This beautiful beach house has just been remodeled with a brand new gourmet kitchen, brand new and upgraded bathrooms and new flooring throughout the main level. Amazing location sits directly on the beach offers incredible ocean views and glorious sunrises! Step off the deck onto the sand and enjoy some of the best views and breezes on the eastern shore. This spacious oceanfront duplex is the ideal beach getaway featuring 4 bedrooms with a loft and 3.5 baths including central air conditioning, 6 TVs, DVDs, WiFi, full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, charcoal grill and outside shower. Great vacation home for family get-togethers and perfect for multiple families traveling together with bright open rooms and plenty of places to hang out. Watch the dolphins swim by from either of the 2 ocean front decks! Available off season for mini weeks!

Beautiful location on the beach- great views. The main floor of the home was wonderful for our family to gather. Kitchen was fully stocked as expected and big enough for multiple people to prep and cook. We were disappointed that the outside showers were not available as noted in listing. We made do with inside showers. The host was responsive to inquiries in a timely manner. The one to thing to consider is that the stairs are spiral stairs. We had a 3 yr old and 2- 1 yr olds and it was challenging. Our issue not the host or listing. Overall we all enjoyed our stay at this house!

We just spent a long weekend in this large comfortable beach house. The location was ideal and we had more than enough room. Our favorite spot was the deck and we spent much of our time there. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Although the spiral staircases were cool, they were unexpected. We were thankful that all of us could manage them. We enjoyed the sunrise from the house deck, the sunset from the Assawoman Recreation Area, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, Salted Vines Winery, Harpoon Hanna's, Bethany Blues, and DiFebo's Restaurants.
