Regency Towers located on the east end of Panama City Beach 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals, many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. This condo has an amazing sunrise view from the balcony. We could see for miles down the beach towards Shell Island. The condo is in an older resort but it was nice, very clean and was ready for us to check in when we got there a little early. Thanks for a great vacation in your condo.

My family and I stayed at the Regency for 8 days during hurricane Idalia, she was coming in fast and strong and thankfully made an easterly turn. Our stay turned out to be great even after stressing about the storm for the first few days! The condo was perfect for us and clean! The property was also in great condition and in a perfect location. We will be back to stay here again.

This condo suited my family just fine. We had a issue with only 1 sofa being a sleeper when the condo was advertised as having 2. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone about this until Monday, we arrived on Saturday, so we had to have 2 family members sleep on the floor. However the management company did bring over a air mattress Monday night. We really have no other complaints. The view was great, the tiki bar was 5 stars! The pools were very crowded but that was expected.

Condo was spacious and had plenty of room. Listing did say there were 2 pull out queen beds but there was only 1. We didn't need the other but if someone did could be problematic. Every email was answered fast and thoroughly. Only thing we would have changed was not having a double red flag just about every day we were there but that is no fault to the condo.

Great location! The condo itself is in need of some repairs/updating. Electrical outlets in the small bedroom did not work. The A/C struggled to keep the condo cool. The furniture in the living room was situated in a way that quite a bit of space was unuseable. The "everyone at once" 4pm check in with only 3 elevators is a bit absurd with 14 floors. Most of the beach area is covered with lounge chairs and you are not allowed to put up a canopy in that area which pushes MANY folks to the outsides of the beach area that become quickly congested. Otherwise, the property itself was good. Two big swimming pools and drink/food shack was a nice touch. Right on the beach!

We loved the condo and really wished the TV' would have been hooked up in the 3 Rd bedroom with the twin beds. It's the perfect location,, the view is unobstructed and breathtaking from the balcony. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely check on staying again.

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The condo had everything that we needed and more. The owner and/or previous tenants left beach toys, chairs, and tubes that were stored in closets and the laundry room which was so convenient so we did the same :)
The condo has 2 large pools, a hot tub, and bar and grill steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!!

This property was nasty! Walls are brown, holes in walls, mold in second bathroom, the air doesn’t get below 75 at anytime, the fan in living room is tore up and you need it because it’s so hot, there was sticky stuff and food pieces in the fridge, brown stuff on the master room sheets. The exhaust comes on and doesn’t work so the bathrooms get so steamy and hot with showers. The 3rd room wouldn’t get below 81 degrees and our children woke up many times soaked with sweat. We purchased 4 box fans just to make it manageable. You have to wait forever for an elevator. We paid over 3000 for the week and are very disappointed and the pictures do not show how nasty it is. The manager did send the cleaning lady the next morning but we we had already stripped all the beds, cleaned the bathrooms, swept and mopped, and cleaned the refrigerator before she had arrived. The handle of the sliding glass door is so loose you can barely open the door. There is carpet on the balcony which gets soaked and full of mildew. We made our children wear socks at all times and they were all black. I have been going to PCB for 20+ years and have stayed at many places but none this bad. The manager also offered for us to check out that night after we checked in with no other condo to put us in. Customer service sucks and the cleaning people said the fan has been broken for a while. Don’t waste your money!!!

The floors were black, the box spring covers were filthy, the dinning chairs consist of 2 dinning chairs and 2 lawn chairs. This unit sleeps 10. The balcony has gross Carpet, the sliding glass door handle from the living room was so loose you couldn't use it. Tent camping would have been cleaner than this unit. Whomever ownes this unit should be ashamed! Firing your agent and cleaning crew would be the first step in the right direction. The agent takes no responsibility if he responds to a request, the blame is on the renter.

Dirty
Front door had to be slammed to shut and full body checked to open, black mold on bathroom ceiling. Nasty stains on walls. Nice location, good facility.

Average Stay
There were some things good about this place and some not so good. First off all it was not clean at all. There is mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling. In one of the bedrooms there were clothes still in the room from the last guests and a used condom behind the TV. There were only two chairs at the dining room table, but they did have some patio chairs moved inside so we could use those. There wasn't enough silverware for a family of 8. We had to go buy plasticware. The kitchen is very bare. Thankfully we had brought some of our own cookware based off of other reviews. The TV in the first bedroom is in the corner and doesn't swing out so you can't see it good from the bed. It wouldn't be hard to put it on a swivel so that it could be seen while you are in bed. Another huge disappoint is that there are no longer tennis courts. Our kids were really looking forward to playing tennis and it is one of the reasons we chose this place. They are now part of the parking lot. The only positives is that it is right on the beach, there was a heated pool, and the view from the patio was good. That is about the only good things I can say.

We had some difficulty opening the front, it was sticking to the door frame. After we entered, we were pleased to see that it looked just like the photos and had plenty of space. The kitchen counters and sink had been updated, as well as, the master bath. We loved the large walk-in shower and the beds were very comfortable. The tile floors needed a thorough cleaning and mopping which we took care of the 2nd day. None of the windows could be opened, probably because of wind that can slam doors shut; the A/C and heat were easy to adjust. Access to the balcony was restricted to the sliding door in the master bedroom. The sliding door in the living room was stuck and couldn't be opened; our guests had to come into our bedroom to reach the balcony. The view from the balcony was incredible. Regency Towers was built around 1972 and is fairly well maintained with 2 huge pools - one is heated. There was a lot of work being done during the month we stayed, probably in preparation for the influx of spring breakers. Overall we enjoyed the accommodations.

This property was an excellent choice for our stay. There is some truth in previous reviews with regards to cleanliness and previous damage. The property owners could really do well with hiring a new cleaning company as that aspect left a lot to be desired! You could also tell that the owners rarely or never stay on site as there are things that one would likely have "fixed up" had they seen it with their own eyes (eg scratched walls, torn rug, broken chairs, shotty front door and patio door). The dining table only has two chairs left that work so we had to pull in patio chairs to dine together. The barstools need to be cut down as they are too tall to actually sit at the bar with.
However, all that said I would still stay again. Based on the architecture of the building this is one of the largest units which added to our feeling of comfort and luxury during our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated.
The property is also fairly far down the beach from the busiest area of PCB which was really nice! This particular unit faces both the ocean as well as the neighborhood which lends itself to really nice views as you relax on the balcony.
I stayed with my family of 4 inc. two teen boys. It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and the boys to have a bathroom separate from ours.
Great for sports travel as well as it was only a 15 minute drive to the sports complex.
