Just book it! Absolutely stunning and the property is an adventure all in itself! The caves and trails in the backyard leading down to the water are incredible! The peace, the birds, the breeze- and the VIEW! You feel like you are the only people on the island! The water is stunning and so much to snorkel and explore! We found starfish, shells, crabs and more! Bring your hardbottom water shoes! You will need them everywhere on the island and definitely in the backyard yard to save your feet! The house has EVERYTHING you need including extra bedding and plenty of towels! Lots of cooking wear to make meals easy! Romel the property manger is awesome and super responsive for anything you need during your stay! This place is 10/10 and would highly recommend for anyone looking to come! The location is awesome because you can drive to everything north or south with ease!

The house was perfect, the pool and short walk to the lagoon for snorkling was such a wonderful part of the stay. Highly recommend the house!

After arriving first thing we noticed was the pool was not clean and the property needs maintenance. As advertised the power did go out and it went out several times leaving us hot with no air conditioning and no water because the water is run by electric pump. So hopefully you already showered and used the bathroom. Also no you cannot open the windows because the screens are damaged. The ocean access was hard to get too and pretty dangerous, it would have been quite the chore to get and of the very old and worn toys down to it so we skipped those. The wooden tower needs to be taken down the wood is rotted and definitely dangerous. Lastly we did use the owners recommendation and rent a vehicle from the maintenance guy Romell……..just don’t the vehicle he rented us was completely unsafe with warning lights illuminated (anti lock brakes, traction control and tire warning. The tires were bald and the key fob didn’t work so the alarm went off every time we opened the doors to get in. The conversation about the vehicle problems was interesting to say the least! Over all it’s a place to stay with a view good luck.
