This 10th floor, west-end unit provides gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area, wraparound balcony and master bedroom! And the best part? You are only feet away from the golden sanded beach and crystal blue water! So what are some things that set this unit apart from the rest in the building/area? • Two wraparound balconies (south looking over the beach/Gulf and north looking over Perdido Key). • Granite kitchen counter tops, back-splash and mirrored wet bar! • Elegant Mexican tile throughout living area. • Easily sleeps eight (8) in beds and ten (10) with pullout sofa bed. • LCD TVs in each room with cable (47” set in living room & 32” sets in each bedroom). • Free wifi • Kitchen fully equipped with cooking-ware, appliances, place settings and utensils. • Dining room for twelve (12). Property was clean and comfortable, the balcony overlooked the water and the breeze was always blowing. The pools and hot tub were nice. The beach was any easy access and you can rent umbrella and beach chairs on site. We really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend for some one wanting to stay there.

The condo was great.. clean, comfortable and we had tons of room for our family. The pools were nice sizes and the beach was steps away. Location was peaceful, not crowded and restaurants were within walking and close driving distance. Only thing I would recommend for condo.. more bath towels and another set of kitchen dish towels. I thought the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable/ hard.. however, my husband felt it was fine. Would recommend this condo and would come back. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Thanks to Kate & Tommy, we had the best beach vacation we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect from the condo, to the beach, to walking distance to restaurants that were amazing & delicious. Just simply a great week! The only issue we had were the elevators! Lines were very long checking in & out. We will definitely be back 😀

Pros: Unit is decently updated and decorated. Great balcony views of the beach and pools, we enjoyed this the most. Upon arrival unit was cleaner than most that we have occupied before. Souvenir shops and restaurants are very close, just a walk across the street. Beach access is also very close. Our kids enjoyed the pools. Cons: Only two elevators for a large building. We stayed for a week and there was always usually a wait. The same with parking, even with overflow parking across the street, there didn’t seem to be enough, which left you with anxiety if you left the property bc you would return with a possibility of no place to park. Especially at night after dinner. Overall our families really enjoyed the location and our time on the beach!

We stayed three nights and two days. Not once did we leave Perdido Key. There are shops , restaurants, and of course the beach right outside the door. Literally. Our condo had beautiful views of the beach and was the right size for 10 of us. This was our first trip to the beach as a family and I highly recommend for all ages!!

Condo was great in every way except there were at least 3 light bulbs out. We alerted Kate, who said Maintenance would come soon to replace them, but no one came during our stay. We'll definitely be back tho as everything else was perfect!

great 3 bedroom 3 bath, right across the street from shopping breakfast and great food... besides the ocean view, right on the beach, grill, pool, hot tub. a bit windy on corner, and a rental property feel compared to other but overall great and the hoat was extremely responsive and helpful in solving any issues using vrbo app

Our stay was great! All the beds were comfy, enough sofa area, and the view spectacular. We had a problem with the water not being hot enough, but the owner had it fixed while we were out on day two. This condo was a joyful experience.
