Situated in Saint Simons Island, this lovely condo for $131 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This perfectly located, south island, gated, with pool and fitness center, one bedroom one bath luxury condo comfortable sleeps four. Located near everything, the condo is two miles from the beach and Pier area. The master bedroom has a king bed with a expensive mattress and a remote controlled bed lift. Relax reading or watching TV/ Netflicks sitting up with the bed lift on the HD smart TV. The condo layout provides plenty of room for a queen pullout sofa. This condo is on the second floor with the inside all one level. It is very private and quite. There is a fully stocked, full sized kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Right from the HGTV Fixer Upper playbook, we have just remodeled this condo and it is adorned in shiplap, stained ceiling beams, corrugated metal, granite countertops, walk in full tiled shower, hardwood floor. There is tons of natural light from all the windows and we added twelve can lights. The condo comes with free super hi speed wifi and a smart flat screen HD TV in the bedroom and in the living room. The centerpiece that divides the super large living room is a double sided fireplace. Shiplap coats the outside and one side is a remote controlled LED fireplace while the other is a non working traditional fireplace. Everything is new in this condo. Located in the Island Square condo community, the unit is approximately two miles from the beach, one and a half mile from the Pier area and within walking distance of tons of shops, a Winn Dixie grocery store, starbucks, restaurants and our famous Southern Soul BBQ. Biking or walking anywhere is definitely an good option. The private pool and fitness center are very close to the condo and is open year round. You won't be disappointed in this condo and it will enhance your vacation. Everything we do is designed to make your stay a relaxing experience. Accessing the condo is easy as we use coded door locks, so no keys to fool around with. We simply message you the code ten days prior to your check. We are experienced vacation property owners/rental managers and have over ten years experience. We are confident that you will love our properties and want to return. We are a Preferred Partner with VRBO / Homeaway due to our quick response time, our highly rated and reviewed properties and for providing a high end guest stay experience. We try to be pet friendly and will consider allowing one dog per stay but it must weigh less than 15 lbs and we must approve the pet prior to booking. Very nice and comfy townhouse. Gated community was a benefit as we had a small trailer with us. Close to everything, walked to bagel shop for breakfasts, Starbucks also walking distance.

Overall, we had an absolute wonderful time. Perfect size for the two of us. Short drive to the village and restaurants. Very clean! The only issue we had was that on checkout day we were greeted by the housekeeper who was on the phone with the owner that said checkout was supposed to be at 10. However, previous messages all stated checkout was at 11. Other than miscommunication, our visit was a complete success.

The property is beautiful and perfectly located in the middle of town. It is quaint and cute. We had a terrific time and highly recommend the condo. It is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, laundry, fireplace and 2 tvs. The bed is comfortable and is motorized so you can sit and watch a movie. Fabulous place. 5 stars!

My wife and I love St Simons Island! This Condo was in a great location. It's so close to everything. The condo is so nice and you cannot hear any of the neighbors. Wonderfully decorated and a well stocked kitchen.

We spent more time than planned indoors because of the weather. The beachy decor and many ammenities of this property made for a very pleasant rainy day(s) stay. Previous reviews mentioned that the bed was very comfortable but it was too soft for me. I slept on the sofa with no issues. We will return and hopefully be able to try the pool out.

Walked into a cool, spotless condo that was decorated beautiful. Everything was labeled and so easy to use. The bed was wonderful and everything we needed was there. We brought our bikes and enjoyed exploring the island. We rode down to the pier and enjoyed several of the restaurants there. Iguanas was great!! Two days we went to Jekyll Island which was a short drive. The driftwood beach was amazing… great week!!

Property was as described, located centrally on the island, with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and bike and walking trails. Owners were very responsive to any questions. Bed was quite comfortable, air conditioner worked great, and great xfinity and roku TV options with fast wifi. Would definitely stay again.

We've been coming to St. Simon's Island for 15 plus years and would rate this as one of our favorite places to stay. We ride bikes all over the whole Island and this is a great central location. Condo was tastefully and comfortably furnished and felt very homey to us. King sized bed was very comfortable!

It was very clean & decorated beautifully! It was perfect for us and very close to several restaurants! Shower was very nice, king size bed was extremely comfortable with very comfy pillows! Both couches pulled out to beds, very happy! We also enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the gym! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Tom’s place! It’s so comfortable, spacious and well-decorated. We loved the king size adjustable bed. The location is central on SSI and close to great food spots. Will stay again!

This condo has an adorable shabby chic beach vibe. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy. It is only short car ride to the beach and village. Very comfortable king size adjustable bed and a great set up for cooking/dining/television viewing. We loved the unheated pool.

Overall everything was very clean. We found the bed lumpy. Light in frig is out as well as overhead light in microwave. Disappointed only one side of fireplace illuminated. No blanket in bedroom and could use another lap blanket in tv room. Also scum ring in washing machine. I don’t mean to be critical but as owner’s thought you would like this information. Very well laid out condo. Also there were two large bees always on steps leading up to condo. They didn’t sting but we were very cautious as my husband is allergic to bee stings

This was our first time staying at this condo and couldn't have been happier! We loved the condo! It was perfect for our needs. The condo was very clean and well taken care of, the bed was extremely comfy. We was within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go on the island. Tom was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

My husband and I rented this condo 3 times now and this time we brought along our 16 yr old daughter for Thanksgiving week. We always love staying here and love the location. Downtown St Simons is a short bike ride away (if you know which way to turn). Our two Boston Terriers are also always happy tagging along as the area is very dog friendly.
