Located in North Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $325 per night is a great option for your next vacation. If you are looking for luxury, look no further than North Beach Plantation. Rated #1 on TripAdvisor, North Beach Plantation is the premier resort on the Grand Strand. Featuring a 2.5 acre water park consisting of 6 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, lazy river, 5 hot tubs, waterfall showers, private cabanas and the only swim-up bar on the Grand Strand. Additionally, guests will find a World-Class Spa, Fitness Center, 21 Main Steakhouse, and inter-resort shuttle service! About the Condo: The condo is located on the 4th FLOOR of the Indigo Tower (THE ONLY TOWER WITH AN ATTACHED PARKING GARAGE). This allows you to park on the 4th floor and stroll right into the condo – NO WAITING ON ELEVATORS!!!! This is a HUGE plus when carrying luggage, beach equipment, groceries, or when you are heading out for shopping and dining. The entry, kitchen, dining and living room have Italian-imported travertine tile. All of the bedrooms consist of porcelain (wood-look) tile flooring. NO CARPET!! The fully equipped, upgraded kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. The dining area contains a six-person table. The comfortable living room leads to a 200 sq. ft. oceanfront balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and spacious shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, allowing for larger families, and its own full bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen television, with a larger 55” flat screen television in the living room. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property, however, the signal is shared by all units. We have our very own high speed WI-FI that is password protected - no sharing signals!! FOR GUESTS STAYING BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR DAY YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES 1 BEACH UMBRELLA AND 2 CHAIRS (AT NO ADDITIONAL COST). EACH MORNING, BEACH SERVICES WILL SET-UP THE UMBRELLA AND 2 CHAIRS IN FRONT OF THE NORTH BEACH TOWERS - AS A THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING MY CONDO! Additional Info: Please note, this is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking in the condo unit, or on the balcony area. North Beach Plantation DOES NOT allow me to rent to anyone under the age of 25. North Beach Plantation DOES NOT allow guests to have pets. Perfect location in N Myrtle! The pool amenities were fantastic. The condo was spacious and clean with amazing views of the pools and ocean. The walkout directly to the parking garage was such a timesaver. The storage unit has every beach amenity you could want- and the rental chairs and umbrella was appreciated! Brian was great at communication via text and phone. We will be back- thanks for a great week!

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies and kitchen equipment. Loved that the condo was just as you walked to condo from garage. Small problem with air conditioning but Brian dealt with the problem immediately. Took the time to contact me to make sure the air conditioning man came! Overall a great condo to vacation in !!!

Great property great unit! Brian the owner was a great host. Had to contact him for a few more towels and had them in no time. Easy check in process at Elliot. Parking deck on same level as the unit and great for bringing in groceries and packing and unpacking. We will definitely be going back! Don’t miss this one!

My wife & I stayed at the North Beach Towers 15 years ago or so, and had to go back to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary! A fabulous resort at the heart of the action in North Myrtle Beach! Will definitely go again, hopefully at this exact same room at the towers!!

Well maintained unit with a great view of the sunset. Condo is clean and well-stocked with the essentials (dishes, cookware, utensils and basic household items). Minor issue with a key card was quickly resolved by the owner. We will definitely consider booking again next year!

Location location location
This is the second time staying at the north beach towers. This time we rented privately and it was an awesome vacation. Brian is an excellent communicator and very helpful. The check in, is even easier then renting through the towers. The rental agency is just down from the tower entrance. The condo is well equipped and stocked generously with paper products, soaps and detergent. The location of this condo is a huge plus. You can walk straight from the parking garage to your condo without having to wait for an elevator. Very convenient for carrying groceries and luggage. The furnishings are extremely comfortable, cozy living room furniture and care free tile flooring ; very appropriate for a beach condo. The plantation itself is wonderful as always with many pools to choose from and the oceanfront location that never feels overly crowded, at least not in late May. We would definitely rent this condo again.

This condo was in a great location! It was roomy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook anything we wanted! Gym was close by so we were able to go everyday! Love Windy Hill! Thank you to the owners for this great deal!

Echoing everyone else's reviews, this is the condo to stay in at North Beach Plantation. Furnishings are high quality, location is convenient, and you won't find a better owner to rent from. Brian is extremely generous in providing necessary supplies that one usually has to purchase - and - he even goes the extra mile by funding daily use of two umbrellas/four chairs provided by the local beach service. He is very communicative and responsive to any questions the renter may have. I've rented many condos in North Myrtle Beach, but NBP Unit 404 is by far the best. Thanks Brian for making our vacation a wonderful one...we'll be back!
