was great, the tennis court to the pools and of course the beach. I have stayed at the Phoenix Orange Beach 2 times before and never been disappointed of the property. I love staying at this property and this unit. I have and would recommend to my family and friends to stay at POB.

It is a beautiful condo with amazing sunrises from almost all rooms. Lazy River, water slide and zero entry pool was perfect for the rough ocean days. I highly recommend it.

It was a beautiful condo, however, it could have been cleaner. The stove top took a bit of work to get the black off. Underneath the beds were dirty with lots of dust and small particles. And the kitchen counters were sticky. But, we enjoyed the property itself and the amenities tremendously.

We had a great time at the beach, however we did have some short falls. We spent 11K for one week. The toaster didn't work, the coffee pot leaked all over the counter. There were no pots to cook the patatos. One small pot that would hold 4 eggs and a very big pot (5 Gal) To be fair, Charlie did replace the broken Toaster and He did replace the coffee pot. My wife doesn't use Kurig. We BBQ'd 2 times and realized there were no utensiles for that BBQ. Makes it hard to cook.My review is mixed. For $11,000 for one week you should not need to call someone for broken stuff. the manager should check this out before we get there. I do need to retract a comment from earlier. I stated we didn't have a vacume to clean up. I was mistaken, I polled the grand kids and they said there wasn't one in the rooms. I guess they didn't know what it was because they never used one. I'm sorry about complaining about that in my previous message. A refund of something should be in order.

Beautiful condo with massive balcony facing the ocean. Interior was even more beautiful in person and the beds were all very comfy. Our traveling party included a grandma, a family of 4, and 3 friends plus a toddler. We had more than enough room and everyone was very pleased with our condo. We definitely plan to return!!

Condo location and set up is amazing. Plenty of space for multi-family and has room for everybody. Location is in the heart of everything and is a great complex. Parking on the same floor as your room was awesome and the pool and grills were great. However a few things do need to be addressed.
1. There are 3 coffee makers, one leaked everywhere, one was filthy and the Keurig that we had to rely on leaked some and wouldn’t seal but got the job done, although slow for 10 people.
2. The dryer needs to be worked on. Takes about 4 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. It’s not getting hot like it should and this was a real pain with 10 people staying for 9 days.
3. The bath towels are a joke. I know this is probably on the cleaning company but I’ve had better linens in $75/night Motel 6. Many of ours had holes in them and we only had enough for about 10 people. Had to wash 2 loads per day just to keep enough clean and only had 3 hand towels. Again not enough for a unit with 3 bathrooms and multiple sinks. Also not good with the dryer issues.
4. Kitchen: toaster does not work, skillets looked like a Dollar Tree purchase and were so scratched that we didn’t want to use them.
Also the 8 Dollar General General Store plastic plates and cups are not enough for a unit that boasts to accommodate 14 people.
Overall a really good place, just needs some attention the details, especially for the price.

Our family of 7 was overjoyed staying at POB 606! We had an amazing week and highly recommend this condo! It’s in the prime spot of having access to every store possible! On day 1 as soon as we checked in, we bought a mop from Walmart and used it every single day! I’d recommend bringing slippers or flip flops to wear inside the condo because the sand is almost impossible to keep out especially when you have the doors to the balcony open! But the condo is very accommodating and the views were excellent! Only disappointment was not seeing the Sunset from the Beach but quickly realized if we were there in Oct/Nov we’d probably be able to see the Sunset from the balcony/beach. We would def stay there again and loved the new LR furniture. Thanks again for letting us have an incredible week!

Check in and check out was very easy. Love the door code instead of a key code. Condo itself is not as big and roomy as pictures show. The ice maker will keep you up all night. The floor was filthy, our socks were black everyday. Beautiful condo but not for the money spent off season.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was our first time at Orange Beach and we will definitely be back! Charlie was wonderful to work with and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The condo was beautiful, spacious and well decorated! We had 2 families staying there ... 4 adults and 5 kids and had more than enough room. The parking garage on the 6th floor was so convenient. Elevators were quick when traveling up and down to the pool or beach. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. Overall wonderful experience and we’d love to come back!

I would say over all our experience was a good one. We were not able to connect to the WiFi while we were there. It also states that it sleeps 14 people, but had we had 14 there would not have been enough towels. The location was great and loved having the parking spot on the floor of our condo.

This unit was very nice. The cleaning team needs to dust the globes on the kitchen bar lights (minor but irritating to me) and the kitchen pots and pans could use some refurbishing. Otherwise this is a very nice unit!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! We had 11 total (9 adults and 2 kids). We all slept comfortably and the views from the condo were amazing! We cooked several meals in the room and had all of the equipment we needed. There’s are a few grocery stores right across the road that were very convenient. The kitchen, living room and balcony had plenty of room for our group to all hang out together. The jellyfish were pretty bad a few of the days we were there so it was nice having the lazy river as an alternative. There are plenty of things to do with the kids and good restaurants all within 10-15 minutes of this condo. I would highly recommend this location for those traveling with kids!

Everything was very nice. Upon arrival - The condo had not been cleaned properly. The floors were dirty and pieces of food left on the floor from not being cleaned properly. Parking is excellent. Charlie was very attentive. Overall a great place to spend a vacation.

Beautiful condo, excellent unit!
The condo is gorgeous and the corner unit is wonderful! My only reason for 4 star is how the kitchen is stocked. The toaster was broken, there are only 2 sauce pans, 1 cookie sheet and only 1 9x13 glass baking dish (the addition of an aluminum baking pan would be nice). Plenty of plates, bowls, glassware and eating and serving utensils. The unit does have a full sized crockpot, which is nice. Other than 1 paring knife and steak knives, there are no other sharp cutting knives (which is why I always take a few from home for food prep). Icemaker is great, but it is always running. I would stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful condo. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked pretty good. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was convenient on the same floor we were staying.
