Nestled in North Topsail Beach, this charming condo for $220 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island 25 miles north of Wilmington, N.C. near Camp Lejeune Marine Base. North Topsail Beach is a quiet, family oriented atmosphere that provides a clean, uncrowded beach with white sand and an abundance of seashells. ATTENTION: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, FOR SAFETY REASONS DUE TO HURRICANE DAMAGE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS TEMPORARY INCONVENIENCE. The St. Regis Resort is a one stop vacation where you can do everything or relax and do nothing at all. This unit includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker. The living area has a sofa and love seat and entertainment center with a 46" Flat Screen Cable TV, DVD & VCR. The dining area has a phone & stereo CD player. This unit has a washer & dryer. There is a dry bar charging area next to the kitchen and dining area with a blender and wine glasses. There are over 1100 square feet of living area in this spacious condo. Appliances and amenities are present for your convenience but occasionally fail or are temporarily not in service. Every effort will be made to have them repaired as soon as possible depending on the schedules and demands of the professional service companies. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated. Each bedroom has a 32" Cable TV, VCR & DVD player for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a twin pullout sofa bed and private bath (sleeps 3). The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen bed ( sleeps 4), There is an entrance to the private balcony from each bedroom and the living area. Ceramic tile throughout this unit provides a cool, clean and refreshing stay at this oceanfront resort. Don't forget to bring your computer and take advantage of the free wireless internet. This deluxe unit sleeps seven (7) + with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and ocean from the fifth floor, yet is quiet and peaceful for total relaxation. The St. Regis offers outdoor pool, a fitness center with a sauna, a spectacular view from the 7th floor restaurant for fine dining, basketball court, pickle ball court, bocce court, game room, elevators, poolside cabana and a playground for the children. Massage services are available onsite. Free wireless high speed internet is available throughout the resort. Everything you need is right here in one place. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere are yours at beautiful North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL at $100 for STAYS OF LESS THAN 7 DAYS. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund up to 60 days prior. Inside of 60 days cancellation 50% refund of total rental price. No refund inside of 30 days prior to your reservation. However, every effort will be made to rerent your week to provide more refund back to you if you unfortunately have to cancel. We recommend you explore insurance options and restrictions from VRBO in the event of a possible cancellation. The months of October thru March are available for long term rental at $1600 per month which includes all utilities, water, trash, phone, cable and electric service. The St. Regis has an onsite restaurant, seasonal poolside cabana with soft drinks, ice cream, snow cones, snacks, etc. North Topsail Beach is located just 20 miles from Jacksonville, N.C. and 35 miles north of Wilmington, N.C. All the shopping, fishing, sailing, kayaking, jet skis, and of course plenty of fresh seafood from the daily fishing fleet. WHAT TO BRING: TOWELS: bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels and kitchen towels. LINENS: LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED FOR RESERVATIONS OF LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS. You will need to bring sheets and pillowcases for two queens, three twins for sleeping 7 comfortably. PAPER PRODUCTS ARE NOT INCLUDED OR GUARANTEED TO BE PRESENT. Paper Products: toilet tissue, trash bags, paper towels, napkins, paper cups and paper plates for your convenience. Food: snacks, condiments, soda, milk, etc. Cleaning Supplies: soap, detergent, hand sanitizer, etc. Miscellaneous: Radio, fishing gear, golf clubs, sun glasses, beach chairs, umbrella, lotion, hats, Laptop/Ipad for the free wireless internet.

Our family spent a week in this condo in Topsail with our 3 daughters ages 5 and under. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very quiet and the views are great! Owner is quick to reply and has detailed procedures and local restaurant menus in the condo which were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

We had a minor hiccup with the toilet running. I messaged Richard and he had someone out there within hours. He was super responsive and so sweet! I hope to stay here in the years to come!

My family and I had a wonderful time! My kids enjoyed the pool and the snack shack of course lol the beach was clean and not overly crowded. The condo was clean and provided ample space and amenities my family needed! Check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again, already looking at planning for next year š

This was our first visit to Topsail Island and Iād have to say it was the most chill and relaxing beach trip that weāve ever had. The owner, Rich made check in very easy and upon on arrival we walked into a very clean, well furnished condo. The balcony view of the ocean, the waterways and the large maintained pool was beautiful.The St. Regis has a lot to offer on site including a restaurant on the top floor that serves a very good prime rib on Friday nights. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. It only takes minutes to walk to the very northern tip of the island and it provides stunning views. Late afternoons and evenings were enjoyed sitting on the balcony. A couple of times we had a birdās eye view of the band playing at the pool. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the hardware in the bathrooms could use some updating and they were missing the drain covers in the tubs. The owner does have a rubber stopper though. Rich is very quick to respond to you with any questions or requests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoy St. Regis. Rich's space was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Great food onsite and a short drive to many other dining options in the area. You could find nightlife nearby if you liked, but it you're after a nice, quiet and relaxing getaway poolside or on the beach, this is the place for you!

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean as well as the condo. Rich was easy to work with and responds quickly.

North Topsail is the perfect place to get away from it all and Rich made our stay so wonderful. The view from the condo is amazing, the amenities were just right and the condo complex is amazing! Itās not the āfanciestā of accommodations - but that made it even more perfect for our crazy family of 6. Laid back, everyone gets to know each other, everything you need, all great! We fished at the pier just one mile down the road and went for a day trip to Wilmington which I highly recommend. Honestly, my kids said over and over, Best. Vacation. Ever.
