Located in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $600 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Never before rented 5 bdrm/3 full bath home with all new paint, furniture and decor Great sitting areas on top two decks and under home. Underneath just had a brand-new bar area with refrigerator, Roku TV and privacy walls added. New outdoor furniture on the top deck. Main deck features table for 8, two lounge chairs, six rockers and propane grill. This is a very beautiful extremely nice, maintained home. We also accept different payment avenues, as a way to save on credit card fees! The bottom floor is an open floor plan with the family room offering a sofa, love seat and two recliners, a 65" flat screen tv The fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and stove. Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, and all you will need to cook Granite throughout the whole house The table for 6 and bar seats Side by side Washer/Dryer The king master is on the main level with a 50"flat screen tv King master bath has a walk-in shower One Queen bedroom on the upper level Two King bedrooms on upper level One bedroom with two sets of Twin Bunks All bedrooms have a 43" tv's, ceiling fans, Cable and Wi-Fi is included 2 Full baths on the upper level with shower/tub combo's The upper two decks have plenty of sitting areas Hot/cold shower under the house Entertaining under the house includes a 50' flat screen tv, sofa and love seat Gas Grill on main deck We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come. This home has a new limo golf cart available to add on to your stay, contact me for details. You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer families with a mile of beach and is a 24-hour gated community/resort with all the amenities you will need. * 4 Acre Water Park * 22,000 sq ft of recreation area * Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax * Basketball court * Shuffleboard * 2 Playgrounds * And not to forget the golf cart parades in the evenings * Daily scheduled activities for all ages in the rec hall (crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics) * Miniature golf * Grocery store with a gift shop * Stage for karaoke, fire pit and much more * Laundry mat * Several snack bars & Pizza delivery Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week in July and had the best time! The house was absolutely perfect - very clean and nicely decorated. We had three families staying at the house and were very comfortable. And the porch was such a nice bonus - we spent many hours (morning and night) enjoying the beautiful weather out on the porch. The location of the house in Ocean Lakes was great - we could get to everything very quickly via golf cart (we rented the limo cart from the house and it worked our great), but it was also in a nice quiet location with very little noise. We love Ocean Lakes and this house exceeded our expectations! Would love to rent again!

Very nice, well stocked house, TVs in every bedroom, everything you need for cooking, nice gas grill, Two issues on arrival day, a missing TV remote, and a broken coffee carafe, the property manager responded and delivered a new remote and a new coffee maker the following day

Very clean, nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed for our week stay at Ocean Lakes. Plenty of parking, the outdoor shower was an absolute hit! It was convenient to the market, arcade, and everything else Ocean Lakes has to offer. Would definitely rent again!
