The villa's superb location is convenient to Eleuthera's 2 airports, pink sand beaches, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Gregory Town is the home of the famous Pineapple Festival, Surfers Beach, The Cove Restaurant and Resort plus Sunset Grill where you may see locals perform. You will love the spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with the turquoise waters. It is one of the best snorkeling areas around. Enjoy kayaking or relaxing on the beach. Tequila sunset is such a fantastic property. The view and sunsets are incredible. The water is beautiful and the reefs near the house made us feel like we were in an aquarium. We loved snorkeling the reefs and loved having access to kayaks to explore the cove and nearby areas. Communication with the owner and Wallace were great. Both were quick to respond and Wallace offered a lot of helpful tips during our stay. The house has plenty of room, was very clean, and well stocked with every kitchen item we could imagine. Can’t wait to go back to Eleuthera and would definitely stay at Tequila Sunset again.

Wonderful family getaway location! Home was roomier than even the photos provide. View is best around! Great neighborhood, Wallace and Rena were wonderful to work with and the communication was a breeze, they especially put us at ease with the unprecedented weather that we ended up having. Can't wait to return to this heavenly retreat when we can really enjoy the water! Thank you for sharing your beautiful island home!

There is so much to say about this place. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The house itself is right on the water where you can enjoy breathtaking Sunsets. From there you can decide to escape for a day trip to Harbor Island, Spanish Wells or go see pigs swimming in the cristal blue waters. Staying at the property is a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and relax. The host Rena and property manager are both responsible and extremely helpful. Staying at this property cannot disappoint in my opinion.

Tequila Sunset was perfect for our family getaway. The home was well appointed with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Communicating with owners and local property managers was timely, seamless, and attentive. The size home was perfect for our family and the location was absolutely incredible. The sunsets from the home and waterfront were perfect. The calm cove out the back of the home was ideal; we snorkeled, kayaked (included), swam, and hung out. The home was well situated for our day trips where we chartered a boat, saw the local sites, ate great meals and met new local friends. The Out-Island experience is perfectly imperfect and Tequila Sunset was a perfect location for our family.

It was perfect snorkeling was great. House was perfect for our needs. Laugh if you must, but I loved the reading glasses in front of the books. Such a welcoming and personal touch. Will be back.

Perfect place for a family. There is a beautiful calm beach right in front of the house. We have traveled to a lot of places and this was our family’s favorite! We saw sting rays and sea turtles, fun snorkeling and great places to kayak! The island was so peaceful, no crowds, no one trying to sell you anything at the beach. Truly relaxing. We were there 8 days and it wasn’t enough time. Wallace was really friendly and helpful. Rena was a great host and answered all our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Enjoy our stay. With a beach and Oleander reef just steps away the large 3 bedroom house is wonderful for 2-3 couples or large family. A large kitchen allows for the option of eating in, or reheating food from one of the local restaurants

The property and island are a literal paradise. We enjoyed the scenery most of all and the spacious home was a delight. It was super clean, well stocked, and convenient. We visited 3 Atlantic beaches and 3 Caribbean beaches, all wonderful in their own right, but the cove at the house was hands down the best snorkeling we found. We saw barracuda, 2 lion fish, starfish, moon Jellies, and plenty of other reef fish. Although there is not much of a sand beach, the three kids could safely play in the calm water and search for hermit crabs. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Caribbean vacation.

This property was clean, well appointed, and convenient to Driggs, Targhee, and Jackson. The hosts were gracious and allowed us to bring our elderly dog. We had a great time and would gladly stay there again!

We had a great trip to Eleuthera. The house was great inside and out. The cove below the house truly does offer some great snorkeling and is so convenient for those chill at home days. Enjoying the sunset from the deck was one of the many highlights of the island. Wallace and Rena are great to work with. Definitely recommend Eleuthera and this house to anyone looking to visit.

We loved our stay in Gregory Town. Its hard to find a house on the sunset side and this place was perfect. Great snorkeling right out the front door, and so close to the town. Junkanoo in Gregory Town this year was an added bonus! Wallace and Rena were so easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Tequila Sunset with my family of 6 and it was a perfect home! It had plenty of space to spread out for private time but also was cozy enough for us all to play games together. The best part about the house was the view! Picture perfect sunsets every night and an incredible cove to snorkel in every day. We will be returning!

Really impressed with the location and views. We all enjoyed the amenities, especially the water equipment and the kitchen, with everything one needs, except the groceries! Saw some amazing wildlife while snorkeling right off the beach, steps away. Would definitely return!!

The house was wonderful. Huge living room, dining and kitchen. So spacious with every amenity needed. Very comfortable house. The setting and views were amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and the beach, staring at the gorgeous blue Caribbean. We enjoyed a lot of time in the water as well. The water was very calm and excellent for swimming and just hanging out in the water. The homeowner was great to communicate with when setting up the trip. The caretaker stopped by just after we arrived to see if we had any questions. Everything went very smoothly. The house is just 5 minutes away from Gregory Town. A cute little town to get your groceries, liquor store and a restaurant we enjoyed. This was a wonderful location, gorgeous views and a great house. We enjoyed our vacation very much!

The bedrooms were spacious, very quiet and restful after our full days in the sun. Kitchen had everything you need with plenty of counterspace to spread out and store our stuff on.
Finally the view was just fabulous all hours of the day with very comfortable outdoor furniture to lounge on. One thing that did surprise us was the clear and dark skies at night to view the stars was like nothing we have seen in the states.

Had a great stay at Tequilla Sunset everything was clean and and had all we needed bed was comfortable. Views outstanding from our own private cove. Bring water shoes for snorkeling and walking rhe shoreline. Shower could be hotter. Its about 2 miles feom Gregory town where we had food at Unca Genes. 5 miutes in the other direction is Daddy Joes. Both are good food options for the area. Spent every night enjoying the sunset. Highly recommended .

Great view, great house to vacation in!
Great layout for family, beautiful spot on the cove with amazing views and water access. Lots of room to hang out inside and outside. Clean, spacious property. Owner responded very quickly to my emails throughout the reservation.
Lots of adventures to experience on the Island :)

Cousins Camp
We were a large group of 4 families and two houses. This site was a perfect for getting everyone together and the sunsets were awesome. The property abuts a lovely cove and private beach. There were lawn chairs, boats and various other useful items for playing on the beach. Plus some pretty easy snorkeling for the younger children. The kitchen allowed for three cooks at a time and we especially appreciated the large bottle water dispenser which can easily (and cheaply) be refilled. Our stay was perfect and we frequently had miles of beach all to ourselves. Be sure to catch the fish fry in Governor's Harbor every Friday night and Mel's dinner is on the way with take out that you can enjoy on picnic tables across the street on the beach (lots of shells)
Only problem was the deck table kept collapsing and needs to be repaired.
