This lovely stand alone patio home is located in the highly desired Mews section of New Seabury, New England's #1 seashore resort community off Nantucket Sound. Magnificent South Cape Beach, Mashpee Commons, and the New Seabury Popponesset Marketplace are all very close by. On summer rentals you also have access to the Mashpee Town private beaches which include a side of South Cape Beach and two freshwater beaches, Johns Pond, a 343 acre Great Pond, and Attaquin Park Beach. The property offers spacious accommodations including a sizeable front yard, patio, and backyard which is next to New Seabury's Dunes course 12th hole, a stunning view you can enjoy. It's perfect for couples or families vacationing at the New Seabury Resort. Elegantly designed with all premium furnishings, it features two bedrooms; one with one queen bed and the other with two twin beds; a den with top grain leather pull out sleeper sofa; family room with cathedral ceiling; fully equipped kitchen; and dining room. The kitchen was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and cookware, Italian designer floor tile, and granite counter tops. The two bathrooms have recently been updated as well including new tile floors, toilets, and quartz countertops. The home also has a detached garage and a central air system with new heating and AC units. Entertaining, cooking, and spending private time together with family and friends is fun and enjoyable with the light open plan in the kitchen and family room area. Recent updates include new Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, Napoleon Prestige RSIB 500 grill, and a new AC unit for the central air system. For your pleasure and enjoyment, other features include a professionally landscaped patio area; extreme blast high speed internet service at 1000 mbps; and several new flat screen LCD TVs with DVR and triple play channel lineup. Rentals from June 17 through September 16, 2023 are a minimum of 5 nights.

We just retuned from a much needed vacation and had a lovely time at this property! Larry was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home is equipped with everything needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed early morning bike rides, nearby south cape beach, the marketplace for mini golf and ice cream and so many other local spots. Thank you Larry! We truly enjoyed our time at your home.

We found our property to be perfect for a peaceful family get away to Cape Code. The location was near so much to do and see that we could have spent a week just in the local area. Larry was a great host and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a location with plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax.

Wonderful stay!

Very comfortable place to stay for our family of 5! The house was layed out well- plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. The backyard and patio were really nice- we enjoyed using the grill! We were especially grateful for the 2 full bathrooms and the easily accessible washer and dryer! Larry was easy to reach and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

First and most appreciated Larry, the property owner, was very prompt and responsive to our questions after our arrival. The house is very clean and the private patio and backyard faces a beautiful golf course. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes,utensils and several new pots and pans. The master bedroom mattress is so very comfortable for a great nights sleep. We watched the Patriots vs Buccaneers on the large living room Samsung TV. The clarity, sound and extended channel choices are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your home. Thank You!

Very comfortable home located on a golf course. The size and layout of the home was perfect for my family to spread out and have quiet spaces. The New Seabury area is very attractive with well cared for homes. We enjoyed our stay very much and found everything in the home to work perfectly.

This is a beautiful property in the nicest of areas. It’s very close to several beaches, it’s very quiet at night (which is important to me) and the area is very well kept. The owner was great in responding to communications. Definitely recommended.

After coming to the Cape for 25+ years, and staying in "quaint rustic cottages" , I grew tired of broken air conditioners (if there were air conditioners!), lumpy mattresses and windows that had to be held open with a wooden block, I decided to give the Mews Villa a try. The property was, as described, "exceptional". The appliances were modern and top of the line. The raised, wood beam ceiling offered an open and airy feeling, and the landscaping was beautifully executed with bursts of vibrant hydrangeas punctuated by hibiscus. The location of the property was perfect! I could commute easily to the seminar that I was taking, see the Film Festival in Woods Hole, and meander up 6A to the Artist's Cottages in Orleans. The property at 71 Mashie couldn't be surpassed!

The property location gives everyone something to do - Nearby are the south Cape beaches, fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, biking etc etc. Very well maintained and clean property abutting New Seabury's golf course. Many updates to property - Modern kitchen with all new appliances - Garage, central air, outdoor patio area with gas grill, multiple TV's with comfortable couches and stable/fast wifi for those that unfortunately may have to do some work. The New Seabury community feels very private and comfortable. The owner Larry is great to deal with and made sure that we had no issues with our stay. Highly recommend this property for family's and adults looking for a memorable Cape Cod vacation!

Perfect base for a Cape adventure

Nice location in a quiet and clean community. The unit was more than big enough for our family of 5, the den accommodating the oldest teenager. The unit is well equipped for dining in and there are a number of locations to dine out in the immediate vicinity. Mashpee shopping outlet is within 10 minutes by car for all you supplies. Nice outside area with a big grill, works well for breakfast and dinner. Some of the garden is a little overgrown and could benefit with tidying, but do not let that distract you - there is plenty of outdoor space. Community pool (again could do with a little tidy up, though the pool is fine and served by a lifeguard) is 2 minutes walk away, which we used most days. Provincetown, which is about the furthest you would travel is about 90 minutes away. Highly recommended.
