Regards facilities ; The Legend trail residents community centre (which is minutes from the house ) offers great facilities available for your use at no cost during your stay. However , please note this facility is available for those who stay more than 14 days , it is not available for shorter stays due to restrictions applied by the HOA . Access needs to be be pre approved by both owner and community centre . The owners will arrange this for you . For our longer stay guests ( 14 days and beyond ) guests can use the facilities , including tennis 2 floodlit courts by day or night , 4 pickleball courts , swim in 2 large community pools, work out in the excellent fitness centre , all the above are part of the facilities which staying at Legend Trail has to offer , pre arrival your intent to use should be made clear to the owner so formalities within the HOA can be met by the owners to ensure no confusion or questions regards your identity.
