About this condo rental
Nestled in Western Addition, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This two bedroom, one bath home was designed in 2017 with the highest quality materials in a grand historic Victorian. Marble tile, radiant heat, fire sprinklers, new plumbing and electrical systems, new appliances, new windows and designer lighting were all part of the renovation. There is an outdoor patio for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Pacific Heights has some of the best weather in San Francisco. Within a few blocks, there are fabulous restaurants serving everything from oysters to pizza. Fillmore Street has the best shopping and dining in Pacific Heights and is only two blocks away. An excellent grocery store is a block away. Our home has a fully stocked kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and Caesarstone counters. There is WiFi and cable television with access to Netflix and Amazon Instant Video. Transportation is always available right outside the front door. Connect with BART, Caltrain and the ferry system to travel anywhere in the Bay Area. Street parking is available and there is a paid parking lot two blocks away. Local attractions include cable cars, the Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park (including the DeYoung Museum, Academy of Sciences and Conservatory of Flowers), Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Union Square, San Francisco Bay Ferry, Alcatraz Island, Angel Island, Treasure Island, San Francisco Giants Ballpark and the Wine Country. Corporate travelers are welcome. Moscone Convention Center is a 10 minute car ride from the property. Contact us for shorter stays.

My friend and I had a great stay during our summer internships. Julia went above and beyond, even ordering my roommate a bunkie board to help with her back problems. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved going to all of the cute restaurants/shops on Fillmore. Would highly recommend!

The property has everything you need to stay there for a short or longterm stay. The location is absolutely fantastic! You are central to everything walking and 2 hour parking is easy to come by. The owner even helped me get a long term permit. They are super responsive and supportive.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The communication with Julia has been amazing. As travel nurses we’ve stayed in a lot of places and she has by far been the best host we have had. The location is wonderful. The beds are comfortable. Even though the space is on the smaller size, the rooms are where most of the sq footage takes up and it was perfect for what we needed. There’s a lot of light and windows, and the apartment had everything we’ve needed. We were able to get visitor parking passes and parking has been completely fine! We have been able to easily find spots 90% of the time. We have been very pleased with our stay and recommend it to anyone! Esp. Those who are working at Kaiser on Geary, it’s very easy to get to from this apartment. 5 star place! Thank you so much!

We had a great first few weeks. Property owner made sure to go above and beyond with the consumables like hand soap and toilet paper. Two weeks before we left, the Ikea bed frame snapped. It was never fixed or even looked it. It is very likely that it could have been fixed but apathy prevailed. Or maybe the hosts were afraid of Covid? After developing back pain due to the sagging bed, I dragged the bed frame outside where it sat for over a week. The host promised every day for two weeks that the frame would be arriving. It never came and we slept on a mattress directly on the floor with dust and hair going into our face, through Christmas morning. We understand that it’s hard right now but we don’t care. We spent over 8 thousand dollars. We want a functioning bed not on a floor. We emailed the hosts to give them the option of fixing the problem by providing a small refund. They responded with aggression and blame. Blaming us for the bed, blaming FedEx for a bed frame not being delivered on time. What happened to going to the store directly? Or buying used? Two weeks for a bed frame is unacceptable when paying these high San Francisco prices. If the job is too hard for the host, there are plenty of companies to outsource management to. We feel like we spent too much for what we received. On top of that, this residence is a basement apartment, kind of like a storage space that’s been renovated. So there’s almost no natural light. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a few days at most.

Very clean, great communication with host, central to a lot of what Pacific Heights has to offer on Fillmore Street and right next to Alta Plaza which was great for walks.

There is everything you need in the apartment. You name it. Julia even gave us a huge pack of toilet paper when it’s out of stock everywhere. All the supplies (detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are organic and mainly Method. There’s a Dyson vacuum cleaner you can use every day which is super convenient and will maintain your living clean and healthy. You can tell that the host has a very high standard. She’s managing the apartment as her own home. She gives you what she will use daily. Not as many others who just simply put all the cheap stuffs there. This is a trustworthy host and a pleasant apartment. You will not regret. I chose it because I barely see so many all five stars. Julia deserve it.

Great family apt in terrific location
Perfect apartment for the family to enjoy and explore San Francisco. Clean, well-appointed with everything we could need (towels, extra pillows, blankets, fully stocked kitchen to make breakfasts and the occasional dinner). Layout with two separate bedrooms and separate full bath was perfect. Living/kitchen combo area was comfortable for 4. All the comforts of home, but everything was luxury hotel quality - and clean, neat, with no clutter or personal affects. And perfectly located for a relaxing peaceful location but still with easy uber or bus access to everywhere - the wharf, Embarcadero, financial district, Golden Gate Park, presidio, xtc. Julia was so accommodating and helpful to all our questions. Would definitely recommend for a perfect non-hotel option in a great location!

Excellent accommodations, excellent location
The accommodations were exactly as advertised, exceptionally clean and orderly, and allowed us to focus on our stay rather than household logistics. We were there to show our kids the city so we tried to not spend too much time inside, but we were able to very easily make ourselves breakfasts pack some lunches do laundry and generally just knock out basic necessities of living without having to constantly run to the store or figure out how things worked. The house is very well stocked with dishes and cookware items and prep items, as well as cleaning and hygiene supplies. Of course inside the house is only one part of the story, as with all real estate it's about location location location, and this place has it in spades. Being right on California there are buses whizzing past at a very regular interval and we easily used buses Light Rail and cable cars throughout the city during our stay with a simple online MUNI 3-day pass. This was a great way to show our kids how a well-built transportation system should work and we took full advantage of it. In addition to easy transportation the location has more bars and restaurants within a 2-3 block walk than you can possibly visit in a week of eating out and it was nice to be able to get back to the house, clean up a little, go out, grab dinner and return home with very little waste of time in transit. All in all I'd highly recommend this location and this house in particular for a stay!

Lovely home away from home...
My husband, three children ( age 13 and two 11 year olds) stayed here for 8 nights in August 2017. It was very clean, safe (gated and in a safe area) and provided most things we needed. There were plenty of clean towels, a washer and dryer, and a workable kitchen. My family is not big on eating out often. We decided prior to arriving that we would make breakfast and lunch daily. We ended up only going out for dinner twice. We picked up fruit, vegetables, bread etc. at the farmers market and/or Whole Foods and cooking at "home". We walked most places, but by the end of our vacation we started taking the buses. They were very easy. My only minor complaint was that we ran out of paper towels and tissues on the second day. We were able to pick them up so not really a problem. Overall, this is a wonderful apartment at an affordable price. I highly recommend it!!

Wonderful Property in Every Way
Pristine, well-maintained, and yet still homey. Fantastic location - I anticipated some street noise due to its California St location, but was pleasantly surprised that noise was minimized. My two children and I loved walking and taking the bus all around the city!
The owners were great to work with: easy instructions for accessing the property, a good list of dining and entertainment selections, and a very guest-friendly apartment.
I will definitely seek to stay here first anytime we come to San Francisco!

Nice apartment in SF
The apartment was clean and convenient, located in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, and it was cheap and easy to get to other parts of the city via Uber/Lyft. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family of three. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay
We stayed here for a week in July 2107 with a total of 4 adults. Apartment was modern,very clean and has a nice useable kitchen, plus washer/dryer/dishwasher. The place is centrally located amongst all the attractions with several great restaurants and bakeries close by. A grocery store a block away if you want to prepare any meals of your own. The only reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was although its centrally located it is still not within walking distance of any attractions in the city but not a far cab ride. Parking is scarce but we had no real trouble parking our rented car within a half block over night.

Enjoyed the neighborhood and the comfort of the home. Some road noise on California in the morning, but nothing obnoxious. Owners were helpful and flexible. Worked for our family of 4, with two little ones 6 & 4. Would definitely come back.
