Situated in Siesta Beach, this attractive house for $485 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is a beautiful luxury townhouse located on Siesta Key . Dr. Beach has named Siesta Key Beach as the #1 beach in the United States for 2011 and 2016. Stephen P. Leatherman, director of Florida International University's Laboratory for Coastal Research, also known as Dr. Beach, compiles this annual list using 50 criteria including facilities, water quality, sand and safety. National Geographic has voted Siesta Key #1 in the world for sand content, with its 99% quartz sand. Imagine starting the day just steps away on America’s #1 beach, Siesta Key, with the powdery, white sands of the Gulf of Mexico between your toes, and ending it watching the ever changing, masterfully designed, sunsets each day at famous Sunset Point. And, in between, when you aren’t enjoying the “sugar” sand, you can relax in this beautiful townhome. You’ll enjoy the tri-level living with plenty of entertainment, dining and sleeping space. The house is very clean and spacious! Literally steps to the beach and village. All the amenities, we really appreciated the beach chairs wagon and cooler. We love Siesta Key and will definitely book this house again.

Clearly the owners take loving care of their home. The condo was well stocked - more generously than many VRBO's we have rented. When there was any issue, the property manager was on it and extremely pleasant and helpful. The location couldn't be better if you like to be within a 3-minute walk to a magnificent beach and to a very lively "village" which had nice shops and several good restaurants. Getting into Sarasota was easy and a great city to visit.
One thing to note: there are 41 steps in the condo and the stairs are somewhat steep. We are in our late 70's and we initially found this a challenge but soon adapted - and the exercise was great.
We were three generations in the unit and each of us was delighted with our stay!!!

Great location to walk to village and beach
Property was clean and well kept. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need it again until we left the island. There are 4 flights of stairs in this townhouse to reach the bedrooms, this was not a problem for us, but could be for anyone who has difficulty getting around. The pool is more of a plunge pool with no views. We didn’t spend much time there, since we were so close to the beach. The house had all the beach supplies we needed, a wagon, towels, umbrellas and chairs. Only thing lacking was a few essentials- laundry detergent, trash bags, paper products, TP. I know they are not required to provide, but most places usually have this in stock. We enjoyed the townhouse enough to rent it again for next year!l Hard to beat this location.

Simply stunning property! Master suite has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Huge master bath with amazing shower. The location is perfect! You are 1 block from beach and village. Loved having coolers and beach chairs available. This place does not disappoint!!

The propert had just about everything we needed to feel right at home for the week. The house is beautiful, well decorated and well maintained. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and the village. Amazing ocean view from the master. Will stay here next year when we return for our annual Siesta Key vacation!

Beautiful siesta Key getaway
We had a lovely stay here. It is conveniently located a 5 minute walk to the beach and to restaurants, grocery store and shops. This made our stay very relaxing. It is very well equipped home with all you could need including beach accessories. We enthusiastically recommend it!
