Situated in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $528 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This gorgeous ground level stick built home, located in beautiful Melody Gardens, is just a short walk from the beach (5 min walk, 2 minute ride on golf cart). With its open concept and approximately 1750 square feet of living space, this 4 bedroom (plus bonus room with Queen Sleeper Sofa) 3 1/2 bath rental offers all the luxuries of a high-end home with plenty of room for a single family or 2 families looking to vacation together. There is also a garage for extra storage and lots of parking available! The Master Bedroom has a huge and fabulously comfortable King Size Pillow Top Bed that sleeps like a dream! It also has a 42' High Definition Plasma Flat Screen TV with Full Digital Cable Package, movie channels, etc. The private Master Bath is very spacious with a large full size shower, his and her sinks, and two separate walk-in closets. The second and third bedrooms both have Pillow Top Queen size beds and 32' Flat Screen LED TVs with a second full bath off the hallway. The fourth upstairs bedroom is perfect for the children, with matching twin beds and also a 32' Flat Screen LED TV. Additional sleeping capacity is provided in the downstairs bonus room which has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa as well as 32' Flat Screen LED TV. The kitchen offers all the amenities of a high end home with beautiful Granite Counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig Coffee Maker and a bar area for casual dining that seats three, as well as a full dining area that seats eight. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home and fully enjoy the house if you wish. The living room is very relaxing and comfortable with a plush sofa, recliner and additional comfy, relaxing chair/ottoman as well as a beautiful new Samsung 60' LED Smart TV (3D Also!) with High Definition Receiver, Deluxe Digital Cable Package, all channels!), High End Sound Bar (Beautiful sound for movies!), Blue Ray, and High-Speed Wireless Internet connection available! There is a private laundry room off the kitchen with brand new High End LG Washer and Dryer. Cook out on the Gas Grill and enjoy the beautiful and private large, back patio! There is a Full patio set and umbrella for outside enjoyment in the sun, as well as additional patio furniture to relax in! Our home also comes with full use of TWO beautiful high-end Golf Carts for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village! Our Melody Gardens home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach! Oceanside Village is a private, gated community within Surfside Beach. It has tons of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a five minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a few minutes' drive North to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or South to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops! *We are a pet friendly (dogs only) facility with an additional charge. *Linens for all four bedrooms are provided - towels and paper products are not provided. *Security Deposit will be charged if damage to the property occurs.

The house perfectly met our needs. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs and had plenty of room. Golf carts were a big plus and allowed us to navigate the community with ease. Took advantage of the pickleball courts, available fishing spots. It is a short drive to N Myrtle Beach where we played Putt Putt several times, enjoyed Top Golf, shopping at the Mall, etc. it was definitely cold, but we still enjoyed some time at the beach. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions that came up.

The home was lovely, tons of space for the entire family. Great patio out back with privacy fence. 2 like brand new golf carts, fully stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful week and are looking forward to our next stay at this home!

The house was even better than the pictures and listing portrayed. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with anything you may need. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners were very responsive. The two golf carts were great for us since we had 2 sets of adults. We can’t wait to stay here next summer!

The entire property was clean, the location couldn't be more perfect and you're an easy golf cart ride to the beach (carts are great and there's private parking at the beach). You're also within easy driving distance of anything you want to do in Myrtle Beach proper.
Jennifer was an excellent host, was great keeping in contact and made check in/out a breeze. We had a full house, with 6 adults, 3 kids under 7, and 2 (small) dogs. We weren't cramped at all, and everyone had an amazing time. Fully intend to stay here again. Honestly can't say enough to compliment how great our stay was.

Large, spacious & spotless home.
Online photos accurately depict this home. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen well stocked with essentials if you want to cook there. Love the bonus room off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee. Beach is close by and the golf carts are an added bonus. Jennifer was amazing to work with. Her check in instructions made the process seamless. I would say the easiest rental we have ever had. Great hose for a large family or group, lots of room. Thank you Jennifer!

We have been coming to the area since 2012. Jennifer’s property is by far the absolute best we have ever been at. There is not one thing they could have done any better and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Had a great Christmas vacation. The house was as advertised and the check in process was simple. The golf carts make it a quick drive to the private beach parking. The owners are very quick to help you with any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family and 2 fur babies! All the items we needed and the golf carts were great for running around to pool, tennis courts and beach! Had 1 issue with a cart not charging and the host was there within minutes to fix it! I would stay in one of their properties again!! Thankyou for the great hospitality!

Spring Break at Sandy Paws
Stayed at Sandy Paws in Oceanside village for spring break. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities of home. The golf carts were an added bonus that made frequent trips to the beach quick and easy. The location is perfect with grocery stores and restruants nearby and it is pet friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to bring a pet on vacation.

We had a wonderful week and loved the home. It was very clean with everything we could have wanted. A full size washer/dryer, spacious bedrooms, TV’s with many channels and my favorite was a comfortable bed!! It was our first stay at Jennifer’s and she was so kind and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful! It’s quiet and close to the beach. The golf carts make it a breeze to haul beach gear. We look forward to returning!!

This is our favorite house so far to rent in surfside beach! It is very clean and well maintained by the owner. It is a very convenient and short trip to the beach. We love the neighborhood and the pool area is great for kids. It's quiet and makes for a great ride around on the golf cart at any time of the day. It is definitely a house you should consider renting for your trip to surfside beach. We will returning for sure!

My husband and I rented this for a week in November 2016. The house has everything you could need. Jennifer is very easy to deal with and really wants her guests to feel at home and to have a good time. We were surprised to find a kuerig coffee pot! Very nice extra. Since my husband drinks decaf and I drink the real stuff. Another great thing is 2 golf carts included in the rental! We only made use of one, but if you had a house full of guests, this is a great extra! I would definitely choose this house again. It is in a great area of Oceanside Village.

Terrific place for young and old, two or four-legged!!
This was a great house to stay in to introduce the rest of my family to the area I'll be retiring to! Plenty of room to spread out and everything you could need in the house, along with easy access to all the activities available in the community and the town. The 1-year old decided that the smooth floors and open space was just what he needed to start walking on his own and the 3-year old was awed by the golf carts! Jennifer was wonderful, providing a lot of information on shopping, restaurants and local activities and made sure everything was perfect.

Three generations and each was extremely pleased
Perfect family accommodations. Safe and well managed property. Pristine house having a layout lending itself to friendly interaction. Outgoing neighborhood residents (our arms were sore from waving back at everyone). Easy access to the beach, activities, necessities and good restaurants. Lots of canine residents as well plus a 14 acre dog park nearby (bring proof of rabies vacs). A great reasonably priced executive golf course across the street. And, the golf carts were a hoot.

Great place and even better in person!!!!
Our family lives all around the beach area and we wanted to all meet in one place for Christmas. This place was the perfect size and had everything you could need! The golf carts made it fun/easy to get around and the night life and restaurants were in short distance. The pictures are great, but it's even better in person. Jennifer met all our needs and made our vacation one for the memory books. Everyone in our family enjoyed themselves, even our English Bulldog Brownie! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town!!

This our second stay in one of this owners homes and will be many more to come. We give up nothing when we stay in one of their properties. Wonderfully maintained, CLEAN, granite countertops, great tv's in all the bedrooms, large one in great room and this floor plan even had a sitting room, Keurig coffee pot, beach chairs, nice washer & dryer etc etc... We love the comfy furniture & bed. We also were allowed to bring our labrador on vacation!! Not a bad walk to the beach, but this property has two golf carts and a designated beach front parking lot area just for golf carts. But bring YOUR beach umbrella, they don't allow canopy's anyplace on the beach.

Exceeded All Expectations
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Melody Gardens beach house. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly want, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean - all within a very quiet community. This was our first visit to the Myrtle Beach area and Jennifer was very helpful in providing the details of the local attractions. Although when we saw how nice the amenities were in this Surfside community - including the fantastic beach which the kids loved - we ignored most of the local attractions in favor of enjoying the great facilities provided by this vacation home. Our group included 4 adults and 4 children (and 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The golfcarts were a fantastic convenience.
We are already planning our return trip.

Excellent Location, Perfectly Maintained
Our family recently enjoyed this rental for a week away from the cold Ohio weather! We traveled with my parents and our toddler son. The space was perfect - we never felt cramped, and with the layout of the house, we all had places to lounge and relax. The location of the home is wonderful to hit the beach, or pool. Additionally, we were able to travel into Myrtle quite a few times very quickly and enjoy the shops. We will definitely return to this home!

Clean, Safe, and Fun Vacation Rental!!
We had our family stay with us over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was our first time renting from Jennifer and Adam (Sandy Paws). The house was beautiful and the owners were very thorough. Jennifer is super organized and made the entire process from booking to check out very easy. We had 6 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler and 1 "Buddy" in our group and had plenty of space. The home is beautifully decorated. There is no carpet which makes pet and sand cleanup a breeze. My family could not tell that this was a pet friendly rental.
The golf carts are AWESOME! The community is very safe and quiet. We liked driving around and looking at the neighbors Christmas lights and decorations. Our guys fished in the ponds, the surf, and from the nearby Surfside Beach Pier which was open ALL NIGHT! The girls shopped 'til we dropped because the best stores were only minutes away.
We rent vacation homes frequently and I have to say that this home is one of the best values we've found. Feeding 8 people is so expensive. We bought groceries right down the street, used the outdoor gas grill, the crock-pot, and every other great kitchen amenity. It was well stocked.
We will definitely rent from Jennifer and Adam again. Thanks for letting us use your home. We made great memories!
