Nestled in Sunriver, this attractive house for $1,121 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. One of our Sunriver vacation rentals located on "the island", 1 Colonial Lane sits primely right between the 11th and 12th holes of Meadows Golf Course. The home comes with 5 master suites (4 king master suites and 1 bunk suite) and all of the amenities expected in a well appointed home. This beautiful home is paradise for a golf group or family vacation. 1 Colonial has a combination of perfect group gathering spaces, inside or out, and then room to retreat to your own private suite. 1 Colonial is located just a short 3 minute walk to the Sunriver Village and SHARC, with close proximity to the Sunriver bike paths. The home is 2-story. The kitchen, dining area, living room and 3 king suites, plus an additional full hall bath, are all located on the main level. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a king suite and the other is a bunk suite with 2 sets of twin bunks and a private bath. The back deck overlooks the home's grassy lawn. Enjoy the great view with a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or just relax in the sparkling hot tub. 1 Colonial has a fully stocked kitchen with all of the kitchen tools that you will need to prepare your group's meals. The home has an attached garage for comfortable parking and unloading in the winter or summer. In the garage there are bikes, perfect for exploring the miles of paved bike paths throughout Sunriver.. A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children. This home has A/C Pets not accepted. We all fit so comfortable here. Everyone had space, and yet we all felt together all the time. Family games, great football times, and lots of laughs. We were happy here! The home is quiet, close to the village and the SHARC. We will reserve this place again! Highly recommend 1 Colonial, Sunriver.

I am definitely giving this property 5 stars. I must be honest and say the property inside was a little dated and would at least recommend getting it painted inside. I hope that comment is taken out of context, because the house was literally perfect for our families. The home was extremely clean and comfortable...the beds and couches were perfect! Having so many ensuites with the rooms was amazing! There was plenty of room for our 2 families. The adults were able to be in one area and the kids in another, yet we could all be in the living and dining area with plenty of room. We usually stay in a VRBO when we travel. I will say this was the most well stocked and accommodating home we've ever stayed in. There were plenty of plates, utensils, cookware, bakeware, cleaning supplies, condiments, etc. They definitely left no stone unturned for what you may need when on vacation, including blow dryers, iron, bikes, helmets, Sharc passes, etc. I had a question during our stay and management got back to me in minutes. The location was perfect walking and biking distance to everything (The Village, The Shark, and The Lodge). I would definitely stay there again if we visit Oregon!

One downstairs bathroom door didn’t lock, ice maker didn’t work, not enough forks, kitchen well stocked, hot tub nice and clean, great BBQ, need a note about upstairs thermostat, and better communication prior to stay regarding patio furniture (took 3 phone calls to ask questions.) note regarding recycling pick up. Good bike selection, need better helmet selection for kids.
Overall, we would come back again!

We have stayed here multiple times over the years with our extended family. We love the location by the village, the big living room/dining area with high ceilings and the five bedrooms with bathrooms. The price point is one of the lowest I've found for a great location and high bedroom/bath count.
The house definitely needs updating; but this year, the stove was fixed and the beds are now topped with sheets, instead of old bed spreads. I would bring a big blanket next time to keep me warm in the back bedroom. It was freezing, and the blue blanket in the closet didn't cut it. Meantime, the master and bunk room on the other side of the house were hot.
If you want something close, convenient and not over-priced, check it out!
Forgot to mention, TVs in bedroom by hot tub and the back room didn't work.

It's a lovely house and the kitchen is well stocked for the even the best of cooks. It has easy access to all of Sunriver sights. Being a group of 5 women in their 70's, our only reservation has to do with some hills between the house and our favorite bike trails. No issue for younger folks!

We had an amazing time at this lovely house! 4 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect for our crew. Open living and spacious kitchen. The fireplace made everything extra cozy! Lots of space to chill and play games. Kids loved the sky bridge! Hot tub was great, space to set your coffee while you soak. Lots of cable channels to suit different tastes. Bikes and sleds and anything you might need available in the garage. We really appreciated and enjoyed the SHARC passes. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!! Thank you!!

We have rented this home for 4 consecutive years now and there are many reasons we keep coming back. The home is well maintained and well equipped. The location could not be better - close to the bike path, SHARC and the village. The living area/kitchen comfortable accommodates our large group (three families with kids). Finally, Arrived has been super responsive to anything we have needed. Can't recommend enough!!

The only thing I would think off to improve something in the house is maybe to add a ping-pong table in the garage.

What a very nice home in a very nice area, the area was beautiful and had some very nice shopping very close to the home.
We especially enjoyed the fireplace.

Great floor plan!
My family and I, along with a group of friends, just got home from staying at this property. Overall, the house was great! The floor plan was ideal for such a large group; we all appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and was large enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other when several people were cooking or preparing food. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the village as well as walk the various trials to different places throughout Sunriver. We were also able to use the SHARQ passes (12 are available in the home) and take the kids over to the pool for a few hours. The garage was also full of bikes, although we did not end up using them as it was raining during our whole stay.
There were only a few reasons why I did not give this home 5/5 stars. The seating in the living/family room is not good for a large group. The couches and chair can only accommodate a few people and therefore we had to sit on the hearth, the dining room chairs or on the floor. We made it work but it was definitely not comfortable for lengthy periods of time. Furthermore, the lighting in the living/family room was terrible. There were only two lamps on the side tables, which produced a small amount of light, and the lights over the fire place were broken. When the sun went down, it was very uncomfortable to sit in there as it was very dark despite having every other light on in the house as well as the fireplace. The home would benefit from having a light source on the ceiling fans or even adding in a floor lamp or two. Additionally, the hot tub had a very strong chemical smell. This did not stop us from using it, but it was not great for people with sensitive skin and we all had to take long showers to get the smell off of our skin. Lastly, and just a small inconvenience, we did run out of paper towels. We ended up walking over to the market and buying more as we were a large group with several smalls kids that had dirty hands and faces.
Overall, we had a great time! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!
