Located in Pacific City, this lovely house for $183 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Sather’s Cove is the perfect place to relax or play, read books in front of the fireplace or storm watch in the winter. Our home is a new 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with an open and accessible layout, perfect for a family trip to the beach. Located just a short 3 minute walk to the beach in a private gated community (Kiwanda Shores) and within walking distance to downtown Pacific City, the Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda Dunes. The main living area is downstairs with many places to sit and relax by the fireplace, listen to music or watch a movie.. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops and open dining area. A sliding door leads to a private sheltered back deck with outdoor patio furniture and a gas BBQ. A bedroom with queen bed and a full bath with shower round out the downstairs. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms and a play area with a TV/DVD/VCR & game console and Xbox 360. The master suite is furnished in cherry wood with a King sleigh bed, its own gas fireplace, private deck, and full bath. The second bedroom is set up with bunk beds--double on bottom & twin on top and a twin trundle. Just down the hall there is another full bath with shower & tub. Other amenities for our guests to enjoy include: 5 Bikes - 2 adult/3 kids, toys and games for the entire family, propane BBQ, outdoor shower to wash off after a FUN day at the beach, boogie boards and beach toys. There is something for everyone. TIPS about our home: In the morning catch the rising sun on the back deck with breakfast outdoors. The covered deck allows relaxing, even when it’s raining. Our favorite place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the Ocean is on the master bedroom deck. Try sitting here during sunset, listening to the Ocean and reading a book…PERFECT!!!!! This is a nice house to have family meals in and sleeps a number of people. It was easy to keep both the 4 year old and one and a half year old safe. The walk to beach access was short. We really enjoyed the back deck.

House was more beautiful than expected. Nice location, very well appointed furnishings, kitchen, and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to beach and small downtown area. Our kids didn’t want to leave! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The location is quiet and very close to the beach (just a short walk around the block, basically). The house and property was very clean. There were plenty of clean linens, blankets and towels for us. The heating worked well and we really enjoyed time by the gas fireplace. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough! Many happy memories were created during our short stay. We would love to return in the future.

Perfect large home for our 3-generation family getaway. Children’s bunk room and gorgeous master suite are situated upstairs, with one bedroom and separate bathroom downstairs. Open kitchen, dining and family rooms accommodate cooking together, visiting, playing games, and watching movies around the gas fireplace. Outdoors, deer stroll around the quiet gated neighborhood; and it’s a quick walk to the beach, where we saw a pod of whales heading south!

Great house- only problem we were out of power the first night and 1/2 of first day, not that this was the property owners fault! Huge coastal storm! The house was beautiful comfortable and well stocked wr enjoyed our stay!

Our experience was excellent! The home was beautiful (as advertised), super clean and just a short walk from a gorgeous beach, dunes and tide pools. A slice of paradise. The door locking system gave us a run for our money--but we eventually go the hang of it. Jeff was an absolute perfect host--very responsive, flexible and super helpful.

This house has everything, room for our whole family with lots of comfortable areas to relax in after a long day at the beach. Super close to cape kiwanda and the deck is so nice to sit out on on warm sunny day! Would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach in beach community. House very clean with separation of bedrooms that made multi-generations comfortable. Lots of toys and diversions for young kids. Check out a little early (10:00) when on vacation and intense with chores and excessive rules and warnings. Otherwise, very comfortable.

A great place for a family vacation. The house has a downstairs bedroom and bath which was easy for my older parents. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Accessing the beach from the neighborhood can be difficult for those with balance issues, but it is a short drive to the public beach and a concrete ramp down to the water. The town was nice with a lot of places to eat out if you wish. We cooked most meals at home and it was perfect. The hosts are easy to work with and quick to respond to questions and issues.
