The villa's superb location is convenient to Eleuthera's 2 airports, pink sand beaches, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Gregory Town is the home of the famous Pineapple Festival, Surfers Beach, The Cove Restaurant and Resort plus Sunset Grill where you may see locals perform.
You will love the spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with the turquoise waters. It is one of the best snorkeling areas around. Enjoy kayaking or relaxing on the beach.
Sit back and relax on the spacious patio with a cocktail and enjoy the view while soaking up the Caribbean sun during the day and the stunning star filled skies at night. The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of everything. The house was spacious and offered wonderful Caribbean views. Bathrooms are modern and nice. There’s plenty of outside seating. Location is ideal to beaches and restaurants. The caretaker, Wallace, was attentive and helpful. The owner, Rena, was very communicative and responsive. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Four of us stayed at the house and there was plenty of room and everything that we needed. Wallace was very helpful with any questions we had or anything that we did need help with. The beach had the best snorkeling on the island. Overall we had a fantastic time and I am so glad we stayed. If I decide to visit Eleuthera again, this is where I will book. I highly recommend staying here!

What a view. The property was awesome felt really homey but the highlight was definitely that view from every place you looked. Great spot.

The property was absolutely perfect!! Fully equipped with all your needs and conforts. The views and access to the water was beyond the BEST we have encountered. The host was very responsive and the Island was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to this area.
