This apartment is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each), Living room w/pull out sofa, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Family friendly area with a newly renovated park facing the backyard for some fun (basketball court and baseball field included). In terms of location, the property is about 10-15 minutes from Boston and about 10 mins or less from the Airport (depending on traffic). Extremely easy to navigate around, close to buses and trains. Walking distance to shopping centers (grocery stores, restaurants and fast food places). Minutes from Assembly Row where you can also enjoy shopping, a movie, or the nightlife. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living, dining room, and deck. Interaction with guests Owners lives upstairs and will interact with guest upon arrival or whenever is needed. We love traveling and meeting people all over the world. We will be at your service to assist if need be. Other things to note We are streamers, so you get to watch any movie or TV show that you enjoy on a FireStick. Not to mention a fast Wifi signal.

We stayed here for the weekend and went to Salem during the day. Host was very attentive with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy! Place had everything we needed for 4 days! Will look for this place again if we travel back to this area! Also decorated very cute!

Older house with nice renovations. Good kitchen setup as we made at least one meal or two per day (dishware and cleaning supplies well provided!). Furniture was a bit dirty but nothing off-putting. Place itself was clean and plenty of linens. Not a bad location in terms of being outside of Boston proper but still very close. We drove in each day and parked with no hassle. About a 20 minute drive for 7 miles or so. The immediate surrounding area was not all that well kept (including the park) but for inner City probably average. Fairly quiet neighborhood which was nice. No laundry in case that matters to you. Manager responded immediately to my two phone calls with minor questions!

I looked and old reviews from WAY earlier mentioned it but they never bothered to get some cheap utensils. The parking was a bit of a pain and the noise of upstairs neighbors would be a problem if you were a light sleeper. That said the location was good and the house was clean.

Everything about this trip was amazing! The location was close to downtown and was an easy walk to the trains. The house was clean and communication was easy! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We can’t thank the hosts enough!

Stayed here 8 days through Thanksgiving and hosted some family members for dinner. Charles was a great host and the home was in a central location close to everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone interested in a very cozy place. Thanks Charles.

We loved staying here during our trip to Boston. The place is so clean and had everything we needed. I only wish my own house was so nicely done! We used the MBTA system while visiting and there is a convenient bus stop right at the end of the street. Our little ones loved running around, and we enjoyed having the Firestick to watch Disney+.l and Netflix. Highly recommend!

Overall, our stay was good. It got off to a bumpy start- the linens were not done at check in time and we walked in to unfinished beds and no towels. BUT, Charles responded quickly and the issue was resolved within the hour. Zero complaints there on out. Bus stop is right on the corner to take you to the T and the commuter rail is less than a mile walk. Good location if you’re wanting save a little money and not stay downtown. Also, bonus points for off street parking for 1 vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Charles and Daphne's place is exactly as pictured. It is clean and well appointed. It was a very short train ride into the city, but it was a 10-15 minute walk to the station, so we ended up ubering home most nights. Overall the location was convenient and served our purpose well, I would highly recommend this place if you bring a car. Charles and Daphne were both friendly and helpful with any questions or issues we had. If you're looking for a clean and affordable homebase to explore Boston, this is a great choice.

Our stay there was great. Very Clean house. My wife and I loved it. The place is close to everything. Everywhere we went to we must have driven no more then 10 minutes or so . It all depends on traffic and time of day otherwise we all had an awesome time. We will be staying again on our next trip to Boston.

We wanted to expose our kids to a more "normal" life in an urban setting while exploring Boston. This house was perfect- it was a nice size, clean, in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the park next to it, full of pleasant families. We took advantage of the public buses and subway, both nearby. The grocery store was also close by, allowing us to pack lunches and cook dinners at the house. The hosts were friendly, easy to reach, but not intrusive. If in Boston again, we would stay here again.

Everything is perfect but the parking is a little tricky
Everything about the property is perfect, clean, bright beautiful, spacious for our toddler to run around in, awesome park for kids right behind the house. Only thing is technically there’s no overnight parking for non-residents. Thankfully the owners worked with us to make sure we wouldn’t get a ticket and still could access our car!
